HOME FOR CHRISTMAS by Alexa Riley is a sweet and sexy holiday novella about Vance and Holly. They both secretly loved each other from the moment they met. When Holly turned eighteen, Vance was ready to profess his love for her. But he was gone and left her with a broken heart. Five years later, she was ready to leave all the memories behind and spend Christmas alone somewhere even she doesn't know. But her vehicle got stuck in the middle of nowhere. Before she died in the middle of a snowstorm, Vance rose from the dead, saved her life and reclaimed her is was a sweet, semi-angsty, heartwarming romance about two people who found each other again. The struggles Vance overcame were not easy. But when he came back for Holly, the reunion was explosively hot. I also enjoyed the tidbit second-chance romance between Vance's mom and dad. The chapter and epilogues were so attractive and just perfect! I loved it!I have read an advanced copy of this book and this is a fair and honest review and recommendation voluntarily shared.
I like this application and it it works flawlessly so far, beautiful neat for testing ideas. Library objects are limited and not really from Ikea. They can be tweaked "easily" but more categories/objetcts/options should be added, like sinks, mezzanines, self illuminated TV's or even a easy list to turn on/off each lights. "Snap to objects", groups or more horizontal renders format could be a nice addition too. Otherwise it is a clone of Planner 5D, with a short library of objects.
Opened the app. immediately prompted me to the application to save my designs. Wasnt versus it. But wanted to test it out some. Soent like 25 mins making a layout. Got a prompt again that i couldnt save if i dont the app. Hit cancel. And it just wiped everything basically couldnt even properly try the application before buying.
my older copy was misplaced, destroyed, thrown out by the people in my house who never see or do anything :(, I think you call them family.....nonetheless AMAZON was able to deliver. For those of you who either grew up in a huge city, created it through the revolution:),a baby boomer, or you live in a huge town that has it's own set of Holiday traditions, the rendition of Christmas in the Town is beautiful compelling
Oh, I absolutely adored Jasmine Warga’s Other Words for Home, a moving story told in verse of a Syrian girl and her mother fleeing from their home in their battle torn country. It’s impossible not to feel empathetic towards the family as they are split up over the turmoil. I was immersed in Jude’s thoughts, feelings, and experiences in America as it was so poetically and honestly written. The Arabic proverbs referred to in the story were so attractive and poignant, enhancing an already authentic, important and emotional look into the life of immigrants. This novel should be in every school library as it unabashedly encourages the need for kindness and understanding for all...important messages we should always be teaching and promoting...and students . I love having and supporting students like Jude in my class as they beam with pride learning and overcoming challenges—it warms my heart when they feel accepted and loved as they should.
I really love this book. The verse novel format makes it very engaging, and students will love Jude! I'm always trying to search books to support students understand fresh perspectives, and Jude's story of immigration is very timely. I recommend this book for fans of Wishtree by Katherine Applegate!

Wow! This book and these characters created me smile, laugh, and cry. I felt like I was a part of this book. I connected with the characters in a method I didn't think I would. Each hero has her own problems but the bonds they formed were heartwarming. Ms. Farley always creates stories and characters that readers connect to and this book hit it out of the park!
