O have my passwords auto filled with Samsung and I test to log in kicks me back out to the main log in then I test regular log in and dose the same thing tired unistalling the application and didn't work tried restarting my phone niether worked. 🤬 Don't obtain me wrong it's a a amazing application to look at your balances and transfer and do everything on there but they need to fix this ASAP
The most horrible banking application I have ever encountered. I use the biometric finger touch to u lock application and it never logs into my acct the 1st time. I have to exit out the do the process again a 2nd time. This is every single time I test to login
the application won't let me to do mobile deposits. that was the only reason I downloaded it. I've called and sent two emails! only response has been what kind of phone am I using and then I don't hear anything else. not worth the headaches.
The application works fine upon first login. After logout and restarting the app, the application hangs and never displays login screen. Upon forcing the application to stop with application manager, and then re-launching the application is the only method to login again.
Finally Mobile Check Deposit! YOU MUST GO TO "TRANSACTIONS" > "MOBILE DEPOSIT ENROLL" THEN FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO ENROLL. THEN YOU HAVE TO "RESTART APP" EITHER BY RESTARTING YOU PHONE OR REMOVING THE APP FROM THE RECENT APPS LIST. Next time you begin the application you will see "Deposit Check"
Their own promotional graphics say it all: The login screen & a list of areas are all you're likely to see. The application does have a working balance system (nothing you can't do on the website) but the remote deposit system has so a lot of authorization & login problems that you beautiful much have to set it up again every time you wish to use it. If you use it every day & never close your apps it might work for you. If you test it & have any issues, don't expect much help: They haven't updated the application in over a year.
Couldn't log in this past weekend after trying multiple times. I Uninstalled the application and reinstalled it a few times. Now it doesn't begin at all. I called the bank twice and they said everything should be working fine now. It isnt. Very frustrating.
Most latest make batter is awful. System is slow, cannot access all acc activity & transactions. The prior application was limited and now it is worse. I do most of my banking online and this just created it worse. Tried calling helpline for assistance and only obtain continuous busy signal.
Worked amazing until the Android device 9 (Pie) update. Can't even obtain to login screen. Just a prompt that says "an error has occurred. Please call for assistance" please update/fix. I use this application daily and am beautiful much lost without it.
Application works amazing for what it is. I think a smaller/local CU or bank even having an application is hard to find. I've never had a issue transferring cash between accounts or doing mobile deposits. Don't expect the funds to deposit withing 2 days, but it'll do it....I don't currently live near CFCU, so those features working is crucial at times. I agree with previous comments, in that it would be nice to see pending transactions/hold details.
I travel for work and the application used to work flawless, but now I struggle with it and have had to uninstall the application and reinstalled. I was told to do this from customer service reps when I call in...so if you guys are aware of this can it be fixed???
What a amazing update! A lot of fresh conveniences, and an intuitive menu setup. Save a trip to a branch by using the improved Mobile Depost! Really look over these intelligent features, and customize it your own way. Simple to use. Thank you Eagle CU team!
