I applied a triple coating to my windshield and rear window, and while it works well, I’m not convinced it’s any better than Rain-X. It performs similarly, possibly slightly worse than new Rain-X, but the true try will be how long it performs for. If it works like this for 1-2years with minimal maintenance, I’ll be upgrading this to five stars down the road.

Looks like the coating doesn't cause any difference on any of my glass in the car. I coated the windshield, top moonroof, rear glass and sides. The water doesn't bead like the surface us hydrophobic, and the wipers are still needed.I would not this again.

Did not work at all! I 2 coats of ceramic coating with Cquartz UK 3.0 on the whole car, purposely left only the front windshield uncoated , so I can use Flybyforte on it. Cleaned it perfectly , polished it with ceriglass , applied flybyforte per directions. Left for 48 hours to cure. Luckily 2 days later was a rainy day and was anxious to see how it will work. Total disappointment!!! Only the front windshield had no water beating but the rest of the car! So what’s the ? Well, I should have save my and time and ceramic coat the whole car!

I’m giving it 2 stars because of the hype that is around the product. The polish is the reason I bought the product is mediocre at best. I wanted to remove hard rain spots off my windshield and beautiful much polished it 3 times and emptied the bottle and the spots are still there. Don’t waste your money.

CarPro FlyBy FORTE is a longer lasting ver of Carpro FlyBy 30. The 15ml bottle was enough for me to coat all of the windows on two vehicles, one of which is a compact SUV. I was able to double coat the back windows and triple coat the e product is simple to apply. The clarity is perfect (no visible haze or color on the glass). I did have to take care to completely polish out water spots on one of the vehicles. The included CeriGlass polish did a amazing job of that. My only complaint was that the cotton app pads tended to wear through exposing the inner fibers.I live in the Northwest and it's been a very rainy year. On my Accord, rain will roll off at about 40 MPH. Below that speed wipers need to be used depending on how hard it's raining. I've not had the SUV out in powerful rain yet. There is no stuttering from the wiper blades when they are the product worth the price? It's beautiful expensive for the performance of the result. So I believe that you will need to create your own decision on that.I'm giving the product 4 stars mostly because of the high price.

I have been looking for a fresh glass coating for my automotive detailing buisness. I tried over a dozen window coatings. I have to say this has the worst hydrophobic property's out of any other coating that I have tried.

I machine polished the glass prior to app with ceriglass. I applied the product per instructions. I was disappointed with the hydrophobic properties of the product. Even at speeds of 65mph plus, the rain just beads up on the glass and stays put, almost no sheeting capability at all. I have used a number of other CarPro products and LOVED them. Sadly, I wont be purchasing this product again.

I’ll preface this by saying I’m a newbie to polishing anything using a legitimate DA mechanical polisher. So my frame of reference is highly limited ... but my experience is like several others. I expected more removal of light surface scratches resulting from dirty wiper blades. Seems to have removed etching from hard water, which I guess is all that should be expected.I divided my windshield into two halves and the side I did first seems to have more scratches. It’s very possible I polished this side too long and created things worse, while doing the second side more as intended. The first side there was a lot of dust that appeared on the black plastic below where the wipers rest which was REALLY hard to remove. No dust on the second the end, there may be better glass polishes out there. Feels like it should do more, but does not necessarily claim to do more.

Purchased this to test and remove some beautiful deep scratches on my windshield, After a lot of muscle grease the scratches are barely noticeable. Don't obtain me wrong, they are still there, but the polish did a amazing job of smoothing out the edges to create them much less visible. Saved me from replacing my windshield

I really thought I was going to have to a fresh windshield. Not good maintenance from a previous owner led to a poor wiper that had scratched the windshield. At first, it didn’t seem to be working, but the trick is to use quite bit of product applying directly to the windshield instead of the applicator. Use 4-5 inch circular motions moving up and down working the product around an into the area. Eventually it will begin dry and dissipate. At this point I used a wet glass wipe to remove all the dried product left. Then i dried the windshield with the provided towel. I started on the second coat. Each time/coat took about 10 minutes. It took 4 coats and the significant scratches were so minimized, they could almost not be seen at all. And that was in direct light. They are now invisible in normal light. Very simply, the product does what it says.. just takes a little time investment of 30 mins or so.

Used on a 94 grand cherokee that sat for 4 years under a tree..... glass was super cloudy and stained. Could have used a polishing wheel but decided to use elbow grease. Polished windshield, backglass and 6 side windows. Still half a bottle left! Worked perfect!!!! Love it! And will more IF i run out.

My vehicle windshield had beautiful severe abrasions from old wipers and dirt rubbing on the windshield. Ceriglass did the job. Took some time using an electric buffer and following the instructions, by working a little zone before moving on to the next area. Using this product saved me having to replace my windshield. I highly recommend if you have the time and wish to save some money.

The product is simple to use and packaged well but didn't work for me. I didn't use a powered buffer which may have helped, I only used the supplied buffing pad. It may work for you and at the t is worth a try.

I used this after seeing it on Chicago Auto Pros on Youtube. I decided to it and a glass polishing pad from Griot's Garage. Honestly, it worked quite well to remove the spots I simply couldn't remove with clay or any amount of scrubbing. It didn't, however, remove the fine scratches/pits caused by years of debris in the air on the windshield. Ultimately, that will likely have to be replaced, but at $5,000 for a windshield, I'll wait until something catostrophic happens.

Another amazing Carpro product. I used it with a Carpro glass polishing pad on a flex polisher and it works great. Just create sure you have a glass pad if you plan on using it with your Polisher. It will not work with foam paint correcting pads. It was very hard to remove so create sure you have some Carpro Eraser handy which you should have anyway for any polishing jobs.

This comes with a hand applicator. If you are trying to remove scratches, don't waste your time using it. You will need a DA applicator. Takes several applications to produce amazing results.

    CarPro CQuartz UK 3.0_50ml Kit []  2020-1-14 19:47

I bought a 2010 mustang gt latest year and paint correction was on the to do list untill I finally took on the task two weeks ago.I had 2 uv damaged bumpers that required repainted and the rest of the vehicles paint was badly neglected. Dozens of swirl marks, small, medium, and deep scratches.I required to do bumper repaints and full paint correction with lots of chip and scratch touchups. Because i had to strip, compound buff and polish I figured id test a ceramic coating. After loads of research I chose this ter 2 weeks of stripping, cleaning, clay bar, painting, touch ups, wet sanding, compounding and polishing with a dual action buffer I was finally ready to apply the cquartzuk3.Once all the above was done I did a 1/1 wipe of the surfaces with distilled water and isopropyl alcohol. Garage was heated to r each roughly 2x2 or 2x3ft section I would use a whole line of product. It would glide on smoothly but within 10 seconds felt like smearing rubber cement or syrup but i would just slow down and continue to spread the product... I just went horizontaly then verticaly.... Once each direction for each section. I started out wiping off the product right away as i read to do but found if i did it just looked "flashed" or rainbow like again 10-20min later and even if i waited 30 minute it was still like wiping oil around so i just uniformally applied to each section/panel and after 10-15min of applying i would go back and begin buffing what i had applied. This is various than what ive read but worked fine for me.I allow it sit 24 hours and applied a second is time i applied to the whole vehicle a beautiful thick coat and then went back with a single fresh mf towel and buffed the car. After 20 minute I used a fresh mf and lightly rebuffed entire vehicle and it came out looking amazing! Some have seemed to have problems removing product if not within a certain time period but i just "winged" it with what worked for shows ALL defects and now the paint looks stunning! I even applied to plastic and rubber trim and headlights and it all turned out great! My brother in law asked if I repainted the car!I just finished second coat and will wait a couple days then hit with t sure about longevity yet but read it will actually obtain more glossy after a week cure!Sofar im very impressed... Its added so much depth and wet shine!

