Just to note, if you use it with resin the resin will be dull not shiny, but it doesn't claim to be for shiny resin so I'm giving 5 stars since it is a solid and simple to use mold. Would be amazing for other projects I'm sure.
I love using these molds I have already used all of them, simple to clean my epoxy came out of these molds without no rips or tears in the silicone. Will be buying more!
So far so amazing and I'm on my 68th coaster... Created them from concrete, resin, polyester fiberglass, glow in the dark, color changing, and wood shavings all came out amazing (concrete one had some little bubbles I cant shake out) love it love the design. Appears to be a 3D cube with the right material contrast. Might create a 3D soccer ball......
The molds are very amazing to make attractive coasters. As the set has 5 various shapes it is simple to make various shaped ones each time. We used 3 of them. The size of coasters is not too huge or not too little just right to use under wine glasses or little tea cups.
Purchased twice, and both times have left residue on my resin crafts. The resin was clear except for where it created contact with the mold. On my second purchase, I washed the mold with mild soap and warm water, but foggy residue still not remedied. My resin has cured clear with other silicone molds. This product is probably amazing for cement only. Very disappointed.
First 2 I created got stuck in some spots and now there’s a hole in my octagon 😬 sooo not the greatest. My square worked just fine and didn’t stick. Not sure what created that happen....sizes are perfect. 3 have rims which is nice and other 2 smaller ones don’t but you can play with the thickness so that’s nice too.
Amazing quality. Bought these so we could begin messing around with resin and getting a feel for it. Perfect as a starter or to even hold using. The various shapes makes it more fun and they’re simple to take off once the resin hardens.
Works amazing for my projects..arrived in 2 weeks even with prime.. Only came as 1 piece . I read further down and seen where it said only comes with one. The picture mislead me.
It’s a thick mold and so it makes it sturdy to keep all the resin as well as heat. You can expect it not to melt to the resin as I’ve found some thinner molds can do that. It was a bit of a struggle to obtain the resin out on my part since I never fill all the method as that’s my private preference!
I really like this mold and use it a lot. I cannot believe how inexpensive it is - what a steal! The mold is very sturdy and the sides do not bow at all. Soap is simple to unmold and I obtain nice straight edges and right angles every time. I obtain 4 ~1 inch bars of soap from the mold so it's a very nice size for me to do try batches. This mold goes amazing with those 1 oz. bottles of FO's and EO's that you might wish to try.
I use this mold for my resin projects. I really love the sturdiness and size of the mold. They are simple to clean and can stand on their own without losing shape. They are glossy on the inside.Even when I don't use heat, the mold sometimes fuses with my resin cast. I don't normally see this happen with other silicone molds. I have two of these molds and one mold definitely holds up better than the other one. My technique is the same, so I can only assume some molds are a bit weaker than others.
The only thing I have versus this mold is that it was a small hard getting my soap out of it. But that is more me than the mold and it's not a issue that a small sodium lactate can't fix. Anyways, I did pop this mold in the oven at 200 F to gel a batch of soap and I was met with no problems doing so. I do have to stick to 15oz batches but that still would save me from potentially poor batches. all the same.
Pros: NoneCons: took forever to arrive, smaller than you would think, and cheaply created (the cuts are not even straight, so one side is slightly longer than its mirror side...)
This mold makes attractive coasters! Super simple to use, de-mold and clean. It is about an inch smaller than my other coasters but it’s not too much of an issue. Definitely buying more!

One of the molds has some huge imperfections that showed up after I demolded my piece. I'm super bummed as it's past the return window.

The molds are amazing - if they didn’t tear. After the first resin pour, the mold pictured tore when I was removing the resin. Not only did it tear a hole but it tore from the surface as well.
I've been using this with epoxy resin. After looking at reviews, I decided not to heat the resin in the mold so I don't compromise the integrity of the mold. Instead, I've been doing warm water baths to heat the resin to reduce bubbles before I pour.
I haven't used all the larger 2 of the pack. The resin is simple to de-mold and the silicone holds shape perfectly. I've had no issues with resin becoming too hot and melting the silicone.

I originally bought these because I thought they were bigger, like trays. Even though they were little I was definitely not disappointed. I love these molds, they are sturdy and very simple to clean!

The molds arrived slightly bent/warped but I thought it would straighten out as the resin filled the mold. Nope. The final piece came out slightly warped and it’s not even. *see image attached* other than that it’s a nice thick mold. Just sad that it’s imperfect. I can always sand it down and add a topcoat but that’s an additional step that I kinda wanted to avoid.
Got these to create cup holder decor for my vehicle and they work but they just ended up being too little for my particular cup holders which is fine because it was my fault but they work awesome , simple to pop out but they are really jiggly so I wouldn’t suggest moving them after you’ve poured resin in them unless you wish to create a mess.
One of mine came in misshapen as seen In my pic so I can’t create two sets at a time. 😢 Otherwise they’re nice.

These are nice quality, but a bit thin and WAAAAYYYY too small. These must be for a toy car. I had planned to create a bunch of coasters and give them out as Christmas gifts, but these are totally useless. I’d be embarrassed to give the coaster out. Don’t waste your money!

Can’t fault the mold, was simple to pour, un mold and clean up. Only downside is they are too small. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Was hoping to create coasters for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK. Another review summed it up well, it’s like putting a nickel in a quarter slot. Gave what I created to a mate with Civic, she reported back that they are also too small. So I’m not sure what these would work for, maybe the description should be updated?

No indicaba para quien era lo que demoró mucho la espera. Sin embargo valió la pena. Fue mejor de lo que esperaba.
