Mission Enduracool Techknit Cooling Hoodie, Black review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:18

These work great. I live in Georgia and used it while mowing the grass in 95 degree heat and barely broke a sweat. It does dry out fairly fast in direct sunlight so I used my water bottle to hold it wet. Fits good, doesn't move around that much. I tucked the back of it under my shirt and it kept my back cool. It's very high quality. Some reviews say it's no various than a wet towel. Not true. You can't obtain a towel to stay on your head, a towel doesn't breathe well and is too massive when wet. Amazing product.

Mission Enduracool Techknit Cooling Hoodie, Black review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:18

Amazing product. The hoodie does cool one's head for 45 or so minutes. I was not expecting the split on the back nonetheless I can live with it. It's amazing and must have if one is working or playing outside. To activate the cooling is beautiful easy. Soak the hoodie and snap it couple times. I had used warm and cold water both created the hoodie cold. I should note if one decides to purchase this hoodie, create sure one isn't wearing something like a white undershirt or any see though shirt.

So I bought this in stead of a chill-towel, I liked the hoodie idea and I have to say ti worked amazing during a 3-day outdoor rock festival in Central Florida. Temps were in the mid 90's full sun all day with humidity over 70%. HOT.I either wore the hoodie/towel with the tails over my shoulders and shirtless, or even tying the two tails to a doorag style. Other times i tied the tails over face and mouth to avoid dust kick up in the dusty front stage, circle pits. I love that it stayed soft even as it dried, And, the black color It protected my balding head and shoulders and kept me cooler than everyone around me. I required to periodically add water, wring and snap, but seriously avoided sunstroke or sunburn.

Mission Enduracool Techknit Cooling Hoodie, Black review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:18

I'm in Florida and wear the hoodie in direct sunlight in 90-100 degree temperature to do yard work for hours on end. Hoodie does cool for a brief period of time. I tie the flaps behind my head but they slap me in the face when bending over. Very aggravating. However, I do wear the hoodie every time I work in the yard as it's better than not having anything cooling your head. Cons: must wet frequently to hold your head cool. Pros: it does cool for a brief period of time

Mission Enduracool Techknit Cooling Hoodie, Black review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:18

I bought this as a method of cooling down when dancing and it's awesome. At Decadence this year, surrounded by thousands of other ravers, I could soak it, snap it, toss it over my head or just around my neck and feel the instant coolness. I'd wear it while dancing and every 10 mins or so, swing it over my head for a couple seconds and place it back around my neck. Sooo cooling. Excellent for preventing hyperthermia. Six hours of dancing and I only re-wet it three times.

I sweat BAD, and I have been trying to search a cap, hood, dew rag, and not finding success. Came across this and thought hey I can be a Ninja and stay cool why not. Well I am no Ninja but it certainly does what it claims that's keeping me cooler. Now it's not a ice chest on your head but it keeps you cooler and can be re-cooled just by ringing and shaking it out, it's beautiful slick.

tried it out today and it doesn't latest as long as the other cooling towel that feels like a rubber material when wet, but like cardboard when dry. it stayed cool for maybe 30 mins at the ends that I tied together to hold it from blowing away in the wind, then the black color really started to heat up. My find continues for the excellent cooling towel...

I just received my Hoodie yesterday and I'm SO excited to use it, it's PERFECT! I was afraid it was going to be to thick to be comfortable under my hard hat, but it's ultra light and thin. It not only fits under my hard hat PERFECTLY, it also fits under my baseball cap PERFECTLY! I was also afraid it was going to be to dark a color and be to hot in the summer when I didn't have water around to obtain it damp, (I'm a truck driver) but the camo color is PERFECT too, it's more white than I was expecting and it's more grey than black. I'm going to buy two more right now so I always have a clean one around during the week.

This hoodie only stays cool while it’s wet and that’s only if you use extremely cold water. I [email protected]#$%! had cool point technology where it stays cool on contact as long as air is flowing through the material. It’s a amazing idea to create a hoodie from cooling towels. However, the material used here dries out quickly after - even after a amazing soak upon contact with the sun. I may just purchase a few cooling towels that I know stay cool for hours and create my own hoodie out of them. I’d recommend excellent fitness cooling towel Pro. I’ve left The excellent fitness cooling towel in a hot vehicle for two hours in the container it came in and immediately when I activated it (aired it out), it instantly got cool again. Don’t waste your cash on this hoodie cooling towel.

