"My Heart Transplant for Your Amusement" by Vince Clews The essence of this book is Vince's story about his heart condition and the obstacles he had to overcome to create the transplant happen; but, it also a love story of Vince's love for his wife, Carol. That love is evidenced in his accolades describing her faithful attendance to his every need, demonstrating what it means to vow, "I will love you and honor you all he days of your life". This is a amazing read and makes one admire the Clews for the tenacity they demonstrated in overcoming the continued frustrations of this rollercoaster ride. I would suggest a various title ~ as I was not amused! I might suggest, "My Heart Transplant: A Good-Humored Look at a Life in Crisis". It is amazing read and I love a guy who watches The Meal Channel to see Barefoot Contessa and Giada with cleavage showing.

Very simple to assemble! Children have been spending more time playing on the monkey line than the swing set. I was impressed with quality of the ratchet system and strength of line. Highly recommended!
Amazing addition to our woodsy jungle gym. Children love it! Sturdy construction, expandable with additional loops, simple set up and take down.
Santa brought this and since we didn't have trees that fit the length requirements we just found someone to place posts in concrete recently according to the measurements required. As you can see in the pictures, the strap isn't correct. We had to give up an attachment zone to pull through the ratchet and have too much dead zone on the other side. I couldn't search a number to call in the bag it came in so I'd advise not to this one and go for a better brand. My children and the neighbors can still use it, but it could be better from elsewhere!
Bought this to use at my 9yr old's birthday party.... it was definitely a hit for all the children (ages 6-12)! Not only did they have fun perfecting their ninja skills, but they also enjoyed competing versus one another. The monkey line was simple to assemble, and is very sturdy ..... which is amazing when you have boys ;)
My 12 year old nephew loves this. Amazing quality and simple to set up after a couple times. Love that its portable, planning on taking this camping with us. Definitely recommend this product.
Our family loves this toy! It is challenging for everyone and is helping my daughter and nephews develop fresh skills. The antics makes us laugh endlessly! It is amazing for little locations and little budgets! My mom place it up at her church too and the elementary children had a amazing time trying it out too! Well-made, and simple to figure out how to place it up once you figure out how to use the ratchet....but that is our lack of knowledge! Ha!
Our children love it!! Amazing quality and simple to set up! Looking forward to using this every time we’re outside!
Ordered this for my grandchildren and they love it - all four of them - ages 5-16 - have fun swinging around - amazing point for a family bonus and easier to install than I expected
This product was a amazing value, sturdy, and simple to install. We had kids ranging from 4 to 10 years playing on it. We had to add a ladder to obtain the kids onto the line, but that only added to the fun! We used it over the Thanksgiving holiday for about a week. We took it down due to the weather, but it will go up next Spring and stay up in the nice weather. It is high enough to chop the grass under it and securely attaches to two trees. The ratchet is of amazing quality and pulls the line tight.
In theory this was going to be excellent for our son. The product itself is awesome IF AND I MEAN A BIG IF... you just so happen to have two sturdy trees exactly 50 ft from each other. We cemented in 4x4 posts latest month when I ordered this to be the grand show for my 7 year old gross motor sensory seeker. By time we tightened the mechanism the posts bowed and got stress fractures. I literally have two posts that will likely become a doggie lead for summer swim time. We are crushed because we wanted this so much. If you have two sturdy trees precisely 50 ft apart amazing on ya.
We bought the Trailblaze Ninja line for our sons 9th birthday in hopes of helping him build upper body strength. It was a huge hit at the party. All the children tried it(and some adults) It is method harder than it looks. Although more challenging, if the children do well on monkey bars they could create it across after a few tries. It feels well made. It was simple to place up between two trees. I really like that you can wrap it around the whole tree, making it accessible to anyone. Each obstacle can be placed farther apart or closer together. You can also extra obstacles to create it more challenging as they grow. We plan on buying the climbing ladder and monkey fist. Satisfied with the and product.
