latest modernize has lost the ability to access my rewards. The rewards button is greyed out even though it still shows a small (1) for 1 reward available. I also lost the ability to scan and earn fresh points. I emailed the application help squad and will modernize this review if it gets fixed
The application is well designed, the program sucks. Lost all my visits upon conversion and started at 0. This is basically a little rebate for frequent customers who are their heaviest spenders and who are diligent enough to hold track of their visits. You broke the cardinal rule of rewards programs: you took something that was simple and you created it harder PLUS you set the bar higher. How exciting, cents on a $10 meal...not. The program is of limited value and doesn't a meaningful incentive to choose LeAnn Chin over most competitors. Seriously, whatever consumer research was done probably wasn't enough. I'm uninstalling and de-enrolling from text messages - it's not even worth the zone on my phone.
U guys f'ed up huge time.... I go there A LOT and every time I do somethings incorrect. One time my son choked on a bone from the orange chicken. " THE NON BONE CHICKEN" and have we heard anything from anyone... NO. you were our favorite (but pricy) go-to put with amazing food. Now my son says he can't trust you anymore. And that means I can't trust or go there anymore. Sorry people but when they begin screwing with your children... ha no more forgivness, action time. So sorry but say goodbye to Leeann *CHOKING ON A BONE FROM SOMETHING SUPPOSEDLY WITHOUT BONES* Chin. >>>IM TAKING ACTION TO FILE A LAWSUIT.<<<
Application is beautifully designed. However; the fresh program is not good and not an incentive at all!!! Spend $100 to obtain a $8 meal?! The return on investment in comparison to its predecessor is hot garbage. Revamp and re-release. Uninstalling and going to be blasting leeann chin on social media over this. So much for customer appreciation....
I uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times and each time i couldn't even obtain past the set-up page. I would press "get started" and it would just begin the same thing. Had the application in the past and it seemed to be working fine then. I got an email for a Birthday but have to use the app...guess I wont be getting Leann Chin for my bday
Beautiful amazing app. The rewards is basically every 10 visits gets you a entrée and I hadn't gotten a text for the previous program for like 7 months. So in my opinion method better than the previous one. It's seriously just entrée and a drink. There you go. 10$ just like most other places.
I was skeptical at first when I saw some of the reviews but much to my delight I recieved 70 points for being part of the old loyalty program, plus I recieved a entree just for downloading the application. They are also giving me something for on my birthday. I also like how the application is easy with the tabs at the bottom.
Shorted me on points on conversion. Shop employee verified it but help would not fix. Apparently they convert based on non-curremt data and current day visits are lost. later visits did not give me points and tech help did not resolve after I provided receipt data. No bogo received with fresh application - folks who did not convert still obtain them. This app, not good design of program, and unhelpful help are doing their best to slay a long term customer relationship that began when the company first started. And based on comments mates and shop employees have created it is having the same result with a lot of others. I have been told one can not switch back to the old loyalty program. And today I discovered (via Norton security app) that this application is being flagged as a privacy risk and a battery drain due to its continually sending geolocation data back to their servers. It is time to seriously consider giving up on the loyalty program, this app, and the company itself.
I'm so so so very upset for the past couple months with this app. It originally worked on my phone and now it sits on the loading screen not changing even after an hour. I had a lot of points on there but I can't use them and I love to eat here. There NEEDS to be a put on the www service to access the points and rewards instead of just on the application for issues like this. It's so very upsetting and frustrating 😭
It's disappointing how much they messed with their loyalty program. Leeann Chin was already overpriced when you consider the portion sizes, but now you have to go there approximately 13 times in to earn one entree. So, it's not really worth your time to use this application each time you go to Leeann Chin, and that's a shame.
