So far I have created 9 attempts to obtain a connection between my android device galaxy smartphone and my epson Eco printer. every attempt has failed. The printer is switched 'on'. I obtain the screen to print my document but cannot obtain an 'A4 'only page printed at the top of the screen just AOA4 when I press 'print' nothing happens I have also restart my wi fi on the printer . Please, please can someone help? Thanks

half the time doesn't even detect my printer which is on and on the same Wi-Fi network it was registered with becoming more and more of a issue I don't think I will ever another Epson printer after the workstation that I have purchased too a lot of issues not enough convenience

Application is not in par with its Windows counterpart. It's not possible, for example, to scan multiple pages into one single PDF.

Mostly junk. Cannot print Word, OneNote, or ColorNote files without saving them as a PDF first. A very annoying application with very limited ability. I would expect more considering how expensive my 820 printer was. Some decent instruction would have been nice too. I did not know I had to this application and the enabler app. Not sure if I will another Epson printer after this.

This is the most amazing app. I was trying to scan a document to print using my phone and the results where the lettering was not dark enough and gray background. I tried so a lot of scan app, none worked. So I tried the document capture. Love it, it gave me the option to add contrast therefore create the letters darker for print. Thank you Epson

the application is very amazing for making the printing simpler and efficient. **** but the only concern is that it DOESN'T provide ODD & EVEN PAGES printing option as like in the windows application. i would rate 5 stars if this is taken care of. it does support me for exam Preparations.

Application was great, until this latest update. Agree with others about issues with converting in Google drive, but could cope. Now today I went to print a document and it's suddenly bombarding me with non Epson cartridges. I shut the application and on opening it again, it won't allow me do anything because of non standard cartridges. You cannot legally stop users from using non standard cartridges. I've used Epson printers for years with CISS or refill cartridges with no problems.

- If you wish to print page 150 in 300 page book, you have to 150 times "+" sign in to set thus page to print. If you wish to print page 150 and 152, you have to repeat this procedure. Why not let to enter page number manualy? - Impossible to set the range of pages to print, i.e. pp 30-42.

I DO NOT write reviews BUT I loooove this printer + App!!! My home WiFi was having issues so I couldn't connect to the internet using my computer to print my daughter's project. I set up the printer's WiFi to my phone's mobile hotspot and this application allows you to connect to Google drive where my document was. Selected the size of the page in the app, clicked on print and Tadaaaaa!!

Both side print option is not available in this app for l565 printer . For both side printouts i have transfer my docs on my pc after that i would possible for me . Its a large task . So i wanna ask to epson when will you fix this issue .

Worst application I've ever installed. When selecting stuff to print from my phone, it only showed the sdcard. However, it was not the directories/files on the sdcard it was showing, but the files on my internal storage. There is no method to obtain to files on my sdcard from the app. You would think that file navigation would be straightforward on an app, but not on this one - impossible to obtain to sdcard! Also, cropped image I printed - no method to avoid crop. Uninstalled...since it's almost useless.

This has been a truly convenient app! Not only is it easy to set up, it makes it simple to print from a dozens of other apps. My only issue is that when I installed it on my fresh phone, the application no longer switches automatically to the printer's access point when I'm connected to another network.

I hate the printer wished I had never bought it .. I printed out two things and then the only thing is done is ask ink... it doesn't allow you select what colors you wish everything to be printed out in doesn't give you lets you determine the size you wish it printed in...

For the scanner, it can't append scanned pages, such as a document with more than one page into a PDF, it just scans one by one, creating n-PDFs instead of n-pages PDF. This should be implemented in this application too, as the Epson Scan application (which has such functionality) BUT doestn't work for the All-In-One devices.

I have updated everything I can and my documents still prints with faded letters. The pictures print correctly but letters come out only as shadows. HELP!

Crashes as soon as you attempt to log in to Microsoft OneDrive. Other than that it's OK .

Convenient because I don't have to use PC anymore to print. However, the features are limited plus we cannot customize the paper size. I hope you fix the customization of the paper because for an example the fixed size on you legal size was 8.5 x 14, on my country, our legal size was 8.5 by 13.

Does not give option of booklet printing (front and back printing). Also you cannot select random pages for printing ! Prints only within range Please check into it asap

Horrible, why this application can't select a wired/usb connection using OTG mode? Not all users has WiFi mode printers ya know? My phone can detect the printer using OTG but when I test using this application it won't allow me select my printer connected to it. Can you please add an option to allow it print using OTG mode please. For now i give 2 stars

this is useful for primary printing, ideally I'd like to have extra settings, such as print quality, and a method to rescale pictures to establish a various margin size. I have no complaints. Very effective app, thank you.