It took me six months to actually obtain around to using it, with both time and rain blocking me. It's super simple to apply and wipe off. If you have experience with waxes that are hard to remove if left on too long you'll know how to use it. If not I still don't think it'll be an issue. Just know that it dries very quick and you wish to obtain it off before it gets so dry it leaves dried streaks. If so just redo that spot and wipe sooner this time ;) I did it in 70F weather in the shade and usually wiped it off in less than 30sec, but it took over a min to begin being difficult. Now water beads off like a new wax coat, but unlike wax it isn't breaking down right away. Washing the vehicle is MUCH easier since the dirt/grime barely sticks, and there's less of it since most didn't stick. I can even just rinse the vehicle and most all the dirt/grime comes off. So now every other wash I only rinse. So while the prep work and such is a time consuming pita, it's now worth it. I'm hoping the paint will survive longer too (sun damage) but where I live I think odds are someone will total my vehicle for me first. Meanwhile I'll look better and less effort doing it ;)I also bought the small 100ml bottle of CarPro HydrO2 for my rims, to create app easier, and so far it's excellent. I plan on using it on the grill etc where I can't use CQuartz. So fyi...

I applied this to a fresh vehicle this past week. You need to plan to spend a lot of time doing prep work - wash, clay bar, stripping all wax and other sealants off first. Ive done all that before, but this is the first time I’ve tried a ceramic sealant. I was a small worried because of all the warnings - done use in direct sun, work in little patches, etc. Well i only have outside, so i had to work around the direct sunlight. And there wasnt much i could support about being outside, with crap falling from the trees. Even with all that, i found this very simple to apply and work with. I think its easier than wax, to be honest. You just have to create sure you obtain it wiped down properly and all streaks taken out. It does effect in a nice smooth finish and shine. I cant say anything about the durability yet though.I am very happy with the results. I used about 2/3 of the bottle on my explorer - i applied 2 coats tot he entire truck including the painted wheels. I didn’t do the glass yet but may test that in the upcoming days

I gave this 4 starts due to I'm old school, I like to feel that slick feel after waxing my car. I am not a Pro Detailer I'm just a consumer. What I wish you to take out of this is watch videos on how to use this product, I recommend watching Pan The Organizer video ( Thank you Pan for your YouTube videos on this items ) The number one thing for this product to come out looking amazing it the PREP WORK!!! This job took me 9 hours from begin to finish to obtain this vehicle to look this amazing this is a 2010 Dodge Challenger. It looks amazing but it does take time to place on and take off, I followed the directions to a T and the weather was excellent 72 with no sun the whole day. It goes on wet two minute later you need to take it off, it will smear but the more you wipe the more it starts cleaning up very nicely two feet sections at a time only I recommend. Thus the time it takes to place on and take off. The PREP WORK is so IMPORTANT!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Watch the videos on how to prepare your vehicle for this sealant. So plan on a full day of detailing because in the videos they present you a newer vehicle and it looks like they just wash and apply this stuff, not so simple on older vehicles that need a small to a lot of TLC. I hope this helps and remember this is really GOOD STUFF if you prepare your vehicle in the right way.

I was a small bit concerned that this would be difficult to work with. I basically spent the better part of a day washing my vehicle to strip off the old wax, clay baring and then buffing with a polish. The next morning, I wiped down the vehicle with an IP alcohol solution and then applied CQuartz. My vehicle is a mercedes e-350 and with the left over, I also did my son's mazda 6 with a separate microfiber towel. So the 30ml will do 2 average sized vehicles if you apply as instructed. After a week, I washed the vehicle and gave it a coat of reload. Amazing product as well. My only negative comment is that I don't think this is any shinier than the collinite or zaino products I used to use, but I am sure this will latest longer and it is still a very decent shine. In fact, I think the collinite had more gloss but it only lasts a few months and is not the easiest to apply. Reload is amazing to work with and much easier to apply. I hope to obtain at least 18 months out of this (they claim 2 years). Overall, I am very pleased.

Cquartz UK 3.0 was super simple to apply, I did 2 coats waiting an hour e day I applied the coating it was 100 degrees in my garage , which obviously speed up the curing time , but did not cause any negative was more work preparing the vehicles paint for ceramic coating than coating it.Just before I coated the vehicle I wiped it down with a mixture of 50%alcohol/50%distilled water in a spray bottle did the trick leaving it squeaky e hydrophobic properties of the coating are simply amazingThe vehicle just always looks clean now even after being driven in the rainTime will tellDefinitely recommend.

I love the method this product is keeping my vehicle beading in massive rain. I followed the following steps to properly apply the product to my paint (as suggested on YouTube by Pan the Organizer):1. 2 bucket wash of car, including using Iron-X then rinsing2. Clay bar the entirety3. Compound where important with dual-action machine4. Polish the paint5. IPA wipedown6. Careful app of the product in 2x2 foot sections.7. Wipe off8. Use the included Reload to spray and wipe off9. Allow "bake" for 12 hours in my garageSo far it's been exceptional in hydrophobic terms. We got massive rain about 3 days after the latest step, and my vehicle still looks amazing and feels smooth. It came off simple and Reload added another level of shine and depth to the paint.I'll be washing with CarPro Restart and using Reload after the wash. I'm hopeful that the coating will latest the full 3 years and will report back with any changes.

Coating was simple to apply but really hard to obtain off. Seemed oily almost and just wanted to spread around more, not wipe off. It didn't create a difference if I waited a minute, five, or even ten minutes. After several hours later I got it clean, only to explore in the coming week that it's now a dust magnet. My California vehicle duster use to pick this type up and remove, now it seems to stick to the painted surface much much worse. I hope others have better luck than me. I'll be going back to my chemical guys arsenal.

First, if you are going to this, prepare yourself mentally for about 3-8 hours of amazing hand exercises. I bought my first CARPRO UK in 2016 and coated my brand fresh Honda Accord. I did one coat, and just that one coat impressed me with the results. Later I learnt that one coat is never enough. If you wish a solid coat that will latest years, you must go for at least 3 coats. If you follow the right procedure, you will obtain unbelievable results with this product. Here's the process:1. Wash your vehicle thoroughly. Repeat.2. Do a complete rubbing alcohol wipe of the entire car's painted surfaces.3. Remove swirls if there are any. Use the V36 and the V38 compounds with a white polishing pad on an orbital polishing machine. I use the ones from Chemical Guys because these do not have fillers. You do not wish fillers in your polishing compounds4. Use a cloth to remove any polishing compounds left after buffing.5. Apply the first coat - cover about 2 sq.ft. of zone at one time- apply the CQuartz coating, set timer for 5 mins (longer if the temperature is below 50 degrees). Buff off the coat with the supplied cloth. Do not use a microfiber cloth for buffing. Move on to the next area, and repeat the process. Continue doing so until the entire vehicle is coated. Drive the vehicle in direct sunlight. Inspect for streaks, if found, buff them out. Leave the vehicle in the sun for quicker curing, or in the garage.6. After 24 hours, apply the second coat.7. After another 24 hours, apply the 3rd coat. Allow this final coat cure for at least 24 hours more.8. Apply RELOAD before taking the vehicle out on a drive.9. Do not wash the vehicle for about 5 days.If you follow the above steps, you will obtain a amazing coat that will be super durable and the shine nothing short of VE STARS to the 3.0 version. It definitely is better than the previous versions.

While this items is easier than other ceramic coatings to use, it’s still a ceramic coating. Lots of things to consider when using this: only work in 2 x 2 sections and create sure you buff ALL of the product off. Work in a garage to hold lint and sun away from the product. Do proper prep work, wash, clay, polish. I did 40 hours of prep work for the latest vehicle I installed this on. Follow the label and do not obtain wet for 48 hrs recommended. Do not wash in the first week. If you do all these things you will obtain an awesome oss is ridiculous, slickness is amazing, and the week while it fully cures both only become better. Hydrophobics and self-cleaning obviously awesome as well. Amazing coating at a fair price.

