This is the dumbest application I think I have ever seen. Weeks before this application launched Wauna should have requested that we modernize our text numbers on our accounts if we were going to use the fresh app. Reason being, that if you test to access the fresh app, it only calls the number on file (home number). This is silly as you are trying to use a MOBILE application on a cell phone! It won't let you access it until you call from home. Just not thought out well. Disappointed
Had problem logging in at first, figured out that you have to use your account# for your username and the latest 4 of your social security number for the initial log-in, follow the prompts from there and the rest is pretty straightforward. So far it seems user friendly and takes less time to load than the latest app.
Couldn't log on to fresh app. Called and waited an hour to have acc restart to test again. Still cant log on, says my acc and password (last four) dont match. Had nothing but issues with this credit union since day one. This recent fiasco shows I simply need to search a fresh credit union to bank with.
Bugs you with profile questions on logon. No fingerprint sign in option. Check deposit doesn't work well. All my other bank apps leave this one in the dust. Come on Union, obtain your application together already. I just updated my review from years ago and the same problems still exist. Smaller banks have a better application than you!
When it works, it is not very intuitive or user-friendly. For example, making a mobile deposit, I have to choose which acc I wish to deposit into, but I only have 1 account. Can't the developers check for that? If the application thinks you are depositing a check for a various amount than you entered, it won't accept it even if you confirmed multiple times that the amount you entered is correct. It doesn't tell you what amount it thinks it is. You have to take the check to the bank. What's the point of this "app"? Unfortunately, other than switching banks, I'm stuck with this amateur attempt.
I have been with Union Bank for over 10 years. The reason for the low star rating is based on their mobile deposit capabilities. This application has not allowed to deposit a check in over a year; before that it worked half the time. The reason this is a huge deal for me is that I live in Nevada, Union bank doesn't have a branch here...let alone a bank. So when something happens similar to my debit card or tech support...I am always SOL...Guess it's time to move all of my accounts over to another bank...
I only use the application to deposit checks, but it rarely works. Most of the time it takes multiple attempts for the application to accept the pictures of the checks, and then when it finally does, half the time it says the amount I entered is various than the amount detected so it doesn't let me to deposit it. I would say it only works about 1 out of 10 times. I've given up and just go to the branch to deposit now. The application is too frustrating.
Getting too much issue for enrollment . It's not working for Kuwait . Tried to a lot of times for enrollment & taken login support problem . Both are not working . UMOBILE Application also not available for abroad .. NRE overseas users which application use for mobile banking online service ?? Their is no any options for abroad users
Very user-unfriendly. Tedious process on saving external accounts (you have to obtain the routing # now) compared to previous version. Transactions and available balance is kinda hard to comprehend. I don't even know where to see my available balance (including pending deductions/transactions)
Can't obtain it to work A beautiful decent app. I would like to see more info displayed on the acc info screen. Info like which restaurant t the debit card charge was from or who the ACH credit was from. This items would be helpful in the application like it is online.
Can't schedule payments or pick from multiple accounts to pay from. This application is extremely outdated, that's a very primary feature. Also the transaction screen doesn't clearly present the transactions made, its not uniform. And balances don't modernize correctly. And on a side - note, the customer service is outsourced which is honestly frustrating because they are at times, clueless. And please consider a more real-time options with balances and available credit
It allows me to know my credit score. Simple to create payments. I can view all statements in app. It does take, what seems like a long time for my payment to leave the 5-7 days. I dont like that. Can you work on that? So it only takes 1-3 days to leave the bank.
