been working for a company for a couple years that decided to take on this fieldedge application I was beautiful optimistic at first thinking this would be a amazing thing move things along in the service industry . the application is constantly locking up have to shut down reset or even delete the application and redownload the application to obtain it working. absolutely not good I am someone that needs to keep down between 8 and 12 service calls a day next to Impossible with a horrible performance of this application
Fieldedge has had a positive impact on our business over all. Revenue has improved. Customer satisfaction is through the roof. Parts processing has become streamlined. And we're just getting started. Fieldedge positions as to protection agreements easily because it starts the conversation. And as the technicians become more and more comfortable the ease of processing is proving to affect all aspects of the business. But I think my favorite part is when the customers comment on the automated heads-up that the technician is on the way. We use a phone call alerting to a text notice which leads the customer to go to an email that has a full bio of the technician on his or her way. As the customers Rave about the automation, I hold smiling. Thanks Fieldedge!
To be honest I gave this application one star because I've had nothing but issues with this application since day 1. The constant freezing and crashing, I'll be about 90% done with a work and the application will crash, then after opening and closing the application about 9 times and force stopping it.. I'll come to search out it deleted all the pictures I've added to said work order. Honestly, I would never use this application by choice. It's garbage.
Cool beans and amazing sauce The application works well if you have everything set up on the back end correctly. If you are having issues in Marshmallow just create sure to go to settings and turn on the storage permissions. Very simple to understand and works really well.
This application although started off a small buggy, with appropriate calls and chats to support, they have created a lot of improvements. Create sure you compress the pictures you use for item and category pics. They have definitely created the much smoother on Android device Tablet.
Seems like some of the reviews below might be padded. So will test to be neutral Amazing over all app, just got tired of babysitting it. Distracted from actual work. Amazing things, lead person control. Invoicing from multiple phones... Not so good... Communication is always slow, must uninstall often to clear out crash. QB can't stay connected. Others but that's enough. I hope they work it out. If communications and a complete solution is avalable... "So long and thanks for all the fish" Amazing luck
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 and this application doesn't have all the functionality that the phone application has. 1. No fingerprint login ability, 2. No ability to deposite checks using the camera & it has a issue performing primary functions when entering amounts into the application it changes the amount. This application needs immediate major improvements
This application has worked flew less on my samsung tab3 8 for a few years. Latest modernize killed it its now disfunctional. Please listen to you consumers. Thanks 6/18/17 modernize the latest modernize to my make batter to the tab 4 solved the tab 3 problems but now the tab 4 7 doesn't work well with bill amount entry.. never accepts amount keyed in.23.00 turns into 233.00 or 2333.00 example here. Hopefull this modernize here adress this issue. Really don't want to make batter to another tablet.
This is so precise and actually improves the drawing. Download this and give it ago. I used almost every ios drawing application and downloaded most of the Android device ones but nothing comes close to this! Well done guys. Hold improving. It adds specs to the drawing when you zoom in and out. Can this be fixed. Thanks -- Edit originally reviewed 2012 - now in 2016 still the best drawing application going. Not improved much since early days so revamp is welcome.
I was very excited to see that I could finally use this very nice painting app on my smartphone, an HTC Rezound running ICS 4.0.3. It had previously just been for Android device tablets. But I'm satisfied to say that it works very well on my phone. I give it 4 stars because I believe that the application still desperately needs the option of allowing the user to set the canvas size and resolution. The low resolution causes artifacts. Most serious painting apps let HD canvas sizes, i.e. 2048x1536 and above.
I've done some lovely work on this app, a easy yet effective set of tools, however it has one very frustrating flaw, there's no auto save & hitting the back button on my Galaxy Note by accident exits the program, all work since my latest save is lost. It feels silly to be using my device upside down to prevent accidents & frequent manual saving is distracting to my work flow. Also, can you fix the bug where the Book Name reverts back to default? I've got a half dozen books all called Book Name!
Amazing service, horrible app! The most annoying thing in the application is the video player. Apart from the unfinished look and feel, it's horrible with data caching. It makes the application totally useless when commuting, which (to me) is the most necessary use-case. There is an option to change the quality, but I never really got that to work. Each time I re-open the quality box, it re-selected the highest quality. I have the suspicion that it forgets the quality setting when deactivating closed captions. Overall amazing service. I've enjoyed all of the documentaries I've seen so far. But I don't think it's worth continuing the subscription as the application makes it unusably in the one zone where I would watch them. Keeping documentaries available offline (or much better caching) would fix that.