This review is also coupled with the other products I used as they all helped to obtain to my final finish. Products used in my setup:Chemical Guys VSSChemical Guys White LightCarPro Cquartz UK 3.0Torq X Polisher with Orange Pad for Cutting and Blue Pad for spreading the White guires Claybar 200gGriots Garage Iron RemoverMothers Magnesium PolishUsed Provided Microfiber clothes from Polisher (from chemical Guys)Now I did not take a picture at each step in the process as the end effect is what truly matters and it saves 30 images being uploaded here. I did inspect the paint at every single fresh scene and can report for each step. I will do my best to be descriptive with my findings to support all those who come after is work is done on a 2016 Summit White Camaro with 34,000mi on it and I got the vehicle at 21,000mi from previous owner. I have about 3/4 years experience detailing but that is not required to obtain awesome results, just time spent on the work itself. The first owner did leave scratches and swirls from improper washing but this was all on the surface. My process took my 9 hours not stop begin to finish including all curing times and standard waiting period. This work was done on a car stored in a garage overnight at a constant 65 degrees thanks to three heaters.1. I have the car a wash with My standard soap setup and I don’t believe this had any result on the end effect as it was a easy vehicle shampoo with zero additives but it was ph neutral. I wash my vehicle weekly even up in Chicago winters so I don’t need a powerful soap.2. I proceeded to use the iron remover on all surfaces of the car with small agitation after the dwell time and proceeded to wash off with a spray bottle of water and a microfiber towel.3. After drying the car I then claybarred the entire car on every painted surface and used regular water as lubricant to avoid introducing additional oils or substances to my finish. After this step the paint was incredibly smooth and contaminant as I spent pain staking time going over each body panel to create sure every single spot was touched and fixed up. It took awhile but it is all in the prep work when polishing and then ceramic coating as that final layer locks in all your work, and imperfections if you’re not careful.4. I then took some rubbing alcohol and lightly went over the entire car to ensure a sterile surface and I didn’t feel the paint at this step as I did previously and this was entirely about keeping it contaminant free.5. I then took out my polisher and VSS and began taking off my scratches and swirls. There are dozens of videos on YouTube from chemical Guys to teach you how to properly do this so I will skip the lesson, I did use the Orange Hexlogic cutting pad. After working in little locations and taking my time very slowly I worked panel by panel and I was satisfied with the small fatigue I experienced from using the machine. At the very end of the day it didn’t feel like I used the polisher for the 5 hours that I did total, very impressed. I bugged off the Polish per the instructions and wait time and was left with an incredibly glass like surface that eliminated all of the imperfections of the paint. This took the longest off all steps and was close to how long my clay service was but I wanted to leave no swirl behind and I spent very long. (A desk chair with wheels or anything to sit that rolls makes your life thousands of times easier than standing for so long)6. I followed Up the Polish with the WhiteLight and using the polisher to spread the glaze was incredibly simple and a small goes a long way. You use method less than if you did it by hand and it spreads very thin and I used speed setting two for this with no pressure but the weight of the machine to apply. After this step was complete I checked the finish and it was like a mirror, cool to the touch and silent when touching with the back of my hand. I was very impressed and I went into this thinking there was a placebo result that it’s for white vehicles it’ll create it pop but I’ll only think so after pouring hours into it and wanting to see a difference. I got two outside opinions from the begin of the day to this step and they noticed a heavy difference and compared this to a vehicle on a museum showroom it was perfect.7. I then followed up this process with applying my ceramic coating and this was a very simple process with incredibly quick flash time and the spreading was incredibly simple and a small went a very very very long way. I barely used a quarter of the vile and it always had an even coat that I checked constantly under light to create sure I wasn’t running it too thin. I have a plastidipped black roof and rear section of the car and I tested a little spot first and when there wasn’t a reaction I also coated the plastidip as the box said it’s ph neutral and safe on nearly anything. After applying I noticed the plastidip had a slick feel and was very glossy (I had 3/4 coats of gloss on mine as I wanted the gloss level to match the OEM white) and I was very impressed. The pictures provided are after I finished the entire day with my vehicle, although this was the latest step the paint saw.8. My latest steps were using mothers metal polish for my exhaust hints and what an wonderful difference it made. I later cleaned my windows and interior and followed up with my engine bay and then my tires. Finished the day with Meguirs Tire Gel and then allow the car sit before I drove it for as long as I could that the time of day would let for.Overall the combination of the products worked incredibly well and each one used for the paint would be awesome by itself and in combination with your other favorite products, I just gave my list of products used to support others as I love reading in depth reviews for these necessary subjects and the amount of products out there. My pictures provided aren’t of the highest quality as I can’t take quality images and it was a long day and I was just satisfied to drive my vehicle after. I would entirely recommend the products and the others mentioned and the largest thing is the prep it takes to obtain the paint entirely clean and then having the time in the day to devote to this job. I haven’t tested the ceramic capabilities as it has to let 24 hours before contacting water at all and then it still cures over the next 5 or so days, but it feels and looks amazing. I recommend 100% and I am in love with the look and feel of my vehicle.

There are a lot of steps involved that often require a specific amount of time to pass before completing the next step. It took my about an hour to do one coat on my 2017 Malibu. I opted to apply the reload spray the next day and let the coating to cure. Making sure the ceramic coating has flashed before buffing off was the hardest part of the process. I do want there were more suede applicators so a 2nd coat could be done. CarPro recommends changing them every 1 to 2 panels and only contain 5 in the package. Hopefully I can search separately packaged suede applicators so I don't have to throw away a half bottle of ceramic coating.

This product is stellar for the protection it and the brilliant shine. Installation requires several things to be in order;First, wash vehicle thoroughly with a amazing automotive cond, decontaminate paint---use Iron by Vehicle Pro to neutralize the embedded iron and other contaminants which are show in ALL vehicle ird, now is the time to obtain your color correct light and check painted surfaces for any imperfections. This is the time to correct your car's paint with a dual action buffer and some kind of compound. If you have a lot of swirls, scratches, haze...you will need to compound your paint to rid it of imperfections:"But why Patrick I just wish to place a ceramic coating on my car?"The ceramic coating will lock in your paint's condition whatever that may be. Swirls, scuffs, haze, will all be evident under the ceramic coating. Ceramic coating will in no method correct your paint. Therefore, unless you wish to display the imperfections in your paint for the next 12-24 months you will need to correct the urth, after the paint is defect free, you will need to remove any residual polish, compound, oils, anything which might stand between your paint and the ceramic coating. Here you can use Carpro Eraser, Geyon Prep, or a solution of IPA and water. These will remove waxes, compounds, and anything else that may be on your paint after the correction , and only now, can we start to consider applying the ke sure your car is out of the direct sun, preferably in the shade but away from possible contaminants like bugs, pollen, and dust. Consider a clean garage with amazing ution: you do not wish to breathe the fumes from the coating as they can cause health problems. Apply coating in a well-ventilated area. If you do not have access to a well-ventilated zone I suggest either a respirator or pollen/dust that your vehicle is clean and the paint is defect-free, and you are in a dry, well-ventillated zone with no dust, bugs, or other contaminants, you can start to apply the coating!I suggest using the included applicator bar with the enclosed applicator sheets. Begin the bottle and dispense 4-5 drops of the fluid on your applicator. Begin on the roof as it is usually level and from crazy contours. Do a little section of roughly 3-4 feet by 3-4 feet. Wipe the coating in straight, overlapping lines, from left to right so that you have complete coverage horizontally. Then use a related pattern going vertically over the same area. This method you are assured of having complete coverage with no holes. I suggest slow methodical movements until complete. Depending upon the temperature of the zone you are working in, this will dictate how long you have to wipe the zone of excess product before the coating begins to cure. A amazing rule of thumb is to start wiping the treated zone as soon as you finish application. This method you can't go wrong. If you message the surface is getting tacky as you wipe it, you have waited too long and will need to reapply coating on this area. Hold several short-weave micro-fiber towels on hand that you are ok throwing away as you will not be using them on your vehicle at least ever again. Flip the towel often as you use it to wipe the treated area. Once the zone is treated and wiped down, start the next eck your work for dark spots which indicate you have too much coating applied. Once the entire vehicle is treated, you will wish to check for holes in coverage and dark spots. Apply more coating to the locations lacking and wipe down the dark spots. Now, I suggest you do not drive your vehicle for the next 2 days. If you have no other choice, create sure you do not obtain the vehicle wet at least for the first 24 hours. PERIOD, NON-Negotiable! If you do obtain the vehicle wet, wipe any wetness down immediately before it ruins the curing ter 48 hours you can take the vehicle out for a spin but avoid contaminants. Personally, I allow the coating cure for 4 days and did a second coat of product. After this coating, I waited 5 full days before I took the vehicle out of the garage. The results were out-of-this-world!Here is another caveat: Once the ceramic coating is applied and fully cured, you are not done! Oh no, my friend, you have to take care of the coating for it to last. Do not think about washing the vehicle for the first 7 days after treatment. When you do finally wash the vehicle you must use a ceramic enhancer like Vehicle Pro Restart Intensive Care shampoo which will not hurt the coating. Next you will wish to apply Reload and often to recharge the silica content of the ceramic coating. If you take amazing care of the coating it will latest 12-24 months.Having this coating does not give you license to neglect your paint! If you do, the resulting imperfections from tree sap, pollen, bird poop, left to dry will be having to buff off the entire coating and begin over!Highly recommended IF.......