I have really enjoyed this product so far. I purchased a huge red Mission towel and it really does stay nice and cool. Just follow the instructions... wet, wring, and snap. Sometimes I even through it in the freezer when I go out to mow the grass, and when I come inside it feels even better. If you are someone like me that is always hot I can definitely recommend this product to hold you cool in the upcoming summer months. I believe I paid about 10 bucks for this and I would say well worth it.

So I have what is probably called "erythromelalgia" - intense flares of like burning in hands and feet. At times particularly in hot weather my hands and feet feel like they are burning or boiling. It is quite a pain to manage my flareups- but with this towel, things have been almost magical. Once you soak the towel and then wring it a bit, the towel brings down the temp in my hands quite a bit and alleviates that burning ank you Enduracool! It is priced not too badly at around $10/11 - a bit more expensive than a terry cloth - but the quality and convenience is definitely worth it!It also works wonders for keeping me cool during the summer heat when working out. Amazing product!

I am 6 months pregnant and wore this to Disney world. It kept me cool all afternoon. Be sure to wring out the water to where it barely feels damp. I think the point of the "snapping" is to shed excess water to take advantage of the evaporative cooling effect. Too wet and it won't support you. You will message when the towel is too dry because it wont feel cool to the touch anymore.

I bought two various brands because I wanted one that was camo and this brand doesn't have that option and I received the other ones first and they worked amazing so I was hoping these were going to work just as well and they do! Just create sure you wring out the excess water before popping. It doesn't even create my shirt wet after sittiing around my neck for half an hour! Love these!

I doubt I'll ever own another brand of cooling towel. Others can try, but will fall note, the Techknit material is a thinner, more meshy material when compared to your standard Mission towel. Know the difference and buy ve the Aztec Mint as a bonus and was well received. The colors are vibrant and pattern crisp. Amazing towel.

Strangely, it works. Camping for a week in 90+ degree + humidity weather continual sweating and this towel really took the edge off. I wrapped it around my neck, where it dripped, a bit messily, but it kept my elder body temp down to endurable levels. I don't know how they do it, but this towel was nice and cool when the temperature outside was in the 80's. I don't understand the technology, but I know I'll be using these towels for a lot of years. I use these towels under my helmet when I'm bicycling. This works 10 times better than the bandanas I typically buy.I was going back and fourth about getting a larger towel since I use it as a headband under my bicycle helmet. Due to the size of the towel, it doesn't tie very well in the back. I should have just got the larger size! These towels are very thin, and can fold up well under a helmet. So don't worry about the bulk. I would still give it 5 stars just for the technology alone.

I live in Florida. when I got it, I then washed it with liquid soap and then rinsed ALL the soap out.I then followed the usage instructions and decided to test it that night indoors. It worked very wellfor about 2&1/2 to 3 hours.BUT, WHEN I USED IT OUTSIDE, IN THE SUB-TROPICAL HEAT AND HUMIDITY,IT WORKED FOR A MAXIMUM OF 5 (FIVE) MINUTES ! ! ! AFTER FIVE MINUTES IT WAS TOO WARM TO WEAR!SO I RE-SOAKED IT IN ICE WATER, WRANG IT OUT, "SNAPPED" IT AND TRIED IT AGAIN... SAME DISAPPOINTING RESULT!CONCLUSION: GOOD LUCK WITH THIS PRODUCT IF YOU LIVE IN A SIMILAR CLIMATE OF HIGHHEAT & HUMIDITY! I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE IT A RATING OF ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS NOW I JUST USE A HAND TOWEL FOLDED INTO THIRDS, WITH ABOUT 21 ICE CUBES IN IT, WHICH ARE GOOD FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR... YES, IT DRIPS WATER AND GETS MY CLOTHES MORE WET THAN NORMAL SWEATING... BUT IT WORKS BETTER THAN ANYTHING ELSE OUT THERE. I WILL TRY TO FIND SOME "STAY SOFT" FREEZE PACKS TO REPLACE THE ICE CUBES LATER ON.

