This application is very low down. Every week or so I obtain a notification and obtain all excited only to begin it and it says they will have a system maintenance. Search a better method to alert us for that bs. This is serious business here and ppl have been waiting months up to years for this Visa process.

I hold getting case status updates when there hasn't been any. The whole purpose of this application is to obtain notifications on a case and well, it's not working at all. UPDATE: dev has fixed the problem and the application is working as expected.

I have been getting the notifications throughout the day saying there is an modernize to one of the petitions. But when I click it the notification, there is no modernize since 200+ days. Not sure why the application is falsely thinking there is an update. Because of this bug. it'll be amazing if there was a method to control the frequency at which the the application checks for updates -- if i can create once a day, that would be better than getting notifications every 1 hour or so because of this bug.

The application itself is handy and accurate. But from the latest few weeks it is unusually sending change of status notifications (all prevoius or current) statuses forcing users to click and see thw status. Seems like click it is becomimg baits over time.

you are better off just signing up for phone or email alerts instead of using this app. I received a status modernize alert today and nothing changed with my case. I would wait for them to fix problems with this application before using it again.

Update: The fix sent on 8/16 worked and no longer getting status updates now and then Major bug in the application since past few days, gives blank status every now and then, gets corrected after refreshing few times

Easy to use and props for minimalism, but no method to stop notifications. My case completed a year ago but since 07/2019 Ive been getting push notifications almost daily. Would love an option to tag a case complete so it stops pulling info. I may uninstall until I need to renew my GC.

the application is annoying and weird. it notifies me that there's an modernize but when you check it it's just empty and when you [email protected]#$%! comes back with the same status. please fix this coz it freaks me out as i am waiting for modernize with my case.

Simple to use. Only thing is it doesn't have an automatic notification that alerts you if there has been any change. You always have to go on the application to refresh to see if there has been any updates.

When I test to login to USCIS, as prompted on the app, I enter my username and password, and the application just says logging in and spins indefinitely. I have to completely force close the application and then restart, and the whole thing happens again.

Why? because the application keeps sending me notifications for the same case status that I received 21 days ago. If there is no updates on the case status then there shouldn't be a notification again and again. Pls fix.

Updated Review: This application is legit! I don't know how it uses the official API but i was able to obtain status modernize notifications a day before it reflected on the USCIS site. Thank you developer! Want the US govt had talent like you working for them Original: Uncomplicated interface. Can add cases and track them. Without an official USCIS app, this is our next best thing to use!

I want I would have known of this application 5 months ago. I would have avoided a huge mistake by the post office, unfortunately I didn't have it. But now I am able to obtain notified instantly of all my cases, and it is a RELIEF to obtain amazing fresh via phone notifications, instead of waiting for a piece of mail which in my case, always gets lost. Thank you for this app!

Developer response: Thank you for the feedback. We respect people's privacy and do not copy / send USCIS data on individual cases to another cloud/server. As a result, while your suggestions are something we would also love to do, it is not possible to do so and maintain privacy at the same time. my reply: theres no private identifiable info in a receipt number. its just a receipt number. if you felt that method the case tracker wouldn't have a find and filter option.

Case tracker is simple to use and it's very nice because it allows you to check on your case, enabling you to know where it has reached. With case tracker you don't need to obtain worried about your mail getting lost, you are well assured that you will keep your email without fail because you track it down from day one until you keep it in your mail box and when you don't keep it as expected it's easier for you to report immediately.

Straight forward and intuitive. I had some problems getting my case to pull up but just kept trying and it eventually worked. Everything is amazing with the application it's just not the prettiest thing. I guess that's a government application for you though... Functionality over aesthetics.

The application is easy and straight forward to use. My largest complaint is sometimes it pushes out notifications saying there is an modernize on case status but actually there isn't. It happened to me a couple of times whenever USCIS is having some kind of maintenance on their site. getting a false alarm is a torture for people who have been waiting for months/years for any progress of their app status....

this is a amazing application to track multiple cases in one place. I have 3 cases for my 485, 131 and 765 and this makes ot much easier. i couldnt track multiple cases on official uscis website. The only downside that i saw is that it crashed once