Unfortunately I did not keep the item ordered. I received a bag labeled to contain a "50ml Kit w/ Reload" but instead ordered an older ver of CQuartz and no reload. Amazon was awesome at refunding me for the product since it was an independent retailer that did not let returns. With that said, I was then left with a bottle of ceramic coating that was still considered quite amazing quality. So, of course I used it. Again this is the OLD formulation of CarPro CQuartz, appears to be the original. It protects amazingly well under a lot of various conditions. I have used it to seal my bathroom sink, a try section on my shower door, a futon arm that often see's beverages placed on it, and of course the eparation is a bear!!! I have to say that it was obvious how much I had neglected my vehicle once I started correcting the paint. I did mask off area's and have included photos. In one image it is obvious the rear quarter panel is completely finished, the first part of the door is uncorrected, and the front side of the door has been corrected but no CQuartz applied. I have also included an photo of the try app on the windshield which is beautiful well defined is product is NOT forgiving, you must not over apply or it will leave streaks! !!!DO NOT OVER APPLY!!! It literally takes only a couple drops on the included cloth to apply to a rather huge 2x2 area. If you can no longer see it being applied at all, then wipe clean and begin again.I will modernize this product review in a year or two for longevity testing. For now, I will say that my try section in the shower is still beading like day one after about a month. Other sections where I had tested "RainX" and a competitors "ceramic" are no longer performing the same. RainX never performed.

This items is incredible. I have detailed a lot of vehicles with wax and sealants etc...I have never seen anything as amazing as this! It is rather expensive but I believe I got 4 coats on my 4 door Lexus with one bottle. The only downfall is that it takes a lot of time to do it right and obtain the absolute best results. I would not wish to this much and not do it correctly though. You will see the best results by following below.-Wash Car with auto wash not DAWN!-Claybar with clay kit and use only approved clay bar spray solution, not soapy water!-spray the whole car with iron remover decontaminate, wipe clean.-using a DA buffer polish with whichever polish you prefer.-spray car again with Isopropyl alcohol mixture to remove any remaining waxes/polishes. Your paint needs to be clean as possible and perfect!-lastly apply at least 2 coats of Cquarts ceramic coating.—make sure to do all you can under cover especially the ceramic coating, clean micro fiber towels various ones for every step. Allow it cure for a day without driving or even out of cover.Hope this helps some decide if it’s worth it to them or not, but no doubt this items works amazing!!!

The initial results are impressive. Vehicle looks great! This is not for the casual detailer though. The entire process was a grueling war of wits versus my paint. The total 8 hour plus process I did is detailed below.1. I removed any major defects (mostly glue residues) with some amazing old fashioned WD40 and elbow grease.2. Washed the vehicle with some dawn soap to strip most of the wax (used a pressure washer with a foam cannon)3. Spray the vehicle down while still wet with some iron x after 5 minute I washed the product off4. Washed the vehicle again like normal with a PH balanced vehicle shampoo (I used chemical guys black light)5. While still soapy I clay bared the car, rinse and dried the car.6. Used a paint prep spray on the entire car7. Corrected some minor blemishes on the hood and quarter panel (swirl marks)8. Sprayed the vehicle with some denatured alcohol and wiped it down9. Applied the carpro Cquarts in little sections (2x2 feet roughly) this was really annoying as the applicator is tiny. Waited about 30–45 seconds then buffed it off10. See results, looks amazing. A nice deep wet look that brings the color out well. In a couple days I’m going to apply the included reload. If you are willing to place in the work then by all means feel free. The results will wow you

This is the 1st time applying a ceramic coating and it went beautiful smooth. The quartz uk3.0 apples easily and looking at YouTube vids it lasts and holds up quite well. Prep work took a while but the actual app was simple and painless. 50ml was able to obtain 2 coats on my 2019 Silverado 2500. It Just created it... it’s been about a week since I’ve applied it and my truck looks amazing! Like I just washed it. Dirt doesn’t stick and water literally flies off. Hopefully it lasts a few years and it’s definitely worth the laborious prep work

First I have to say be prepared to place some work in first. Watch a few videos and take your time. You will be rewarded with amazing r the of this I really do not think that there is really anything that can compare. For about 70 dollars waxing will be a thing of the past. I place this on in August it is now November and still looks e total time to completely finish was about 3 days. After washing, claying, buffing, I thought it was never going to end. I kept thinking I really hope this is worth it. Well I have to say it was. Washing takes small to no effort. Sometimes even just a fast spray looks amazing. If you take the effort (about and hour) completely wash and dry. Your vehicle looks like you spent all weekend detailing it.I use my car everyday and use it for work so it is in all conditions all times of day. So spending hours upon hours detailing my vehicle every week was just not feasible. This definitely did the trick. It is basically just a maintenance wash once a week and a amazing wash and dry once a month and it looks I messed up a small when I was doing my car. I went method to massive in the beginning and when I got to the end of the job I did not have enough to do my roof. It is ok though because that is my control. I only applied the reload to the roof and not the ceramic coat. All I can say is you can tell. My roof defiantly does not have the wet waxy look as the rest of the car. I will add some to the roof in the spring when I add another coat just for fun to see if it can look any better.I would suggest this to anyone who is not afraid of hard work and really likes to have fun the fruit of their labor. This is one product that hard work and dedication pays off in the end. So go ahead and if you are not afraid of a small elbow grease. Hope this support you decide to purchase

Was delaying it for quite some time with some claims it is difficult to buff off and my vehicle was very fresh with new paint, so I allow paint to cure for about 6 months before I applied it. This was very simple product to apply. My vehicle paint is ceramic white, so it was very difficult to see any result on the paint right away. If you not sure about how hard is the coat, do not throw away the cloth you used to apply it - you will see in 24h is will become hardened, but still flexible, not brittle. Waited for ~30h to seal the with coat of Reload. The ceramic coating works on plastic, especially on glossy surfaces. I think I would used it on all my vehicles eventually, specially fresh ones. It takes time to do the preparation and clean thoroughly paint from contamination and defects, because if you do not - you would seal/preserve those dirt/imperfections for a very long time.

LOVE the results. My vehicle has the wet/glass look. Followed the directions and can't complain. The surface of the paint is smooth like glass. Water and dirt sheer right off when I wash my car. I still had about 3/4 of a bottle left after applying it to my 2008 Lexus IS250. I just applied some Reload spray on top of the Cquartz coating for more gloss and Tip: Wash the entire vehicle with vehicle soap and dish soap added to remove all the wax and oils. Then clay the entire car, compound and polish before applying the Cquartz.

