Ring Window Security Stickers review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:8

I've had the ring alarm and doorbell for a while and each only came with 1 sticker. I wanted other stickers for side windows, but they were never is decals are very nice and higher quality that a normal sticker. With the thickness, they are also simple to install.I didn't message until they arrived, but 2 are bigger than the others.

These aren’t worth what we paid. They are very little and don’t really deter much of anything. Overall I wouldn’t buy these again.

Have begun to fade after two just months. C'mon Ring, you can do better. I wouldn't be complaining if these came free with Ring products like the others I have, but I wanted the larger size to cover old security stickers.

Ring Size Adjuster for Loose Rings for Any Rings Ring Size Reducer Spacer Ring review []  2019-12-8 18:29

Read all reviews before I purchased this to create sure that this was exactly what I was looking for and needed. Turns out, the reviews were right! This took my unsizeable ring down almost 2 complete sizes... and could go tighter, if needed. It's excellent for the job required and quite simple. There's no method to create your ring fit perfectly, if it's the wrong size... or so I thought... until I used this. It is totally comfortable, doesn't move around, doesn't squeeze & once it's on... it is TOTALLY forgettable. You don't realize that you are wearing it unless you turn your hand over & look. Another REALLY GOOD thing is that if you are in a position where you don't feel comfortable... you can flip your ring around, hiding the stones & the silicone wrap portrays that you are wearing another "just basic" ring- taking all of the attention of your ring... AWAY!**THIS IS A TRULY REMARKABLE LITTLE FEATURE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT THAT NO ONE HAS YET TO MENTION.I was in that same position & flipped it over... the unwanted attention was gone within a few moments after.I would buy this product over & over again. But, they really give you so much more than you need & you won't have to! LASTING... COMFORTABLE... PRIVATE... it's truly worth the purchase... TRUST ME! It's truly an awesome small invention for as easy as it is!I would recommend this for everyone without any problems or reservations what-so-ever!

Ring Size Adjuster for Loose Rings for Any Rings Ring Size Reducer Spacer Ring review []  2019-12-8 18:29

By far the best alternative to soldering a bump onto a fresh ring! I have huge knuckles and my ring was just a bit too huge but resizing would have created it hard to take on and off because of my huge knuckles. I ordered several various gadgets that claimed to support create my ring fit better but this was the product that worked and is very comfortable. I have it on all the time. I've had it for a month and still have not had to change it out.....the amount mailed is enough to fit a lot of rings. The ONLY negative is that due to the design, lotion gets into the "coils". I have very dry hands and have to use lotion regularly.

Ring Size Adjuster for Loose Rings for Any Rings Ring Size Reducer Spacer Ring review []  2019-12-8 18:29

The product is good, does what its supposed to, its nice they all various sizes, and theres enough material to rewrap the ring a few times after wear and tear.... which brings me to whyI gabe 4 stars vs. 5. While the product is everything it says it is, i was eating a muffin and dropped some in the crease of my hand where my ring meets my palm and crumbs of it got trapped in between the plastic. Therefore I think buying an adjuster that snaps on is probably the better route to go for longer term use than this product. But for now it is doing the job.

Ring Size Adjuster for Loose Rings for Any Rings Ring Size Reducer Spacer Ring review []  2019-12-8 18:29

I'm so glad I decided to obtain these. I actually wasn't expecting them to work, but they do! I'm very happy with them. I have a couple of rings that I love, but I couldn't wear them because they were too loose or too big. I'm a ring size 4.5/5, so sometimes it's difficult to search rings that fit securely. The ring adjusters support quite a ey come in various sizes and a silver polishing cloth, both of which I really appreciate. They're also simple to use and are not uncomfortable. If you're looking for a less expensive method to have a favorite ring resized/adjusted, these are worth considering.

Ring Size Adjuster for Loose Rings for Any Rings Ring Size Reducer Spacer Ring review []  2019-12-8 18:29

This is a superb product for sizing your ring without the cost and expense of taking it to a jeweler. My hand size fluctuates a lot due to work, exercise, sodium intake, etc. These sizers just clip over the band and are comfortable to wear and aren’t really noticeable. They go on and off the band with ease and without damaging your jewelry. The 8 package has a dozens of sizes which is amazing because I was unsure of what size I needed. I highly recommend this product to anyone with a loose fitting ring that doesn’t wish to spend a ton of cash to have their ring fit more snugly and without damage.

Ring Size Adjuster for Loose Rings for Any Rings Ring Size Reducer Spacer Ring review []  2019-12-8 18:29

I had tried the adjusters that are just a piece of plastic that you slip onto the ring and found that to be unsatisfactory. The adjuster kept moving around the ring and would soon end up on top of my finger which was uncomfortable. I was always aware that it was there. I was hesitant to test another adjuster, but really wanted to be able to wear the ring, so I took a possibility and ordered the Jebox Ring Size Adjuster. It works great. Doesn't move around as much as the other type did, and holds the ring in place. I don't even message it is there. This item is well worth the money.

