love it, although it requires head phones as an antenna, stil amazing. Moto G7 Power, no issues so far! thanks so much for an alternative to not being able to listen to the radio when dad listens to mpr in the Rainier. Thanks Motorola for a radio application I can listen to all the time. Thanks again for an awesome Motorola G7 power experience .
After reading reviews on here it amazes me how hopeless people are. YOU NEED WIRED HEADPHONES PLUGGED IN TO ACT AS AN ANTENNA. It tells you this as soon as you begin the app! If you wish it to play the radio through the loudspeaker or Bluetooth then change the setting on the bottom left of the first screen but hold the headphones plugged in. It really isn't that complicated.
I love this app!!! So glad to finally have a radio application that actually works. Took a small bit to figure it out but once I did, I can hardly turn it off. Yes with all the digital options to listen to any song you wish to when you wish it might seem pointless to listen to the radio but when you wish to listen to something but you're just not sure what - this is perfect! Thanks Motorola!!!
This application FREEZES ON LAUNCH. It must be Uninstalled then Reinstalled and will work 1 or 2 times before Uninstall/Reinstall to work again. HTC had the FM chip and player perfect. Look what happened. 90% shop to 0% in US. USA will not let things. IF I COULD RATE NEGATIVE FIVE STARS, I would. Namaste.
The moto fm radio is hella cool because i can record my own melody that I wish to listen to. The application seems a small better but it still seems like it still freezes up ever once in awhile when your going between other apps. I can't change stations when going back to the radio application after maybe 5 times or ao going between apps. Your like stuck on one station. Or after a few times going between apps and i have a video come up and it turns the radio off then u cant turn the radio back on.
it's an ausome application that I really love, it provides plenty of stations for my taste and I believe that anyone would like it to if they got it the only thing that bites is that it requires internet to run so when I'm in a dead location for reception. It can have some improvments, but any application could. this application is not a hoxe and is actually a really amazing app.😱
It love this application as it connects me not only to home, but to other locations where I left pieces of my heart around the world. It has a Favourites function which is really useful. I use the application to support me learn or remember other languages, and to easily follow more diverse melody and sports. Thank you for building and sharing it
This application is very valuable when traveling as FM radios are quickly disappearing from overnight accomodations. The one MAJOR issue for me is that since this application directly controls the audio output via user selection, there is no method to redirect the audio to ChromeCast which I use any time an HDMI input is available on a TV. All of the other apps that have audio output have no issue casting to the (normally) better speakers in TVs.
Fails to retain settings for sleep timer default and recording. I wish to be able to revoke permission to record entirely, but it won't work at all if you do that, and, being completely unnecessary for advertised function, an outrageous overreach on the part of Motorola. If I can't revoke access to the microphone (essential only if I wish to record), the product is just broken. A serious bug that makes the product unusable. As to people who don't know the difference between frequency modulation transmission of radio and "streaming", I've got my own pet peeve - almost all of the apps advertised to provide a "radio tuner" don't keep radio at all, much less operate as a tuner, but rely on retransmission of signals via internet. "Radio" refers to radio frequency transmission of signals over the air. "FM radio" refers to a particular modulation technique by which the signal is imposed upon a carrier wave. False advertising and wire fraud.