I just finished applying this to my 18 GTI AB and my wife’s 18 RAV4 SE. I figured the best time to do it is when the vehicles are relatively fresh and defect free, and boy was I e whole process took about 14-15 hours, spread across 2 days - remembering that we did 2 vehicles with one set of ted with a touch wash due to convenience (although I would recommend washing by hand), and then a full wipe down with MF towels and 50/50 distilled and 91% iso. Moved on to a full clay bar, and a polish for my vehicle (wife only had a few hundred miles on her vehicle so we didn’t feel the polish was important after inspection with a spot light). After that, a final wipe down with 50/50 again to create sure any residue was taken care lying the cquartz was so easy although I was being overly cautious at first. Worked panel by panel and split the hood, trunk, and roof in two. You can go a small bit bigger than 2x2 if you’re in a cool, less humid environment (45 degrees, 40% humidity, in garage when we applied). Since the pack says the original cquartz, I found that applying in about 2-4 criss cross passes and waiting for 3-5 mins after produced the best results. I wiped immediately when applying to the hood and felt like it was better to wait, although you don’t wish to wait too long because it becomes beautiful rough to buff out, although not nished with a coat of reload which really place the slick on the paint - super simple to apply and gives me the peace of mind that there are multiple barriers between the elements and my clear coat.I’m waiting to try after curing for 24 hours on my wife’s car, and 48 hours for mine. It’s raining today so I’ll be able to tell right away. Will modernize with pictures after a nice 4 hour ride back l in all the vehicles look fantastic. Like people said, it’s all about the prep. I could see people not doing a proper clay, polish, and degrease and getting less than stellar results. I have about half a 50ml bottle left after 2 vehicles and am planning to do the wheels, windows, and whatever trim is left around the patient, prep properly, and plan a 2 or 3 day weekend to obtain the best results.Edit: After roughly a year of use, our coatings are holding up beautiful well and I'm definitely satisfied with the app given it was my first true go and only cost me ~$75, time, and elbow grease. My wife's RAV4 has not been washed since we applied (yes, almost 10 months), and still looks brand new. She gets compliments on it all the time. The coating didn't work as well on my vehicle and water beading has reduced significantly (after Reload has worn) but I'm beautiful sure I know why. My vehicle had 4000 miles on it when we applied, which means we probably required some better paint correction on it to obtain the right results. My wife's was brand new, less than 200 miles. Also, we inadvertently waited 2-3 mins longer on my wife's vehicle as we were swapping the applicator back and forth and we happened to begin on my vehicle. After doing a small digging, I saw a post from someone who reached out to CarPro and mentioned waiting longer than the recommended app time is beneficial, and I'm guessing it just required a small bit more time to cure. Like I mentioned, its a lot harder to buff out, but the results appear to be better. I'll modernize after my 1 year wash on my vehicle and post some images so people can see how its holding up.

This has been hands down the best I created for my vehicles ught a fresh Chevy SS sedan, and within a week of getting it, I applied this.I washed it with their vehicle shampoo first, then I prep-sol'd the car( a step they didn't mention, but I did anyways to create sure I was applying this to virgin clean paint). I didn't need to do any buffing or paint correction, as my paint was unblemished, and smooth as can be( you may need to do that step though...).I applied it EXACTLY as instructed. I did everything- paint, lights, trim, even the windows(though they recommended not to, it worked out fine for me). I even took the wheels off, and did them and the hard to wash Brembo painted arly 4 months later, and it looks like I place it on yesterday. Water beads off amazingly from ALL the surfaces I applied it e only downside to this is that if you wash the vehicle with ANYTHING but their brand of vehicle shampoo that they recommend, you risk damaging the coating. I washed it ONCE with Meguiars Wash and Wax and it did NOT bead up like it did before. Waxes actually build up on the surface of the ceramic coating, and will bead LESS than the coating. It's really weird. But I washed it the next weekend, with their vehicle shampoo, and the beading result was right back to the method it was before the Meguiars. Theres a reason they guarantee the length of time the coating lasts, when applied and maintained is is legit an awesome product. NOTHING sticks to it.If you this... do yourself the favor, and place the effort into applying it like I did, and also obtain their vehicle shampoo and even their "Iron-X" wheel cleaner. And only use their products on it, as they recommend. Create your life easier for ok the vehicle on a trip this weekend. Came home with a million bugs all over the front. Didn't have a possibility to [email protected]#$%! at home, so I washed it at a do it yourself pressure washer vehicle washer on the method to work. I only used the "clean rinse" setting(remember- no other soap but theirs). Like magic, the bugs were gone. No rubbing. No cleansers. Nothing. $2 and 4 mins of time at the pressure washer.I can't say enough amazing about this stuff.

Everyone says read the instructions... well I did and I still managed to mess up haha. It says to criss cross and let it to dry for 1-5 mins depending on ambient temp. Don’t create the mistake I created and leave it on for method longer than it needs also more doesn’t not mean better in this case. Haha I learned the hard method and it’s total user error. The product does work well from what I can see. Super slick surface just remember to not leave the coating on for too long. I would this product again.

