I would rate it 5 stars, but I would like it a lot more if there were more images of the SCP. Also, on an extra note, I believe that it doesn't present up enough on my homescreen, and the selfie feature does not work. Other than that, the application is great! It connects to Google Earth surprisingly well, and it does place a picture of the SCP near my location! (Spooky!!)
I really wish this application to be better. In it's current state it produces extremely annoying UI crashes that create your phone difficult to use even outside the app. I had to hard boot my phone to obtain it to work again. The edits in the photos are low quality (though I can't bame it for that seeing as it's a free app) and tge selfie feature just doesn't work period. Once again I wish this application to be better so that it can be easily enjoyable.
The application itself was ok just [email protected]#$%! had a text mechanic tgat aloud you to actually contact it or the picture of scp 1471 were realistic but its obviously a chop out of another picture... but i see a amazing working android game mechanic here. its solid just continue to work on it and create it better. thank you! ^w^
Application is amazing except these automatic moves, supposedly these are the obvious move, then why create it automatic? If it's obvious then we should be able to search it. These are not helpful. It would be a 5 for me if not for these, I actually also bought the full package.
This is the best app I've found to push my chess to the next level, thinking out of the box. I had so a lot of "wait, what?! but why?! aaahhhh, wow that's brilliant" moments playing this that I think I'll never be able to feel fully comfortable playing chess again.
Unbelievably excellent! Superb user interface and the best positions. The coaching is seamless and slowly introduces the user to complex themes with the best tip system I've ever had the fortune of using. Especially impressive is the board dividing into smaller sections and counter play exercises . The premium ver is an absolute bargain! Much appreciation to the developers. Kind regards Chris
application is unwilling to let the player to discover the chance of better moves. on the very first issue i solved it, and then did the counter point and discovered i could fork the king and the rook with the knight (which was a critical piece in this problem). it gave me an error notice and wanted to force me into what it thought was the correct move. chess is ALL ABOUT interpretation. you need a method for the program to let for exploration of alternative moves.
I like this application because it prompts you to see more than one chance and provides the solution after several failed attempts of your own. It is realistic and certainly will improve the average players chess IQ as it pertains to tactics.
Nice application for beginners.... You can learn faster by solving puzzles. But it is an app. In true time you will have hundreds of possibilities when playing chess. Obviously everything is not captured in this game. But developers have place a really amazing effort.
If you say what the lesson name is then it would be much more helpful I think. It was frustrating trying to figure out how to obtain friend when I was actually in the annihilation defense lesson, as I had no idea that was the lesson name.
I've been reading this a piece at a time. Seems for me the best method to allow its tip sink in.Enjoyable, encouraging, and has already stimulated several ideas.I'd buy it again. If I didn't give 5 stars, it is at times repetitive. This may not be all bad,if the goal is to obtain some "how to" tip to sink in.
I really enjoyed reading this book. This is unusual because I am not an avid reader at heart. The author presents a lot of historical case studies of creativity and demonstrates how they apply to various issue solving situations. My only complaint about the book is that toward the end of the book he repeated his historical examples. This created the book a small repetitious and tedious to e best part of this book is that it emphasized the importance of keeping an begin mind! Without an begin mind which is receptive to unconventional ideas some of the greatest breakthroughs in the globe would have not r several weeks after reading this book I found myself practicing the author suggested "keeping an begin mind". This can be an effective tool. Now I am back to my predisposed, stodgy old ybe I should read his fresh book "Thinker toys" for a new injection of creativity.
What's a Spert? It's the step before expert. There are billions and billions of Sperts in the globe but Oh too few experts! This book, if you apply the principles, will obtain you into a creative thinking mode. That in turn can only lead to expert and genius credentials. I love reading this guy!
This is something that is tickling my mind, after reading first few chapters of this book, I closed it, stood up, walked around my living room with my hands folded back. I looked outside the window and saw few children playing in the park and was forced to think something. We as children first created to learn lots of fresh things and are forced to treat those things as primary and necessary which does not turn out to be real in the long run (refer to Michael's blog about Thomas Edison's Greatest Blessings). Later on we explore how things are various in life than the method we know ter reading the book Thinkertoys and Creative Thinking, I feel like its not that I have to learn these fresh concepts straight but there is an entire process involved of first of all unlearning most of the stuffs from past and then learning these fresh concepts. Also, I feel that we all do feel at times that we might naturally have discovered these methodologies ourselves but sat back as these were not the rules of the books. And when I say that I have to look at the children I wonder what they are being taught in their schools, only to search one day that they have to unlearn some of the concepts on which they are spending or rather wasting their read the book, as mentioned earlier it makes you smile after every chapter as you explore immense possibilities of what all can be achieved in your day to day life.
David Kadavy has such a natural, free-flowing writing style, it's simple to believe that the book sprang full-fledged from his mind, like Athena out of Zeus's skull. If you read How to Write a Book--and I recommend you do just that--you'll search that he actually has a well-defined way and his books go through at least two drafts before the final ver is ready to publish. How to Write a Book is readable, practical, and motivational. The author doesn't create the process seem hopelessly complex so that he can wow you with a bunch of esoteric but expendable information. His success speaks for itself. Read this book!
This is a amazing book on plotting. I would have loved to have it when I started my writing journey, but it is also very helpful for someone who has read other books on craft. Chris provides a comprehensive tutorial of his plotting process based not just on his experience but on having read countless books on the topic. If you don't wish to read all the other books out there, this book is for you. If you are reading all the other books, and wish to see how someone combines methods to create his own process work, this book is for you. I was literally reading and buzzing with fresh ideas how to improve the plot of my current WIP.
Plot Gardening is the 7th book in the Write Faster, Write Smarter Series. The books can be read in any order. Trust me I know because I completely read them out of order. I loved this book because Chris Fox similar everything to gardening. Since we all have planted something sometime in our life subjects like adding soil, and adding seeds are relatable. The book covers subjects such as globe building, four pillars of amazing characters, layering in hero flaws so lots of amazing information is covered. I highly recommend it.
In this fast tutorial to outlining (supplemented by Chris's YouTube video series), Fox delivers a clearcut approach to writing - and finishing - YOUR next novel. Whether you're using the three-act structure or the story circle, which is covered masterfully in this book, Plot Gardening tutorials you through the outlining process. There, you take the reigns. Your outline can be as full as a 20 page Patterson summary or as loose as a William Tyler Davis bulleted list. What matters is to hone in on the things required to create YOUR story great. And Chris's book will support you do just that.
I really enjoyed Chris' look at developing and outlining a novel. He manages to use some very well thought out literary techniques while also pulling a lot of references from familiar pop culture and establishing a high quality look at how to approach plot and characters within a book. Very amazing stuff!