Awesome! The app found my printer right away. The file manager is quick and intuitive. My only complaint is that Epson a print enabler application as well which doesn't work and wasted my time and memory. Remove it from Play, please!

DO NOT BUY Absolutely ridiculous feature. When the colour inks are out, you can't print in black and white only from your phone. We don't own a desktop computer and I need to print flight tickets. Had I known this, I'd never have bought it. Apparently a lot of Epson models have this issue. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Method to go team. I would like to bring some points for your notice. UI is fair enough for this utility application. From Samsung mobiles it's really tough to connect printer in WiFi. Every time I need to approve from the printer for successful connection where as MI mobiles are keeps the connection. I am using S9 mobile, L3150 printer and really it's hard for me to connect and print. Same in USB connection too. I would love to see your next modernize by fixing these .

WORKS GOOD - NO QUESTIONS ASKED Application is efficient and reliable but lacks any visible access to support. I have a question. We amazing luck with that - present me a "support" button, "help" tab or anything else like that. Nope application appears to be unsupported. Does work amazing though - never fails.

Works fine when it actually connects to my printer, can't dock it too much for my printer's connectivity problems though. One thing I don't like is the scans on the application are fairly large, a single sheet scanned at 300 DPI in black and white was 1.8 MB, when using the Epson scan program on windows the same page scanned might be a couple hundred KB. Some sort of pdf compression would be awesome.

I have upgraded my phone to the Note 10+ and the epson application is not letting me print. I have installed and uninstalled. I have tried connecting with hot spot and wireless connection direct. Any Solutions. Do I need to go back to HP? Maybe it's a Samsung issue?

I own L385. One should need a lot of patience while printing from mobile. It takes more than 5 minutes to print single page and aborts sometime while printing latest page of a pdf document. Waste of paper and time.

Printing and previewing files looks fine. Could do with improvements to the scanning function. It doesn't do multi page documents to a single file, and file saving defaults are Epson001 etc which can't easily be changed. It also reduces the dpi rate on scanned images. Why have a max 300 dpi when the scanners you create all do much better than this.

Why is scan DPI limited to 300dpi? Please add higher DPI, you can warn users this could be slower and use more memory if needed. Why are there no options to set quality level for save to JPEG? (And for PDF compression)? How are you supposed to obtain high quality scans without these options?

This application has never ever worked. It has never printed a single thing for me. it did not work on my HTC M9, it did not work on my HTC M10, and now I have tried it on my pixel XL 2 and it still will not print anything on my printer. I can email things directly to my printer which is WI-FI, but this application simply will not print anything.

Won't scan more than one page in a document, so can't share with my melody app. When you scan more than one page and then save you should obtain a two page document. This just overrides the first page with the second giving you a single page document. My very primary Canon printer does multiple page scans, but it's in Texas and I'm in Colorado!! Grrrrr!!

need an option to select multiple pages in random from a pdf file. for example, i should be able to print 1st, 3rd and 5th sheet in one go. Now, i have to select one by one. it's very time consuming. hope this feature is added. otherwise it's good.

This application looks as though it would work very nicely, but upon looking at the scanning resolution, I am not able to scan at more than 300dpi, while the XP-340 I am using has a maximum resolution of 1200dpi, which I would prefer to scan at. If more resolution options were added to the scan settings, I wouldn't hesitate to give this application 5 stars. Storage zone is not an problem with me either, so I don't see a reason not to add these options.

PDF files would not convert to anything as well as scanning the document makes it very dark even if the brightness/resolution is adjusted. Very disappointed.

4.5 stars. Connected to my Epson XP 960 v easily. Very clear print options and shows printer status. Selecting a page/s from the middle of a long doc is tricky. Doesn't read my sd card, although it says it does! Android device 9 is picky about this but other apps allow you set a permission. Come on devs!! You can usually access files via apps and print either via a Print command or Share. Prints Google mail direct, but not Outlook. Samsung Mail can be set up for MS mail and that will print direct.

There are no need of GPS to print because of that is our privacy issue. why we disclose our zone ? i no longer wish to give permission of GPS zone do it as early as possible. second problem is about wireless connection permission. we are going through wireless connection direct so why you need that ? As far as I can tell this application forces you to have a Google acc and forces you to give the acc info and access to your info to Epsom, just to print over WiFi! When I test and print a document over WiFi it simply says it can convert and upload the document to Google drive. If you no, it simply returns to the document selection screen. It also wants zone info to connect to the printer even though I'm already on the same network as the printer is.