I purchased this as a tester before i begin offering something unique to all of my mates and family for their vehicles (Im a professional detailer stuck at a high volume dealership... god support me), and to a small additional love for those who wish to place huge bucks on the guarantee of their vehicle staying en a lot of known detailers and private celebrities use this product, and showing off what it can do, so I eventually brought myself to shell out for the Cquartz Kit (30ml + Acsessories).Lets begin off with a few things.1.) if you are not at least familiar with how to wax a car, or at least apply some type of sealant by hand (at least a decent know-how is bare minimum to use this product. ----personal opinion)2.) if you do not have patience3.) if you do not have access to at least a garage (car port with some form of roofing is bare minimum, but will not always provide you with optimum results, promise you that much)4.) if you do not know how to perform paint correction (buffing, polishing, scratch removal, touch up paint, wet sanding, etc ---NOT in that exact order, for those who follow a "online detailer" 's advice/opinions....)Then this product may not be for you to apply personally. Leave it to those with experience! This product is difficult to remove (at least on your own..) once it settles in!Onto the fun stuff:1.) Prep work is absolutely everything!!! You CAN apply this without most of the "proper" steps, but at your own peril! At the very least, a wax remover must be used during before or after you wash the paint (i personally just used dish washer soap to remove the wax, then washed it again after I claybarred, and a third time after I acid washed the paint, using the same soap), and it must be claybarred, and all oils removed (91% isopropyl alcohol is your best friens here).2.) just because you place a liquid that fills in scratches while wet, that doesn't not mean they will be gone! This material applies like a solvent on paint , then hardens like glass (SiO2, in case you're wondering.. I won't explain that one, it's called Cquartz for a reason..) and will not hide those horrible swirls and defects, but magnify/amplify them (make them more visible, for those that don't exactly understand) and they will become an eyesore! That is... unless you're the type of person that doesn't mind it, and is just looking for protection to keep the paint over.::sidenote:: rather, looks like a solvent, and feels like it when it gets onto your hands-- as i said, I bought a single kit as a tester for funsies: i had to examine the product and play around with it, just like anybody else that enjoys their hobby.3.) Just because it will protect your vehicle for 'x' years, that doesn't mean the work is done! yes, everything will come off of the paint like a breeze, and it IS anti-static, but that does not under any circumstance mean that your paint is impenetrable: Acid rain, bird droppings, berries (See: bird droppings), bug guts, tree sap (and non liquid-like hurt such as the following...) rock chips, projectiles, somebody keying your car, getting hit by any moving or flying object, or any other hazardous material commonly known to hurt the paint, including your morning commute coffee (ha, ha!).^^^In the happening of at least liquid-like happenings occurring, you have up to around two days before acidic materials manage to break through the coating and eat into your paint (We call that etching....). The sooner you remove it, the better! If you can't obtain to it so soon, wipe as much off as you can. Water is fine to support obtain whatever it might be off (minus tree sap, that items is annoying....... an isopropanol solution works great, but if you have none on hand, rubbing alcohol is best, or just wait until you locate some sap remover. Never scrub sap off of the paint. It will not look pretty, even with a ceramic coating- it can still be scratched, but I will obtain into that after this), but be careful, as water is not what I would recommend to use to drag across paint with a non-dedicated microfiber for happenings like this, it is just a substitute for such things as "quick detailer" if you don't have any on hand, and should be acknowledged as such.4.) Your ceramic coating CAN become scratched. It is not impenetrable! SiO2 was designed to create maintaining your vehicle easier. Microfiber wash mitts are best, as they keep dirt and dust in the fibers, rather than trap them like a cotton (similar to a face rag) cloth would do. All you normally have to do is wet the car (I personally have fun pressure washers, watch everything actually fly off and land next to, if not on someone elses unfortunate car... muahaha!), gently agitate any resting dirt, dust, grime, etc and then spray off. I have found pressure washers blast bug guts off that have been baking in the sun quite easily, but be careful, too close is a huge no-no even with your beautiful fresh coating- In other news, scrubbing isn't necessary, as I stated that ceramic coatings are anti-static, and things should fall off quite effortlessly. It is possible to buff the coating if you obtain scratches, but for the average Joe, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're nit-picky and are capable of doing so.5.) This specific product is not for glass, nor rubber trim/mouldings/interior parts/accessories! There are specified products that fit that category. However, if you want to use this product not as intended, it is up to you to create that mistake on your own. That is all for point 5.6.) If applied improperly, it can leave ripples in your paint, or even worse, *gasp!* rough spots! They are ugly, and I have seen it myself.^^I bring this up, as I recommended a very, very rich man who scored a fresh white Tesla Model S (P85D, woohoo!!) to obtain a coating. He used this exact product I am reviewing right now as we speak. He opted out and applied it himself, and to his dismay, ruined the lustre of some of the paint: as stated, ripples, rough spots, what looks like parts of the microfibre towel inside the paint... I asked him how he thought he did, and he kept downing himself over it. Which brings me to my final point....7.) If you apply it yourself, here are some things to remember, Mr. and Mrs./Ms. Average Joe, Enthusiast, DIY Detailer, etc...If it doesn't come out the method you wanted it to, don't beat yourself up over it, mistakes happen. Move onto the next panel and work smaller sections at a time.I asked my guy with the Tesla if he was satisfied with the job he did, and he told me that he was unhappy with it because of how it looked. I then pointed out that it was his first time trying to obtain his looking good, so its not a huge in that aspect. I then explained to him it seems like he thinks I'm judging his lack of experience, and that if he feels accomplished that he started and finished the job, if he's satisfied with the protection he place down, that a professional's opinion doesn't matter. As long as he is satisfied with HIS work, that's what , onto steps I took to apply this product.____________________________________________________________________________________________________________**DISCLAIMER**These steps are from someone who wanted the absolute best he could obtain out of the product doing it HIS own way. I'm very, very tedious with my own private car.1.) Spray down vehicle (Soak it up!)2.) Dish soap, thoroughly wash (Suds it down!)3.) Acid wash (Eat it up!)4.) Dish soap (Suds it down again!)5.) Clay bar (Smooth it out!)6.) Dish soap (Yes, I'm for real, this wasn't the latest time I washed my car..)7.) Wet sand, 3M 5000 Grit (Fade it out!)8.) Buff, 3M Step 1-- Massive Compound (Rough it up!)9.) Buff 2.0, CarBrite Black Pearl BP02 Medium Compound (Bring it back!)10.) Buff "Patch Notes" Update, CarBrite Black Pearl BP03 Light Chop (Bring it back some more!)11.) Polish, 3M Ultrafine Machine Polish (Bring out that shine!)------- I used an MT300 Meguiars Orbital and a generic 6inch foam pad, 4800 setting12.) Finish, wipe down with 91% Isopropyl rubbing alcohol, and cotton balls--- softest and fluffiest you can find13.) Apply, CarPro Cquartz Ceramic Coating.**DISCLAIMER 2**I washed in between steps 8-10, as I don't like getting compound dust mixed with my polishes. After I polished, I was VERY careful, and ONLY pressure washed (simply put, blasted with water, no soap) the paint, as I didn't wish to risk a scratch, swirl mirror finish to become ruined by a single bit of dust. I also cleaned my wash mitt before every wash from step 8-10. I applied the coating in very little sections, as the Florida atmosphere only gave me a 30 second window before the material became a pain to with. The end effect was a dripping wet, glassy, jaw dropping, neck breaking, out-of-this-world shine, Need-for speed shine, enlighten your sixth sense, 4th dimension gleaming, diamond red 2005 Corolla X-RS. I will not provide pictures, as you can only imagine how ridiculous of a effect being "Extra" can turn over.Overall, I give the product a solid 5.0, as its lowest possible rating from me. Even with extremely minimal prep work, you can yield fair results, but "you obtain what you for" (and I'm not talking about the of the product, this should cost waaaaaaaay more). If you can't sacrifice your time for the prep work, you are definitely getting what you for. With everything I did, although far too much time and work place into it, this product deserves a rating far higher than a 5. you obtain so much more for what you for when you place everything you have into it.If you don't know how to apply it, it's worth the spent to have it professionally done. Just hold up with it, and it will stay is is my official review of the CarPro Cquartz Ceramic coating, and will apply to all US-Domestic kits available.

Several years ago I purchased a CPO BMW 535i from BMW of Irvine. It would attract less dust, bird poo wouldn't stick and was so simple to wash as compared to my other vehicles. I never knew what they had used on the paint to create it do this. I started hearing about ceramic coatings and saw they were very expensive to have professionally applied. I decided to tap into my skills from a lot of years ago owning a body shop. I washed and clayed the car and polished it as needed. If you this and don't clay it, I would honestly say don't bother. You won't be happy.I began applying the coating on a nice cool evening in the garage. I did one section at a time, wiping off before hazing (this is critical). If you fubar a panel, clay it again, [email protected]#$%! then begin over with the coating. Do the wheels to prevent the brake dust from the end, this is a nice coating which seems to be impressive. The vehicle stays cleaner just like my BMW from years ago. It is safe to say my old BMW had a ceramic coating applied by the previous owner. In the end, this is or really any ceramic coating is highly recommended! Birds poo on my vehicle and it no longer eats the new the coating at least once a year!

Highly recommend doing this in a cool well lit garage. Prep is key. A amazing wash, clay bar, DA polish, prep spray to remove residue and then finally apply and buff. I place it on a 2015 Audi A6, and it is currently in the 48 hour cure stage. Shine is fantastic, I now have a protective mirror finish. Do not apply this outdoors in direct sunlight it makes it flash too quickly and difficult to buff out. Cool surface is a must. Do your prep and take your time, it is all about a amazing clean surface. Will modernize later on hydrophobic properties after 48 hours.

So fyi...

This product keeps awesome me every time it rains or I go to wash my truck..Like everyone else says, do your prep work! My Nissan Frontier had permanent water spots on the paint.. It looked terrible.. I had to buff the entire truck with a beautiful aggressive polishing compound, then finish with a fine compound to obtain through those water spots and fine scratches.. Once that was done, I thoroughly washed and dried and went over the truck with CarPro Eraser.. The app process was beautiful smooth. I'm in Florida in the middle of summer.. I went over a panel, by the time I finished the lower zone of a door, the product was already flashing and starting to haze.. I buffed over it with a fresh micro fiber cloth until it was clean looking.. Done..By the way, 30ml barely finished an 08 Nissan Frontier. I was literally shaking the latest drop out of the bottle to finish my latest section.. So if you have a mid-sized truck or larger vehicle, I'd recommend buying the 50ml bottle of Cquartz.

So far everything is amazing with this product. I applied it to a '17 WRX after performing a beautiful lengthy prep of washing, iron decontaminating, claying, and a single scene machine polish. I did an alcohol wipe down on each panel after polishing it, and again prior to applying CQuartz to insure all dust or any residual oils/fillers were removed. The preparation is by far the most difficult and lengthy part of applying CQuartz. The actual app went very smoothly, and I did not experience any of the difficulties I sometimes see mentioned in reference to high spots or challenging -application, dust and lint that settle onto the vehicle do seem easier to lightly remove with a microfiber, but I can't comment on water behavior yet because I'm still within the 48 hour window and don't wish to risk water spotting. Overall, the feeling of the paint is very slick and it does have a nice glossy/wet appearance. With the 30ml bottle I have approximately half of the bottle left, so I will probably apply a second coating.

