I wouldnt give this even one star! i hit the first time user button and sent me to this login id page...um? this is my first time on here. how can i set up for a login id and password if i dont have a login id to start with! sucks, sucks sucks.
I had really liked this app, especially when they updated it and I could do mobile deposits. HOWEVER, the most latest modernize has rendered the application useless. It won't let access, claiming "The internet connection appears to be offline. You must be connected to the internet to use this app." Doesn't matter if I am connected to my home network, using data etc. So now I have a useless app.....
The application really needs to come up to par with today's technology. Most banking apps let mobile deposit, this one does not. It did at one time, but it vanished after an update. CNB IP needs to hire an application designer that can conform to today's standards. There is nothing unique about this app, you can do the same thing plus more on their website. I am giving this application three stars because at least I can look at my transaction log and balance. Update: After calling the bank about mobile deposits, they enabled it on my acc and I now have access to mobile deposits again within the app. If you don't have the deposit option within the app, call the main bank help number and ask them to enable it.
Not a poor application for checking your balance and moving cash between your accounts. You can also set alerts. However, since the latest make batter you can't transfer cash between accounts after 7pm. Even though the www service says transactions after 10 are posted the next day. That is one reason I gave this application only 3 stars. The other is that weekend transactions usually don't present up at all till Monday. I'm not sure if these problems are due to the designer or a direct reflection of the bank itself. UPDATE: I can't transfer funds due to a "maintenance day." It would have been nice to obtain notified of that. Time to search a bank with a better application and 24/7 help.
This application is of no help. I haven't been able to use it since I installed it. It is impossible to pay bills and if you do obtain that far it decides to kick you out and not let you to do anything. I'm fed up. Use in the Web website to pay bills isn't any easier. I have to uninstall it and go back to mailing payments.
The application is supposed to save your ID# for you so you don't have to hold putting it in, but since the modernize it will no longer save it even if you select the option.... kind of annoying to have to constantly look and see what the number is. Also, it's keeps telling me my password is wrong when I have restart it about 6x.
This application use to be awesome, but lately when I go to login it keeps saying that my password or acc number is wrong. I always double check my acc number and password to create sure that they're right. I have had to restart my password four times this week because of this. Please fix it, it's getting really annoying to have to rest my password multiple times a week.
Difficult non-21st C. Application I just installed it about a half hour ago and have spent the whole time trying to figure out how to create a mobile deposit. The ONLY reason I installed it was to be able to create mobile deposits, so????? I already do this with another bank and have no problems. Emailed and got answer that would only create sense to a CNB employee, so I phoned and was told it would take 48 hours to work. Since it was Friday, 48 meant 96 hours. You need to obtain this application l9ng before you need it. Will modernize this review.
BEST NEW FEATURE= ACCT BALANCE QUICK VIEW!!! I generally dislike huge "corporate" banks, but I've been suprisingly happy with BOA for 20+ years & LOVE the app!!! MY ONLY COMPLAINT= mobile deposit checks appear as part of my "available balance" BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY CLEAR!!! Nice to access the $ earlier but not if someone writes you a rubber check- EEEK!!! FEATURE REQUEST= a button to dispute a charge/BOA fee where I'm viewing it, and/or a button to request a BOA call- PREFERABLY FROM SOMEONE AT MY LOCAL BRANCH!!!
