Application has been crashing for about 2 weeks now. Cannot use at all. Never have figured out how the mobile deposit into my account. While the people at Broadway Bank are awesome the technology has room for improvement. Not conducive to the hustle and bustle of multiple businesses.
Unable to access my acc from the mobile or desktop versions. The user agreement takes ages to scroll through on the mobile ver and when I finally got through it all, the system tells me I can't be validated. This is unacceptable. *Update** after trying unsuccessfully to access my acc all day, I was finally able to register for access. Great, except that I log into my acc to check latest transactions... and none are showing. This has got to be the worst release ever.
To jswanner....through email and the application customers were notified of the upcoming platform make batter & that mobile banking would be NOT be available from 7pm Friday Oct. 5, 2019until 7am on Monday Oct. 7, 2019...do you not read your email or the messages that are on the bank app?
The application works as intended, a while ago it wouldnt allow me access my acc after 10pm but they fixed that. nowadays i have to deposit checks through the mobile app. those mobile check deposits then obtain rejected by the bank for being too blurry, but the submit tool doesnt allow you review your pictures before sending them.
This is sucks it don't even wish you to log in and you have to always to request, for a activation code just to long into your account..It makes no since I had to make 3 or 3 passwords just obtain into my acc still don't work. What in the globe is a activation code..😞
I've spoken with corporate exec about specific, well documented functionality issues. He offered a verbal 'shrug,' and proceeded to say their current IT dollars are being invested in fresh lending tools (to generate fresh business, instead of taking the time to bring this current product up to minimal standards. I am truly and deeply embarassed for Broadway Bank for this product and for their apathy toward solving its existing product problems, in favor of trying to rake in fresh dollars instead.
Hasn't worked since the modernize for my husband or me on either of our androids. Takes 3 or 4 tries to log in, screen stays blank. I called to report it, but since the rep could obtain in on his iphone, he said to just reset the phone, and that they've had no complaints. After a funds transfer, you can't go back to look at accounts, you have to log out and begin over again. Amazing solution! Will close my accounts. It's too poor because it worked amazing before the update.
