This new update is horrible, I have followed all the instructions, and it's not working. I can't put any of my old sign on because it keeps saying it's incorrect. Now I'm locked out because of too many attempts. I have banked with ASI for many years and never had this problem. Please fix this app!!!!
It has been horrible, ever since the new rollout app, i haven't been able to log in or set up my new app it keeps telling me I have to call and when I call it's been three days with nobody calling me back. I left my number three times for someone to call me back and nothing yet
What in the world! This is the worst app, never got my email to open the new app I've been trying this for 8 hours solid This is BS. I'm locked out of my account and it's ruining a lot of things while I am on vacation! Can't you people get this together?? This is our money you are talking about.
I can't compare this new app to the last one because the initial login doesn't work. I can login just fine on a browser, but the app tells me my credentials are incorrect. No, I'm not typing them incorrectly. Yes, I've already tried un/reinstall. I shouldn't have to call and wait on hold to get this fixed.... It's literally Day 1 of your relaunch and none of y'all tested the login? There's no extra info/instructions for the app in email or on your website (other than just basic download) Pls fix
Love the convenience of managing money from the phone. The fingerprint login is very useful, especially if you don't want to use your regular password in public. I just wish I could move money from this account to a bank account outside of InFirst. Right now, I have to logon to the desktop site to do that.
The InFirst FCU app does exactly what I need- I can check my account balances, make bill payments and transfers, and deposit checks whenever I want. I've never had to go to the bank's physical location. I switched to this credit union several years ago from one of the big banks and have no regrets.
App is mostly great, but cannot get mobile deposit to work anymore. Every time, "Cannot locate check in image". Have tried contrasting backgrounds, similar backgrounds, bright light, dark light...always the same. Please check into this. With the hours I work, trips to the bank are difficult. Otherwise great app and a great bank!
~this app is out of date! at navy federal i can use my thumb print to gain access to my acct. with this app, i have to enter my acct number AND password... soooo 2010! urgh! get with it LANGLEY!!! i'm really considering moving all of my LOOT to navy federal. i've already switch my DIRECT DEPOSIT.
For an actual bank, this app is laughably bad. You can take photos of checks for hours to deposit and be rejected over and over for "missing corners" or anything other than a professional grade photo with perfect lighting. The app itself is basically a computer login to the website in app form. The security is pathetic, if it even exists, which I doubt it does. I should also note, don't bother complaining to them. Any problems you have will be met with "no, that should be working so you must be doing it wrong", as if everyone in the world hasn't been using banking apps successfully for the better part of a decade.