We bought numerous cooling cloths before our trip to Disneyland latest week when we realized that it was going to be over 100 degrees. It ended up being 115 degrees! We were very satisfied with our Mission cooling cloths. They got cold. They stayed cold for quite a while. When they became warm, we took it off and popped it a few times and it was cold again instantly. We did need to add water to it a couple of times, because it dried out in the 115 degree heat. It drapes week around your neck, wrist, and every other put we place it very well. It is light weight. We liked it so much that we went out and bought 2 more! They were more expensive and we believe a couple of inches shorter than the one I bought on Amazon, but still excellent. I will be buying more of these as bonuses in the future. It really was a lifesaver.

Mission Enduracool Cooling Helmet Liner, Black, One Size review [Book]  2019-12-3 18:3

I wear a hardhat in a cement operation where temps vary from 100 degree to 150 every day, all day. Sweat bands that are created for hardhats did nothing for me. Some of the other guys with bald or short hair wear welders skull caps, that helps but not enough to create a huge difference. So I saw this looking for something to wear while riding my bike, looked like it wouldn't blow off my skull while riding like others have, decided to obtain it since it was a prime sale. When it arrived I was working in the yard on a 100 degree day. Wow. Never knew it was a cooling cap! Did as instructions said, place it on and felt, actually felt my body temp dropping. That night took it to work and could not believe the difference. I'm getting 2 more to hold at home and for the bike. Enjoy

Mission Enduracool Cooling Helmet Liner, Black, One Size review [Book]  2019-12-3 18:3

My family mountain bikes in eastern TN. Summers can obtain hot and humid. Sweat dripping into your eyes (or in my case on to my glasses) while running a downhill trail is not a amazing thing. This provided a amazing solution. While it provides some cooling, my first concern was something I could wear under my helmet to chop down on the sweat getting in my eyes and on my glasses, thus interfering with my sight. This does a amazing job of soaking up the sweat, even after wetting it before hand and riding for hours. It fits snug to the head, and i only had to create a very slight adjustment to my helmet for it to slide over it. I won't ride with out it now. In addition to keeping the sweat out of my eyes, during breaks, I can pop it off, and use it to dry my face, arms, and neck. Very for the cooling. Since it depends in part on evaporation, and since I am wearing it under a helmet, it doesn't cool as much as I would like. That said, it is very understandable, so I cannot see docking any stars for that. When I stop for a break and remove the helmet, the cooling result is almost instant. If I remove it and snap it a few times per the instructions, it cools even has proven durable to this point. I generally ride with it 5 to 6 days a week. I have begun to wear it on walks/hikes as well. Just about any activity where I know sweat will be an issue, I have this on.

Mission Enduracool Cooling Helmet Liner, Black, One Size review [Book]  2019-12-3 18:3

I bike quite a lot and have tried tons of helmet liners, bandanas and other whathaveyous of the sort. The summers obtain very hot and humid where I live, so keeping sweet from pouring down my face and into my eyes is the first thing I look for in things.I bought two of these helmet liners and was a bit concerned before I got them because a lot of of the reviewers said they were too small, but the size is excellent for my average sized head (I'm a 5.8 male). I am bold though, so if you have a thick head of hair it might feel a small too snug.I rode with them several times, usually for an hour but a couple of longer rides of about 3 hours. They did an ok job as a speed dry helmet liner. They seem to spread the moisture around beautiful well and let it to evaporate, as long as your helmet allows enough wind to run through. But I don't think they actually cool my head, and if they do, it's probably not as dramatic of an result as they claim in their marketing materials. Comparing them to another such helmet liner I have, I didn't message any huge difference in how cool (or rather, not cool at all) my head feels while I'm pounding those pedals uphill.

If your head is REEEALLLY small, this should work great. I have an average size head and no hair to to take up additional space. This thing is so tight it's quite uncomfortable and feels like it's cutting off circulation. Whether it's just sized for people at a scale of 0.8:1 or whether there is a manufacturing issue, I don't know. Or it would work for kids.

