You can't see transaction history on your acc like how you would with telephone banking. SMS authentication doesn't work at all. The application security is very difficult to use. All in all this feels like a downgrade rather than an upgrade. I'll be closing my acc with this bank soon the service is becoming very awful.
The application crashes and times out a lot, has some serious bugs. Really needs an make batter asap. Every time it times out, I have to sign in again. Would be so much easier and convenient to add a finger print login to ease the agaony of re-entering my password a million times just because the application times out a million times.
This application used to work amazing for me until i switched phones......sighhhhh now i'm unable to log back in because it's not allowing me to enter numbers however your user ID consists of letters and numbers......so now everytime i need to use online banking i have to log onto the WEB
Nice app...great for doing most of my online transaction. The issue I have is that your transaction records are not instant, also sometimes when you test to look at your credit current transactions it says "no transaction or no records available" but nice application really convenient.
When I test to log in, a section named "security questions" comes up but there are no questions...I click "submit" and it says that my security questions have been submitted...when I click "ok" it goes back to the screen with "security questions" and again I don't see anything...it happens over and over...this is frustating
This application works very well. The user interface is easy to use and allows me to view my acc information with ease. I've been using it for a while and haven't experienced any bugs or issues. People having problem with their passwords probably didn't set up their mobile acc properly (which is separate from the Web account)
THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!. Every time I test logging in it's either an error notice or service temporarily unavailable and they're working on it. C'mmon Republic, all that profit and you people still can't produce a proper functioning application for your customers?
I'm beginning to think people using this application isn't knowledgeable enough to do so. This application works amazing and the fresh modernize solved a few other bugs as well. As the application grow it will obtain even better however it's workable right now, easy and simple to use. Would recommend this if you bank with Republic and need to manage your accounts. It's a amazing system and I endorse you guys for this!
It's a amazing idea but needs alot of work to be 100% reliable. I use republic online and thought the application might be easier on the go. I was wrong. It's so much headache. Everytime I test to log in it keeps on saying wrong password and I have to make a fresh password to do any transaction. As soon as I log out and test to log back in with the password I've just made same message! Maybe I'll download again when its upgraded.
This application is useful while it is actually working..but there are method too a lot of crashes and problems with it. Imagine being told by an agent im locked out from the application and he doesnt know why?? Not to mention I have to wait till the weekend is done to look out for an email from them. So I am deprived of a convenience that we pay for with no reasonable explanation and we are to just accept it. Telebanking was replaced by an application that is yet to function properly. Is this the service you think we deserve as customers? Steupes.
I use this application to check my balance frequently, along with transfer cash to my VTM. It works fine for those tasks, although I'd like to see a more modern interface as well the ability to use your fingerprint reader to sign in and overall some of the features that the foreign bank apps (like Chase) have.