    CarPro Cquartz 50ml Kit - Ceramic Coating Finish []  2020-1-14 19:47

    CarPro Cquartz 50ml Kit - Ceramic Coating Finish []  2020-1-14 19:47

    CarPro Cquartz 30ml Kit - Ceramic Coating Finish []  2020-1-22 23:8

    CarPro CQuartz UK 3.0_30ml Kit w/Reload []  2020-1-22 23:8

    VSGO DDR24 DSLR or SLR Camera Full-Frame Sensor Cleaning Kit (12 X 24mm Sensor Cleaning Swabs + 15ml Sensor Cleaner) []  2020-5-14 18:36

I had some little specks which were evident on day sky shots when magnified to the max. Since my Nikon D600 has a fresh shutter (replaced under warranty because of the oil splatter issue), I assumed it was dust. With the mirror up, using a little LED flashlight, I could see dust on the glass cover plate which protects the sensor. A hand-held blower (not canned air) remove most of it, but some was still evident (I photographed a white interior door to check). I used the wipes and first dragged it from left to right, then flipping the wipe over, I dragged from right to left (as the directions instructed). The dust on the glass cover plate was completely gone (nothing visible with the flashlight or in a subsequent picture check). It makes one nervous, but in reflecting, the plate is glass (so very hard) and you are dragging the wipe across the glass and not grinding any dirt into the glass. With reasonable care, one should be fine.

I was editing some long-exposure pictures recently, resetting white balance completely and such, and I came across a nasty set of artifacts on the brighter greens of my night images. I had recently bought a used camera and used lens that I fell in love with, so I was concerned that this might be a lifelong problem with the equipment I didn't know about.I did some research online... And despite noticing no obvious signs of a dirty sensor, I thought this might be a similar problem and ordered these.Long story short, it looks like my problem may have been a dirty sensor all along. I took some try shots throughout the cleaning process (I used 6 swabs wet total) and there were definitely issue spots (and they didn't come off with first swabbing). It was a small frustrating to work on it and try and search specks still there. So I used a small more solution drops on the swabs at a time and place a small bit more pressure, and it looks like everything's perfectly clean now.I'm going to test to never take my lens off again ;)I was worried between all the various versions of this and competitors and poor experiences, that using this would turn into a problem. It turns out this same brand was recommended by Tony Northrup and he even has a video explaining how to use it. That was a lot of support too.

I've been a professional photographer for over 10 years and have always sent off my FX Bodies to the service center for sensor etty scary to begin the body, flip up the mirror and expose the sensor on a camera costing more than 6k. Lots of cautionary tales regarding the chance of damaging the sensor coating.I was at an imaging convention where my camera company was offering FREE Sensor Cleaning Services to pro-members, so I stopped by and watched the process. The technician was not careful at all, locked the mirror up, place the sensor under a light, grabbed a swab and swept it across the sensor once in each directly, did a cursory look through magnifier glasses and closed it all back up and handed it to AT was the confidence builder for me, if that's all it was, then I can do this and save myself having to be without one of my basic camera bodies for that easy cleaning purpose. THIS kit is just perfect, the with of the swab matches my sensor perfectly and I just swabbed in two directions with one dampened swab. Did my own inspection, did a try exposure at f11 to present any remaining artifacts on the sensor and it's clean as a whistle!I definitely like this kit and when time=money, I suggest learning to do your own cleaning.... don't be massive handed! It's not as nerve racking as a lot of will tell you. Save time, save money, I will definitely be doing my own sensor cleanings from now on.Excellent product.

No matter how a lot of amazing comments and 5 stars, I was still skeptical of using it since a camera sensor is just that delicate. But nope. It worked flawlessly on my Sony A7s sensor. Stains which looked like they had dried up and had no method to be cleaned except for a wet cleaning, this kit was the answer. Just 2 drops on the swab and I waited couple of seconds for it to soak in, and in 2 wipes, Sensor is as reflective as a mirror spotlessly clean.Just create sure you don't use more than a drop or two, else the sensor will obtain those droplets. Also, after you clean the sensor, you can re-use the same swab to clean your camera LCD display. Although not recommended, It didn't damage my LCD screen at all. Rather, I just got a dust clean display.

These are amazing sensor swabs at the right price. I have cleaned DSLR sensors for the past dozen years, and had prior to used Photographic Solutions swabs. Now I use a combination of CRC Duster, Arctic Butterfly (recommended), Eclipse cleaning solution (recommended) and these VSGO swabs. For dust only I use and recommend an Arctic Butterfly and also use the CRC Duster. The problem is that sensor dust gets sticky and becomes difficult to remove, and it can take a half-dozen repetitions to obtain a sensor clean - so it's nice that these swabs are e process goes like this: First I blow away dust from the camera exterior, and wipe the zone around the lens mount with Photographic Solutions Pec Pads (also a must-have for camera and lens cleaning). Using canned air is fraught with peril and not recommended for anyone without mechanical aptitude and unaccustomed to risk. First, the majority of canned air has "bitterant" to prevent teenagers from using it to obtain high, and the CRC brand is the only one I'm aware of that does not include bitterant, which leaves a residue (check the fine print on the can label). Second, using canned air involved a risk of getting freezing liquid on the sensor... so you have to have your brain engaged... shop the can only in an upright position, never tilt it or the freezing liquid might be expelled and before applying it to the camera do a try spray onto your hand to create sure the flow line is from liquid. Assume that if you spray freezing liquid onto your camera sensor then your camera is ruined, so that's why you'll never read elsewhere about using canned air. However, it effectively removes huge dust particles from the DSLR mirror box, focusing screen and finally, sensor. I prefer to remove the huge particles without using swabs to hold them from step is to use the static brush of the Arctic Butterfly to further remove dust from the sensor. I should remember to package the Arctic Butterfly for travel to use after trips down dusty streets choked with diesel exhaust. Still, I'd only expose the sensor for cleaning in a clean environment. The Arctic Butterfly might do 90% of the ing the sensor swabs, I use one or two drops of cleaner to wet the swab, and test to swipe in a complete stroke without picking up the swab. I have tried the cleaning solution provided with these VSGO swabs, and it appears to include water which when dries can leave streaks or "water-stains" on the sensor. Instead, I think Eclipse from Photographic Solutions dries cleaner, and a 2 oz bottle is a lifetime supply. Using one or two drops of solution is key to minimize the amount of solution that must evaporate.A next key is to check for dust effecitvely. Do to this, use a lens that stops down to a very little aperture, like f/22. I shoot into a blank white computer screen, using a word processor with blank page, shooting RAW and using the base ISO of the camera (in my camera's case that's ISO 100). No need to go outside and works in the dead of night. Also, I set the exposure compensation to over, like 1.5 or 1.7 stops.... else the exposure of your blank white computer screen will effect in a medium gray. Next, import this photo into your RAW processor, and set contrast and clarity to maximum, and shadows and blacks to minimum. What first imported looking clean now probably looks dirty and streaked. I search that I have to go back up to a half-dozen times and sometimes almost scrub the sensor. Each time I either use a fresh swab or use the canned air to thoroughly blow all the dust off a use swab. I'll finish up with a final pass using a brand fresh swab and a minimum amount of cleaning fluid, trying to create a full, continuous sweep of the sensor so I only pick the swab up off the sensor once at the end of the tting the sensor really clean is takes patience, is finicky and requires a level of retentativeness. But clean means clean, and it's nice that these swabs are so the cost component of the job is one less thing to worry about... You might not want/need to use f/22 any other time!

