I like the application until they updated it now I can't obtain into it to check my balance and see what I have and when my social security check drop which is due this week so I can pay my bills I think you all should have allow us know when you are going to modernize I don't wish to leave the credit union but why it's taking so long to obtain the application up and running I am sure you all didn't have a issue getting your application up and running
Okay, firstly with the fresh modernize it deleted my user name. Since the application always had my username before I forgot it. Now I'm trying to figure out my user name and of course there isnt an option for that. Cant contact anyone on the weekend so now got to wait just because they dont have a primary function. Of course they have the forgot password option but when you do that it does not tell you the user name. So if you forget your user name amazing luck with this application and bank.
The mobile check deposits needs to be updated severely, constantly closes.. You have to log into the application 3 separate times before it will actually allow you log in, the application just feels cheap and janky, you would think that as nice as all the tva branches are they would build a amazing user friendly application that looks as amazing as it runs
I spend most of the year away from home, so mobile banking is essential. I love being a member of the credit union, and I've always been able to do everything without going to a branch. Lately, the application has been unreliable and clunky. I can't set up fast access anymore (I tried contacting them but I never got a response). More worrying is their mobile check deposit. I literally cannot deposit checks anymore. When I take a image the application glitches and gets stuck. What was wrong with the application before you updated it? Please just place it back the method it was before. Modernize four months later: This is still a large issue, and I'm really upset to now have to abandon my favorite credit union because I can't deposit checks. The customer service reps I talked to have been helpful, but the system is still broken and shows no signs of ever being fixed.
Loved it to monitor my accounts until the latest update. Ever since the latest modernize I can not begin the app. Every time I hit the login button it shuts down. This has been a couple weeks now. Either go back to the old ver or obtain a fresh modernize out, but this has taken too long.
11-17-2018. I don't like the black background in my account. Go back to the burgandy, was easier on the eyes. Plus, where it says History, it used to present what acc I was in. I frequently switch back and forth from one acct to another. Now it's confusing. Also the print is too little in the transactions and the date, and I liked it better with a colourful divider (medium blue) between each days transactions, not the light gray currently. My vision isn't that great, even with readers on. The date and transactions all look jumbled together. Please fix this. Thank you.
Mobile deposit is a nightmare. Have no issue w anything else. Worse no one responds to feedback or crash logs. Unexcusable that an operation the size of TVA refuses to correct. Have mobile banking with ,2 other institution s. Their mobile deposit works FLAWLESSLY. ORNL is the best.
Everyone should relax. Tva is doing work to test and protect your assets. One of those ways is to increase security. Sometimes that means dropping help for older devices that no longer help modern security protocols. I still think they need to implement two factor authentication. Be thankful they are working in your best interest present help and be simple on the complaints until you fully understand what you are complaining about.
Not able to log into fresh application on my phone or tablet. I refuse to purchase newer model devices to accomodate this app. My devices are less than a year old TVA should accommodate all of their customers no matter what. Called the bank and was left on keep for over an hour. Still waiting on my return call.
It works well enough but the fresh modernize asks for method too a lot of fresh permissions & if reviews left by others are anything to go by it's broken. Not updating until excessive permission requests, as in all of the fresh ones, are gone. Edit: They updated again not even three days later & it's a amazing thing I read the reviews. Even if I had the cash I'm not buying a fresh phone for this. My current device is in excellent condition & I will not replace what isn't broken. I guess I'll just check my balance elsewhere until it's fixed since they somehow bugged the working software to test forcing an update. I still will not modernize until excessive permissions are removed & deliberately added 'bugs' are fixed.
I have a Galaxy Note 8 and the application froze upon opening. This application might not be compatable with Android device ver 7.1.1. I would suggest to the developers an modernize for versions 7, 7.1.1, and 8.0 and to rebuild the app. At least I hope it's that easy of a fix for them.
Fresh modernize causes mobile check deposit images to be taken automatically. This leads to blurry photos that then lead to a rejected mobile deposit. I was satisfied to click the button after the check was in frame and focused. Please allow me click the button.
I love fresh update, I love the fresh widget. Hold these amazing features coming.🖒🏿 One suggestion after using our credit card can we obtain a total balance of what owed before it post? My bank of America credit shows my total amount due while it's pending. Right now kind of a guessing android game with multiple transactions. Like if there's a credit coming. Also, when clicking on the amount spent add information about merchant. Thanks!
Most of the application works just fine, EXCEPT for mobile deposit. It crashes every time I test to create a deposit. I've tried it with the flash on and off, with the auto capture on and off, photographing the back of the check first, every which method I can think of. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application multiple times. I just have to hold trying and hope that I obtain that one lucky instance where the application stays live just long enough to obtain the deposit through, it usually takes a couple days of trying. Without mobile deposit, there's really no point in having this app.
Always wait to modernize apps or hold .apk for versions that work well for you. Usually every other modernize is worth trying out. Nfcu will fix the application soon I'm sure, they are beautiful responsive compared to some other devs...Latest modernize flash doesn't work for image deposits, bring a lamp. Please fix it NFCU!
Tried 3 various times to obtain a "verification code" and have not been sent it once (keep in mind I know it isn't anything on my end. The old application worked flawlessly for me.) After attempting to log into my acc again I was locked out and told to call to even have access to logging in! Have tried to call more than 10 times over the course of two days to reach the bank and have been unable to obtain even an answer. Thank God I hold track of my cash and paid everything ahead of time. I'm unable to go in due to my work hours (which is why I use the application to start with.) I've been with begin for nearly seven years now but this is the final straw. I'll be closing my acc as soon as possible.
Simple and accurate. The check deposit section of the application is a work of art. Now you can even do soft credit checks from the same source Redstone checks. I swear I'm not paid. I just got charged a $25 overdraft free, but that's still not enough to dissuade a amazing review.
This application is absolutely horrible. It always says the answers to the security questions are wrong or my password is incorrect. Even after resetting it I can't log in. SC Federal has amazing employees but horrible IT infrastructure. Don't bother downloading it. You will end up wanting to search a fresh bank.
No fixes. Still asks questions I reinstalled to obtain the fresh ver and it still asks questions I have never answered before. Therefore, I cannot access my account. I was told the external acc transfers work in both directions. They do NOT. Neither can I transfer from an external acc to the SCFCU credit card. I will continue to use the Navy Federal seamless and dependable external acc functions to transfer into SCFED. Very sad app considering Navy Federal and USAA have such amazing apps. Fix it!
Very satisfied with the changes I've been at a loss for several months because the application was so not good I literally couldn't log in. I'm satisfied to say after the most latest update, I am very very satisfied. I especially like the "instant balance" feature, which allows you to choose up to 6 accounts to view when you begin the app, without having the log in. That'll create buying groceries or (impulse) purchases much easier! Thank you for updating!