I got this for my 4 yr. old grandson. You might this its overkill, but his daycare provider was a contestant on Titan Android games and has a "Ninja Warrior" obstacle course for the children in her backyard. So this was excellent for my grandson-he loves it! It was simple to setup between trees, and you can add stuff to add interest. He loves it!
We have one of the slack lines from this same company. So we decided to obtain a ninja line when they came out with one. For what ever reason the ratchet on the ninja line is not as sturdy as the ratchet on our slack line. Time will tell how long the ratchet will keep up.
Everyone loved it while it lasted, but then 3 of my children together, totaling maybe 125 lbs were swinging towards one end of the course, and this simply snapped straight though! The tension shot the course across the yard towards them like a missile, and its fairly miraculous that nobody was seriously hurt!
Amazing product for the price. My children love it. Set it up in their room so they can work on their ANW skills when not at classes. Only negatives are the rings are to thin and my children said it damage their hands (made them thicker by wrapping athletic tape around them multiple times, issue solved)
Amazing Quality Product. Large pain in the butt to set up. You have to hold readjusting everything so it aligns correctly and so your kid can reach the handles. I want they would add a few more hanging items. We are a few short. They are spaced a small too far apart and my son is struggling to reach them. (He's 6) He can't climb across it. It's super difficult. It's very cool in theory but a pain to adjust and not as fun as I was hoping for my son. Hopefully he will obtain better at it with practice.
When it arrived, I wasn't sure my grandkids would like this book, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's written in the style of a comic book, with almost no words and the pictures looking a small crazy and chaotic. But that's exactly what works in this book. It encourages conversation and imagination about what's event and the fresh info discovered with each re-reading.
Sneaking quietly through the house with Ninja stealth. Silently skirting past Mom. Vowing to pass along his Ninja skills to another unique person in the house. The illustrations are captivating, and pull the reader into a story. Obtain this one, and enter the globe of "The Ninja!"
This book was read all week as a shared reading book for 3-5 year old's. They loved the story and pictures. We've used vocabulary from the book (courage, brave, overcome, undetected, believe, ability, etc.) in everyday occurrences. It was a amazing method to teach self motivation and build self-esteem. This class had difficulties with transitions and walking quietly from one zone to another. They love it when we say "lets creap/sneak like a ninja!". I even added the Ninja picture/word to our word wall and some of them will point out the word and name another kid who's name starts with the same letter. Very satisfied we read this book....we also read the 3 Ninja Pigs a few months later.
I found this adorable book for my 3 year old grandson who is completely obessed with wanting to be a Ninja and war poor guys. The book has amazing illustrations and a amazing notice about being a Ninja in your daily life around your home. My grandson loves the book and has wanted to read it daily since I gave it to him. A was finding the www service of the author and discover all the activities. I especially love the cute small YouTube video, and my grandson did too. The highlight is taking a picture and making your own picture into a Ninja warrior. Agree Chung is a genius, and is right on with introducing Ninja to our children. Hold up the amazing work Arree!
Bought this for my 5 & 8 year olds. It's a amazing set with everything a beginner would need. Really liked that it came with the tree protectors as well. Directions to set up are very clear & it's simple to do. It still takes a small bit of time, but it's not confusing in any only complaint is that children have to be careful not to fall off where the ratchet is located as it spins over & hits them on the shins...which hurts! Not sure how this could be alleviated. I just tell them to be additional careful & to keep on when going over that part.Otherwise, very satisfied with the line & the practice line as well. They are amazing lengths (& widths) for our ally happy with this & satisfied to recommend to others.
Positives: The slack line and green tutorial are great. We’ve used with 3 year old up to 260 lbs adult. I recommend this product!Negatives: The very sparse instruction manual says “do not use in icy conditions” yet they have one really not good video that has a person installing in the snow. The instructions could be so much better. Also, should contain the hint to leave slack (not taught) when not using as to maintain the integrity of the ee protectors are method too short. We had to use carpet for our mature trees. Belt straps on tree protection broke first hour. They are non-essential fortunately.