    VSGO DDR24 DSLR or SLR Camera Full-Frame Sensor Cleaning Kit (12 X 24mm Sensor Cleaning Swabs + 15ml Sensor Cleaner) []  2020-5-14 18:36

Being one who wears eyeglasses with true glass, I'm a stickler for a excellent lens cleaning. When I'm finished, I always keep them up to a bright light where I can see the minutest streak or smudge. Using this same method, I decided to try the quality of VSGO cleaning swabs and solution. To me, the real try of how well this products cleans is to use something that I can keep up to the light and see right through. With a sensor, you are limited to shining a light in there and looking around. That is why I decided to use a dirty B&W filter from my 135 lens. I evenly applied 3 drops to the swab, and then with the same light pressure 60 degree angle I use on a sensor, I swabbed back on one side and forth on the other. The solution left absolutely no streaks or movie whatsoever. The first pass did not completely remove some of the oily spots, but after making another couple of passes, they were gone. One would not create more than one pass with a swab, but should obtain a fresh swab for a second cleaning. However, since this was just my lens filter, I was not as concerned. I went back and forth, and round in a circular motion. Never once did I leave any residue nor a streak to be found!I would place away any fears of this solution streaking, and chalk it up to the person using too a lot of drops when they report otherwise.I would even recommend you to do this try yourself before cleaning your sensor, just to build confidence in the product. There's nothing more reassuring than swabbing a couple of times on a hard to clean B&W lens filter, and seeing it flawless.I did, for the extreme try of it, touch my eyeglasses to my forehead with a small wipe (leaving quite the oily residue on the lenses) to see if the swab could tackle such a mess. Nope. Not a chance. This, however, was not any flaw of the product, as the only method I was able to obtain them clean was to rinse them under water and use Dawn dish soap.Unless someone were to actually wipe a dirty finger across the sensor glass, you probably would not have such an extreme case. Even so, I'm still confident with enough swabs, a person could obtain the oil off.And so in closing, I'm completely happy with VSGO cleaning kit. Don't be afraid to clean your own sensor, and give no heed to the fearmongers. Just watch a bunch of videos to obtain the common theme, blow out the dust first, then swab it. You'll never look back after you do.Happy dust shooting, and goodbye to using spot removal.

I'm beautiful meticulous about my sensor's cleanliness. In fact, I'm kind of a freak about it.I sent a camera in to the manufacturer once, and was not happy with what they called "clean". So, a long time ago, I learned to do it r years, I've been using Photographic Solutions Sensor Swabs, I thought that they were the best mankind can do. Even though, I usually required two swabs to obtain the job done and usually had to use copious amounts of air blower (HEPA JET II) and gentle swipes from an Arctic Butterfly to obtain the pieces of loose dust and lint off the sensor. It was a critical pre-assignment ritual I never liked doing (but got beautiful amazing at). Did it about once a week on my workhorse camera en, on a whim, I tried this product. The VSGO swab worked perfectly the first time, with just one little spec of dust (that blew right off). The material is truly lint and tightly & perfectly shaped to the plastic "spatula" design. The width is just right, keeping the action on the sensor, and not up on the edges. The liquid cleaner also works extremely well, and gasses off just behind the swab with absolutely no is is a case where the cheaper brand is an of magnitude superior.Just them....learn how to use them properly, and you will be rewarded with better (blem free) images.

During a latest vacation I used my Sony A7iii with interchangeable lenses to take awesome images and videos at the beach. Because I swapped lenses frequently I picked up dust and ocean spray on my sensor which ended up on all my images towards the end of the trip.I knew I required to obtain the sensor cleaned and did some research on the topic and thought the only solution was to have it professionally cleaned ; that was until I saw some YouTube videos on how to do it myself which gave me the confidence to test ven that I have a full frame sensor, I found the VSGO sensor cleaning kit fairly quickly on Amazon and ordered sensor cleaning process as follows:1) Use camera sensor clean function to vibrate sensor; removed 50% of dust2) Use rocket blower on sensor; it removed the remaining dust from the sensor3) Use VSGO swab with 3 drops of cleaning solution making 2 passes; removed 50% of ocean spray4) Use VSGO swab with 3 drops of cleaning solution making 2 more passes; this removed all of the remaining ocean spray!I basically have a like fresh camera again and I am very satisfied with the results. I would recommend this product to other full frame photographers.

It works very well for the Full Frame Sony A7RIII. Compared to a mirrored camera the mirror-less does obtain dust easily while changing lenses. I used about 4 swab attempts to create the sensor 100% dust free. For the Sony ARIII create sure you turn it on and place sensor in cleaning mode, do not turn off. Clean in the most dust environment you can find. Use 1 swab and 2 to 3 drops. Sweep once in one direction and back. Then discard swab. Turn off camera. Then attach lens and place in manual focus F22 and shoot blue sky or clean white background. (Move camera while shooting.) Then switch to play picture mode and zoom in and move square around to check for dust. You can even see the smallest of spots. Repeat process till dust free. You can also check in light-room to spot dust spots with the fresh dust visualizer in spot removal tool. Just bought my second kit for the future...

The images I attached are of a blank piece of paper, before and after cleaning the sensor. I shot them at ISO 100, f/22, and deliberately out of focus to present sensor spots. As you can see, the results are excellent. Most, if not all spots are gone. The spots on my α7II sensor were quite stubborn so my cleaning way took somewhat more time:1. Blew sensor out with Giottos AA1900 Rocket Air Blaster.2. Swiped sensor using a dry swab as instructed (from left to right, then right to left).3. Swiped sensor using a second, wet swab. I applied two drops of the included cleaning solution on the swab prior to swiping.4. Swiped sensor using a third, dry swab to remove any possible residue left by the cleaning solution.5. With one extremely stubborn spot still on the upper left corner of the sensor, I blew the sensor out with my air blaster again and used a fourth dry swab, after which the sensor was left practically immaculate.Factoring the cost of purchasing this kit, I saved $55 over having a camera clean it for me.

Reliable and simple to use. Been using Skywriter products since I had my Windows 6.0 phone. Its reliable, simple to navigate, and even easier to read on smaller screens. I've trialed other apps, but have since deleted them and will continue to from this company. Well done Skywriter, looking forward to future products from you.

Amazing Application as far as it goes All of the functions included work well. However it should have a weight and balance calculator since this is an essential element of any flight planning.

Amazing Application for Specialists I love this application for the Stabilized Constant Descent Angle program and the cold weather corrections. It makes it fast and simple when you are busy and need things done promptly. The amazing circle moving map is usefull too as aircraft does not present States lines or Provinces or geographical points. Worth buying.

This thing just works. A not frills UI and the best part, does not even need zone permissions that most apps seem to hog around. Simply add your town and obtain started.

    CarPro GLISS V2 - 30ml Kit - Ceramic Coating - Hyper Smooth Hydrophobic Nano Top-Coat []  2020-1-22 0:0

I bought this to use as a topper to a small more slickness on top of regular Carpro CQ Quartz. This went on a fresh 2019 Ram 1500 which is the six time truck of the year in 201. Not only does it add a lot of gloss it is much slicker too. Its too early to judge longevity yet but if it is like other CarPro ceramic products I have use it will latest a long time. If you have an awesome truck like this one create sure and use Gliss

Perfect coating! I applied GLISS over 2 coats of CQuartz and the shine, depth are outstanding. However I didn't obtain the slickness I was expecting. I coated my wife's care with another brand of coating and it was really slick! GLISS did quite match the slickness. Other than that, I would recommend GLISS.

Don't believe the hype I used 3 coats of this and 3 coats of the 3.0 and they do not some anything like a 59.00 kit I bought (c-n-d). It is 100% shinnier and slicker. I used this on 2 brand fresh vehicles 2018 equinox and 2018 white over black traverse redline. I did my 09 impalla with c-n-d and it looks method better and was easier to apply.

You’ll be lucky to obtain two passes out of this product. Don’t continue passes once it starts to pull. Correcting high spots with this product can be very difficult on dark colors as it darkens the paint a bit. Youll have dark streaks from overlapping with a previously applied area. Results are well worth the effort though. It is much slicker in comparison to CQuartz. The reason I’ve dropped a star is due to difficulty fixing high spots on dark cars and how quickly it flashes
