It works, but... I was hoping to obtain rid of all the individual carrier apps. I liked the idea of tracking all my packages in one place, but it doesn't auto-update or refresh the status which also means that it doesn't notify me when my packages arrive. You have to select the pack which brings you to the carrier www service to track the package. I will continue to use this for more obscure carriers, but I will not be getting rid of the major carrier apps because they send notifications.
Didn't work with 2 tests - one Royal Mail when it said it was waiting for information from the carrier (RM's website had full info), and one DHL where it wasn't compatible with the tracking number and simply displayed the DHL website instead.
Working properly but need to improve the facilities....like courier partners are very less.....And need to change the interface of the app, it's my opinion....as a user........ Other wise over all is okk i will give 2.5 rating out of 5.....,,, Thank you.....
So far it has correctly traced all packages of several companies and information comes quickly. However, a link to DPD live tracking, as available on the DPD website, was missing in this app. This I do not consider severe though, it remains a unbelievable app.
I installed this and three other tracking apps on my phone and ran the same UPS tracking number on each and the UPS web site. UPS said it was picked up on Dec 28th and arrived in Hodgkins IL on the 29th. This was the only application that agreed with UPS. The others all said that UPS was waiting for the parcel on Dec 31st.