Because I'm a huge guy, and bald, I tend to sweat a lot. I wear baseball caps when I go out, and the sweat will soak through the baseball cap and create sweat stains. This helmet liner sits above the ears, and is nice and thin. Very comfy. It's thin enough to wear under a baseball cap, which I'm very satisfied about; because that is the reason I bought it. It soaks up the sweat and my baseball cap doesn't look like it just @#$%ed itself lol. Will modernize the review later after using it at the shooting range, where it can obtain very hot.

I ordered two of these and they were method too small. I am a 7-1/2, I don't know what kind of football player could wear these as a helmet liner. Maybe junior high or pop warner. When I went to return, I explore that seller does not accept returns. If you even think that thesemight be too small, you are correct! Beware! Feeling ripped off.

Mission Enduracool Cooling Helmet Liner, Black, One Size review [Book]  2019-12-3 18:3

I bought it to wear under a Taekwondo sparring helmet, and it worked amazing for that. So well, that I now wear it when I'm not wearing a helmet as well. I have a shaved head and sweat copious amounts during a typical session. This is very effective at keeping the sweat out of my eyes and face. When wearing under the helmet it is definitely more comfortable than wearing the helmet by itself -- it's very thin and doesn't certainly doesn't retain heat. Under the helmet, though, I can't really feel the cooling effect. Now that I have worn it several times sans helmet during non-sparring training it also is perfect at keeping the sweat off my face, and I can certainly feel the cooling effect. During a one-hour training session, I would typically wipe my scalp/face/eyes with a sweat towel about 15 times. When wearing this, I can obtain by without wiping the sweat away much at all. When I take it off, it is massive with moisture and I can wring it out. The label says it is machine washable, but I have just been thoroughly rinsing with clean water after each use, and weekly giving it about 1-2 min hand wash in the bathroom sink with mostly water and a touch of soap or detergent. It smells as new as a daisy. It's only been about 10 uses, so I can't really comment on its longevity or how it will retain it's elasticity/shape/fit after about 10 uses. The fit is fine for me. First time on it feels snug, but it stays in put and after having it on for a few minutes, I forget it is there. I'm beautiful hard on it, but so far, I won't hesitate to buy a second one or replace this. I will likely begin wearing it when working in the yard or anytime I wish to hold my bald-head-sweat out of my face and sunglasses.

I’m a huge sweater and I have a bald head which makes it even worse. I used to wear a headband on my 20-40mile bike rides and I would literally have to stop several times to wring it out cause it would be completely soaked. I’ve worn this on 2 40mile bike and it is amazing, it really works it magically distributes the sweat to wear in doesn’t drip in my eyes and even the it feels really wet, it’s not dripping everywhere. Amazing! I highly recommend this product and I’m definitely getting another one.

I've unfortunately got to agree with the other reviews about the painful elastic on this liner. I got this to wear under my motorcycle helmet. It's snug and fairly comfortable for about 10-15 minutes, but then it gradually starts hurting more and more. After about 45 mins of wearing it I was waiting for my skull to split in twain. I don't know what it is - maybe just the type of elastic? I have some liners from other brands that are so comfortable you hardly know they're be fair, I should add that my girlfriend wore this for quite a while (~1 hour) under a helmet one day and said it was perfectly fine - no discomfort at all. So maybe I just have a particularly sensitive skull, or maybe it's just that she has a lot more hair for cushioning.

Mission Enduracool Cooling Helmet Liner, Black, One Size review [Book]  2019-12-3 18:3

HORRIBLE!! Product description said One Size, which usually means it will fit a normal adult. THIS thing is TINY! VERY, VERY uncomfortable!!! Unless you have an extremely little head (we're talking infant size), then PASS on this product. If it was just a small snug, it might have been tolerable, but it is very tight. And the tightness, combined with the horrible stitching, makes this method too uncomfortable to wear. NOT RETURNABLE!!! BEWARE!!!

Mission Enduracool Cooling Helmet Liner, Black, One Size review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:17

Enjoy

Mission Enduracool Cooling Helmet Liner, Black, One Size review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:17

Mission Enduracool Cooling Helmet Liner, Black, One Size review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:17

Mission Enduracool Cooling Helmet Liner, Black, One Size review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:17

Mission Enduracool Cooling Helmet Liner, Black, One Size review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:17
