Horrible since update, I have to hold entering a security code each time I log in. And the application load time sucks, it takes over 3 mins to begin each time, and I use fingerprint log in. The modernize created an already poorly designed application even worse by adding elements that do not improve my experience. No fresh features added just a fancy gui modernize 😡 Another note, I hate that my current balance is in bold and my actual available balance is in little print. Very misleading, would rather just see what I actually have available to me, and not the fake balance
I can actually see the menu in this version, which is great, but bill pay has been glitching, showing my "hidden" payees as blank spaces, and when I was trying to create a payment, it wouldn't let me to select which acc to use. When I tried to log in again, it is now saying I have "no payees listed" at all. Very frustrating when I'm trying to obtain bills taken care of in a timely manner! I hope this problem is resolved ASAP. *UPDATED* 3/13/17 from 3 stars: A fresh code needed with EVERY login, even WITH the fresh update, which (according to the publisher's responses to some other complaints) was supposed to "resolve" this issue. Very, very annoyed with this.
Update: FCCU decided to place a 4 business day keep on funds from a check from anothervfinancial institution... why? So i could be charged more insufficient funds.... ridiculous!!!! FCCU has lost my business after 8 years. App's inacurate info caused several fees for it showing the deposited check as available in account, and next day cash was placed on hold, but application failed to warn about it. Customercservice over the phone didnt seem to care one bit. Time to go to one of the a lot of other credit unions that would value a customer. Bye bye FCCU! PS: i wonder if i would obtain the same "copy/paste" response than the latest several reviews.... probably
Please everyone who reads this contact FCCU and ask them to integrate Zelle software that other Banks and Credit Unions are using for peer to peer transfers. It allows users to transfer cash with only a phone number and email to others who have Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase , Citi, Frost Bank, USAA, and a lot of others to name a few. Also Zelle doesn't have any fees. Zelle is the banks respond to PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom for peer to peer transfers.
I downloaded the application to quickly transfer funds between accounts. I filled out all the needed fields, but the Transfer Funds button was still grayed out. I'm going to uninstall this app. There's no point in keeping it if it can't do primary functions.
Mobile deposit doesn't work properly Application would be great, if I could actually use what I installed it for which was the mobile deposit. I just tried for 15 mins to no avail to deposit a check, but each time it wouldn't process and said I required to redo the picture in various lighting, various surface etc. Let's just say I walked all around the inside and outside of my house trying to deposit this check and still didn't work. Yall need to fix the mobile deposit, I live too far away from the credit unions and shared unions
Amazing app, but I don't see why have to download a fresh application The application is good, no true complaints from me. Although if the UI and login system is the same, why do I have to download a fresh application instead of getting pushed an update?
Modernize when i can login Cant give it more than 1 star till the system lets me log into my account, iv been trying for days now and i hold getting the notice incorrect password' even tho i just talked to fccu employees n they restart it to what i type. Www service gets 1 star for the same reason, what gives fccu?
I love this application I love the mobile banking options esp depositing a check via mobile. I do want that I could have an option to switch between my two accounts or have two of the same application on my phone so it would be a small easier to see both accounts.
Freezing problem seems to be fixed now. Tested on two various freshly formatted Motorola Z2 Force phones running Android device Oreo 8.0 Update: Freezing problem returned after opening the application a few times. Nothing fixes the problem once it starts event again.
HATE IT !!! This fresh application SUCKS !!! CAN'T EXPRESS MY HATE ENOUGH !!I wish the old ver back !! You can't look at transaction history past when they launched the fresh application 11/4 which has created me off in my register from day one !! HATE HATE HATE IT !! Modernize 9/8 : the application updated and now you can't be on the application more than a min without it trying to kick you off !! SERIOUSLY what can you do on the application in a minute!!
Amazing Application I know that a lot of will have problems with this fresh application and online banking but it can be worked through. 1) do the online banking setup NOT on your cell data an error will occur. 2) You must pay attention to the fresh acc numbers in the online banking use the basic acc number to make the mobile login. 3) When asked for your Online Banking login is when you put the login that you made to login from the web browser for Online Banking. 4) Accept all terms and conditions. 5) Login to your mobile app.
Doesn't work Got the log in and what not changed and set up on my phone. Now it won't load anything off the "c1st screen" in the beginning. Isn't compatible with my fiance's phone so she can't look at what she has. So we have to go to Casey's to check the balance. Doesn't present pending transactions and now we are $-40 in the bank. Thanks C1..
I don't obtain why people are having a hard time with this and complaining so much??! I followed the directions and it allow me on the first time-no problems. Haven't played around with it much, but it doesn't seem horrible, just something new. People will complain about anything these days.
This application is absolute garbage. There is no option for mobile deposit as promised. All of my cross customer transfer settings are now gone and the functionality place in put instead requires entry each time of the transferee's acc number. I hate this app!
Pain Going online to set it up is darn well near impossible. And this application now takes up more data on my phone then the old one. My phone doesn't keep a lot of apps. Just the basics. Now primary apps are just what came with the phone and my mobile banking.
Impossible to make login for some reason. Keeps telling me passwords don't match home password. I input them in again and again. I'm not technologically challenged; well until now it appears. I use online several times a week. This needs fixed right now.
Doesnt work/useless application Uploaded it once and it worked fine that first or second time. After that it just had the circle loading symbol forever and never opened again. I tried to uninstall it and reload and it did the exact same thing. Won't begin at all. After just a couple uses. Also, its very minimal. You only can check balances on checking/savings and maybe transfer b/w the two accts. Doesn't let to see loans thru the bank at all. Can't pay loans to same bank thru app. Might as still go to website directly than obtain this useles
What a mess and no idea when mobile deposit will work This whole make batter was grossly le deposits aren't available and no idea when it will be. Not only did the booklet not come until Monday after the make batter but also was wrong. It took three calls and finally an online chat before I found out my www service username couldn't be used on the mobile application and you required your member ID number which the booklet says is your acc number but then the chat lady told me oh no everyone got a fresh member ID that isn't their acc number. Method to go.
No issues on LG G4 Didn't have any login problems as some mentioned having to use a various username than the one they use for browsers. C 1st, you need to let the ability to name the accounts after the www service design was changed. Only 3 accounts can be named and we have around 8 accounts that makes us have to guess which one is our own. Also, you can only view a few transactions (about 2 weeks) and when I date the filter to earlier date it tells me to change the criteria. This comes off as lazy coding in my opinion.
Old, outdated, having to log in fully with username password and security question every time sucks, why is there no fast balance like every other banking app? Why does it take forever to load sometimes before I can even log in? I hate having to use this thing