I had one of the original systems that cost a lot more money. This kit seems as massive duty.Ive taken my children out on it already no problem. I have a 7 and a 3 year old. they LOVED it.Look on the internet and create sure you know how to use a ratchet. That min of your life may save you 15 mins of frustration.
My son is really coordinated and likes to climb and balance on things all the time. This was a excellent bonus for him to sharpen those abilities and also to obtain him outside more to play. The parts are of amazing quality and is fairly simple to set up and to take down. It is beautiful durable too. Found my son hanging upside down on the top tutorial line that is used as a hand keep and it held his weight. He weighs about 80 lbs. We don't leave it set up outside over night, so I can not speak to its ability to stand up to the weather. I've seen other kits that come with a pad to fit over the racket incase someone falls on it but that can be easily done by wrapping a towel over it. Overall we are satisfied with the and would recommend it to anyone.
Was very impressed. The lines are 1970s grade seat belts of that helps - very powerful and will keep for a lot of years with minor care. The ratchets are super simple - simple enough for a huge yet as yet uncoordinated 14yo to handle. Highly recommended
We set this up in our backyard and our children are out on it regularly. I have one who is a sensory seeker and he loves to just bounce on it. It's held up well for the past two years. We did have to move it up a few inches recently because we noticed that the trees were bulging a small around it. Our children vary in height so we have a carabiner that slides along the top line that our younger kids can use for balance since they can't reach as high as our older children. Highly recommend!
This is the first slackline I've purchased, but I've owned and used a lot of various ratchet straps. This feels like a amazing quality mechanism and a sturdy strap, so as long as you don't allow it obtain damp and rust, or allow the strap obtain too dirty, it should latest a long time! As with any ratchet strap, it is much easier to tension and release if you lubricate the mechanism: bike chain oil with teflon is amazing and should latest a long time, but any oil is better than nothing.I like the high-contrast orange color that makes it hard for bystanders to accidentally walk into the line once it's up. The included instructions present the basics of installing the ratchet mechanism, but don't contain any info about the tree saver pads, the hand-hold upper strap, or hints that would be relevant to actually slacklining (what tension is amazing to start?). This information is simple to search online, but would have been nice if the included instructions had described all the parts of the e kit was neatly packed and came with everything described on the product page. The carry sack (string-type backpack) ripped the first time I used it (sewing on one seam split), but it's still usable, and it's clear the carry sack is just a additional rather than an integral part of the actual slack line.Overall I'm completely satisfied, especially considering I ordered one of the cheapest slackline kits I could find. Amazing value for the price.
Since we don't have trees in our backyard, I dug two holes two foot deep and place a 10 foot rounded pole down on each and covered with cement. My small girl has been playing with it and it's fun. This is an addition to her home activities while waiting for the coronavirus to die is product would have gotten a five stars if it wasn't for the problem in my pictures. I am not sure if it will affect the slackline in the long run.
My Grandchildren played on this every day during a week long visit. Simple to use and set up. They got better each day . I have this set up at about 35-38 feet and its challenging enough to hold them engaged. At 35-38 feet, it sways a bit. I think they could master it at about 25 feet apart. I can see this lasting for a lot of years if the ratchet holds up, It looks to be built very well.
This slackline was simple to install on trees in our yard. As long as you know how to use a ratchet strap, set-up is a breeze. You need to hold in mind that thicker tree trunks take up more of the line than thinner ones, so if you are measuring distance between your trees, you should also consider measuring around the trees as children are 9 and 15 and both love their slackline. They started out looking like baby deer taking their first steps while using the arm trainer, but after a couple months they are now walking halfway across on their own. The 9 year old also likes bouncing on the line while keep the arm trainer. We did have a slight issue with some fraying on the arm trainer and tutorial line, but the seller was awesome and replaced our entire set as soon as it came off back order. The company is amazing to work with and incredibly responsive if you have any issues. We plan to the ninja obstacle line in the future from the same company.
