When I ordered them, I wasn't sure if there was a set number of each style in the bag mix. (There's not by the way.) I ordered two packets and got a bunch of various variations from the first bag to the second. I liked that one bag had some designs that the other didn't. So honestly, if you obtain a bag that you don't like, just order another one and return the other...Although, I kept both of mine and will use the leftovers in future crafts because they're so cute. My mom even said that they helped elevate our DIY wedding invitations! Also, I read in a few reviews that some of the prongs on the pins broke...After doing over 150 wedding invites, I never once encountered that problem. Maybe I got lucky with amazing bags but I do believe the pins are well made. Hands down they look method better than just the plain gold or silver cheap ones you search at the store.
The brads were simple to begin and put through pre-cut holes and worked amazing with crafts. The kids loved picking out the color they like best.
Nice colors. Works beautiful decently, but would have been better if they were the 'average' size and not super tiny. Overall, not bad.
Smaller than I had anticipated, but it ended working great! Excellent size to create protons and electrons in an atomic structure lab. Very durable.
For those of you (like me) who doesn't know what scrapbooking brads are, they're TINY!!!! Don't create the same mistake I did! We got a amazing laugh out of these....
These are a bit tricky to use. Probably from the size - it is difficult to separate the prongs for people with motor or eye sight problems (arthritis would create it difficult as well). They were used for paper puppets and they were a amazing size for the purpose.
When I purchased I thought these were the regular, standard sized fasteners. They're actually about half the size of the regular kind. I might have missed it in the item description. I bought them to use as electrons in my chemistry class. I still used them and they served their purpose. The only problem I ran into was that after four classes of students used them the pieces that you bend to fasten started breaking off.
Ok. I required a brad that measured .25 so I got these for that aspect however they are much bulkier then I expected and head is fairly thick so they won’t work for what I originally intended but I have other uses for them.
These are perfect! Exactly what I was expecting. These are mini brads used in papercrafting. I would not recommend these for crafting with young children. But if you're a papercrafter these are amazing for adding detail to your projects. Lots of cute colors! This a lot of brads will latest a while.
To little to do anything with, they looked larger than what they really are, they are about the size of the head of a stick pin or straight pin but not as long.
Chose them because of the bright colors and quantity. Upon arrival I realized just how little these were. But, we required them. The whole first grade squad in our school required them for a project. I was sad to see a lot of of these fasteners snapped when trying to bend them into place. We only required 300 but ended up using almost all 600 because half of them broke or didn't stay ry dissatisfied and disappointed. Will not be ordering again.
Amazing value and loved the dozens offered. I want the rainbow brads were a small larger but they still looked amazing on my crafts. For the price it was nice to have all the options.
These paper fasteners or brads are little and amazing for cards or scrapbooking. The colors are fun and I was able to match them to paper easily. They aren’t odd or off shades but they are more spring or summer colors. There are so a lot of that I didn’t feel poor using a bunch on one card. They aren’t created to keep things together, more just decorative. They are very tiny. I should have looked at measurements more before I ordered.
I got this to create some crafts but it seems like it is a small bit too little for my purposes. I might have to test to search thinner bamboo sticks for these, it is a nice quality set and colors are strong. Want I got bigger ones but I probably can still work something out of it. It is cute
These brads are smaller than what I expected but they are sturdy. They go through regular paper just fine and through card stock with a small bit of resistance. I like all the various colors.
These are darling additions to craft work. I used a bit of foil jar seal and several of these to give a card a steampunk look. A school art teacher grabbed it and asked, "Is this metal? Are these bolts?"
I haven't used these yet as they are MUCH smaller that I thought they'd be. That's my fault, however, since the dimensions are listed in the product profile. I'm sure they'll come in handy soon enough!
This product is exactly what I was looking what I required to place together a double thickness of cardstock. It would have been more convenient totder 350 each of gold and silver. I hate to have more than what I need.
Yes, I knew they were tiny, but I didn't realize how hard they would be to use. They're so cute! But difficult to use for adult fingers.
The heads are slightly smaller than the typical brass ey break after bending them a few times.I use brass fasteners for a monthly log and never had a regular brass one break after bending them everyday for a month. I decided to test colourful ones to support distinguish one log from another quickly. But I'll go back to using strictly brass again.
Wellllll.... they're kinda cheap...and not necessarily in a amazing way. You truly obtain what you pay for. They're very cute but almost completely non-functional.
I loved that these are colored! They were cheap, but that's why I bought them! My only issue was about 15 of them were broken when I got them!
My daughter had an extensive family tree project (she's 7, so why not?!). I had a vision, as overachieving mamas often do, to laminate "apples" of the tree with family members' photos, and place them on top of another apple with each person's name. Simple peasy, right? I had an epiphany that Brad's would work best to be able to rotate the picture apple to see the information underneath. I looked for brads at both Walmart and Office Depot. I found these here and they worked PERFECTLY. The board for the project was a traditional 3 panel display board, so I was nervous that the brads would be too short. They were great. My only regret with them was that I wasted time going to 2 stores first instead of just ordering online in the first place.
Quick shipping, amazing value. Amazing quality. Nice section of colors. Appreciate the durability. Have been using for over a month and even when I've had to repeatedly begin and close, they have held up.
