Interface is awkward. Functionality is crappy: I've tried to book a ride beforehand for 6 am next day, but the application said "all drivers are busy, test again later". After a conversation with their help it was turned out that I hadn't been able to book because bridges were begin in St. Petersburg until 6 am. Then I booked a ride for 6.01 am. The weirdiest application I have ever used. The only reason why I used the application is that my company had recommended to use it in business trips.
after using this application already for a couple of years getting error notice and unable to use it. after contacting help got an tip to uninstal the application and use the recent version, did it still doesn't work and no reaction from support, really sucks!!!!! unblock my acc asap please!!! already 5 days nobody reacts from support....
I use Gett very often. Recently you started letting drivers take fresh fares before completing the current one. This is fine except it can take a really long time for the driver to obtain to the passenger, and you don't inform me in advance. I think you should notify the passenger from the beginning.

Endless technical issues - GPS showed me at a various location, tried to call the driver but the application connected me to a various phone number, had to pay a cancellation fee because the application itself didn't work. Non existing customer service - at best you obtain a chat with a bot. No price estimate. Had 4 hellish rides and 3 bogus cancellations fees in 2 months before deleting the application for good. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND NERVES AND DON'T USE THIS SERVICE.
Better in London than Israel. I used this in Tel Aviv & Ramat Gan. Also experienced my colleagues using it and it was very frustrating. 2 cancel rides on my colleague. The driver dropped 2 off my colleagues off at the airport and then couldn't figure out how to take to anther stop. I went down to the ride share and two drivers took over 5 mins to arrive while I'm standing by no less than 15 empty taxis. Should have used Uber because this is unreliable with the Israeli taxi drivers.
When I booked a car, the waiting time was estimated to be 15 minutes. However, after i waited for 10 minutes, the assigned driver changed and the waiting time increased to 20 minutes. I waited patiently for another 10 mins but neither the estimated time of the arrival to the pick up point, nor the distance changed. As a effect , I missed my appointment. Should I have used public transport I would have reached my destination faster and on time. On other occasions I've had a better experience
poor experience in moscow couple of months ago. first, they declined my card for no obvious reason, even though I used this card before and after the ride without any problems. how lucky I am to have cards of 4 various banks, so I changed. no help at all from the help team. no phone support. now they seem to have blocked me totally from support, after I complained about a VIP driver who was extremely rude to me which is not acceptable in this class of the car.
Within 10 mins the cab arrived, and the driver was so wonderful. He helped me with massive multiple bags. He helped me cross the road with them at the destination. He was a godsend. This service and its application are excellent. Pleasant no fuss service. One also pays by card in the application at the time of scheduling pick up. Thanks Edward courteous and profesional with a amazing heart is my description of you. Gett is the only service for me now in London.

Poor drivers bug on application and lack of support. Im reporting a bug for the second time (beside it happened a lot of times before) and nobody at Gett understands. Also drivers lie, create you wait 20 mins and dont wait passengers for one minute. Gett staff should really listen to customers, check history of issues and complaints deeply instead of just give up or believe on driver lies.
I kept getting error messages and was unable to use the app. After emailing customer support, my acc was unlocked after 24 hours and then the application worked. it would be amazing if customer help was reachable by phone or chat rather than waiting for an email response. the taxi driver had a method to call someone at Gett but they still couldn't help.
Until I replaced my phone, I found Gett very useful and was a top customer. Recently I replaced my phone and couldnt obtain the activation code that I required to set up Gett on my phone. My other apps were able to send me a code but I was unable to obtain a code from Gett by either SMS or voice call. I tried writing to the help email address but didnt keep an answer. I am very disappointed that after so much time as a loyal user, I can no longer use this app.
I test today to obtain a taxi between 14:30-15:00 but for some reason even when the screen was full of more taxis that I can count not even one of them take the ride so i was forced to look for an alternative, and I glad i did because with Yango application i found a taxi in 10 seconds(!) and even the price was around the 30% lower and i been given the fare price up front. One thing is certain, after years of using Gett i not going to use it ever again

Decent service. but I've noticed black cabby's pick and choose, so can leave you waiting not amazing when your in a hurry and in the rain. plus I think the price should be fixed for the route so you know how much you'll pay max. I had lost something in the back of one cab and the customer service from gett call center was first class, 5 stars!!! I just want the first cabby returning the item wasn't greedy and wanting payment for returning it. but I guess lesson learnt!!

Super convenient. Gotten me out of a few tight spots as far as transport is concerned! Would recommend for locations not covered by Über.

Friendly and professional drivers. Clean cabs and an simple application to use. Would recommend this application to all of my friends.