So I was originally looking for the small ball ones you glue on inside. I couldn't search them so I just kind of settled with this one (for my SO) but luckily she likes it and it completely fixes our issue which was that her ring was just a small bit to loose and would slide. She was worried it would slide off but we didn't wish to obtain it resized again so we did this, which is supposed to be amazing for the ring anyway constantly resizing it will hurt it. We also have a ton of additional so she started using it on some of her other rings. It 100% unnoticeable and honestly she doesn't even think about it after like the first day.5/5 buy for loose rings

Ring Size Adjuster for Loose Rings for Any Rings Ring Size Reducer Spacer Ring review []  2019-12-8 18:29

Absolutely awesome product. Be careful how you chop it, other reviews said the ends were sharp, but I chop them at a flat angle and had absolutely no problems. A BILLION times more comfy than any other ring adjuster I've ever bought. This idea is brilliant. The pack came with a dozens of sizes and plenty of the plastic. I could probably do like 30 rings with it. Lol. I've been wearing the same original wrapping (and washing my hands and doing stuff) for over a month now and see no signs of it wearing out at all. Love this product!!!

This is a fast and inexpensive fix when you don’t wish to chop your rings. I lost about 15lbs and it might not sound like a drastic change but my rings became just loose enough to risk slipping out. This did the trick! It’s not ideal as the sizers do obtain discolored over time but it’s better than cutting and resizing the rings and you obtain plenty of product to use, so even with replacing the discolored ones it should latest you a long long time

These were so simple to use and they hold my rings on very well. They are clear, so they are not unattractive on my ring. I can chop it to the link that I wish to, and that saves me cash because I can use the rest of it when the piece that I use no longer looks amazing or is useful. So far, I am using the same piece that I started with. I noticed that it does obtain dirty when I place cream on my hands, but I can easily clean it with soap and water. Over time, it has turned a small yellow, but on a gold ring, this really hasn't mattered. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Wired, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-11-25 18:2

Since my initial review below, the problems with the floodlight wired have been resolved. A senior technician was quickly assigned and contacted me to replace the faulty light. I have since purchase extra floodlights and all are working great! The only problem I have is not being able to delete the floodlight happening history.I purchased three floodlights wired to replace my older floodlights. I also purchased and setup the bridge. For some reason, when I test to add the floodlight, I obtain a notice "We still can't connect to your Floodlight Wired". I tried over 20 times and spend an hour on the phone with a Ring Technician and the issue wasn't resolved. The floodlight works fine as a "normal" floodlight, but I purchased them for the ability to control them from my phone. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I will be returning the bridge and three floodlights.

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Wired, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-11-25 18:2

These are ok. I have flood cams and a battery cam so I was expecting better motion settings from these. If you have trees, branches, wind, or are near a road, expect these to trigger motion even on the lowest settings with amazing frequency. Unlike the cams where you can at least set a distance or narrow the motion come, these just have a low, med, high setting. If a person ever walks in the yard, I’m sure I’ll completely ignore the notification and think they are just a couple of moths or a tree branch. Otherwise they are nice expensive motion lights which can trigger other lights, cameras, or be controlled remotely. I just really want I could reduce the sensor distance or field of view do the notifications would be greatly reduced.

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Wired, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-11-25 18:2

Pre-ordered a Ring Bridge and two Ring Intelligent Lighting wired floodlights back when they were first created available for pre-order on Amazon. The initial promised release/delivery dates were in mid-April 2019, which slipped at the latest min to mid-May 2019 for unexplained reasons. Finally received my order yesterday. Despite no less than 6 various attempts to install and setup the Ring Bridge, it would only progress as far as its automatic firmware update, then gave me an error code of "Firmware Modernize Failed" all six times. Not an external issue...router is fine, wireless connection coverage is excellent, followed all installation/setup instructions to the letter...still, no joy from the Ring Bridge. Ring Customer Service was just as clueless...ran their own internal diagnostics, could search nothing wrong on their end, promised to elevate the issue to the next level of tech support. Meanwhile, I've been waiting 4 months to replace two broken outside security lights on our house so I could use these fresh Ring floodlights, and the damn Bridge is defective right out of the box. Packaged everything up and returned it all to Amazon this morning. Maybe I was just unlucky and others will have better experiences, but this was my first experience with a Ring product and it was a huge disappointment...enough so that I will never buy another one. Now it's down to Lowe's or Home Depot for two fresh security lights that I absolutely know for certain won't fail me.

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Wired, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-11-25 18:2

It’s interesting reading all the reviews because I have had none of the problems with installation. Connected to the bridge with no problems at all. I plugged in and configured the bridge first. There was a firmware modernize and it was ready to go. Installed the wired light with no problems at all. Scanned the QR code to add the light via the iPhone application and it connected in about the same amount of time it took to add my Ring doorbell. Then I added it to Alexa, again, no issues. All the setting work fine. Yes, the motion detector is a bit sensitive, but not a large deal. I can control from Alexa and the Ring application with no l that said, there some features that would be nice to have to create it 5 stars:-Extend the time the light is on when triggered to more than 5 minutes.- Variable light settings (high, med, low)- Adjustable motion sensitivity- Real On/Off capability, no timer requirementOutside of that, it is a solid product, especially for ver 1 of this particular product. I would absolutely buy it again and I plan on adding extra lighting products.

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Wired, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-11-25 18:2

While they work ok, they have less functionality than decades old floodlights. Pointing lights is limited to up and down unlike flood-cams, and no method to turn lights on at dark for a set time or any type of schedule unlike flood-cams. VERY BASIC LIGHT. you can group them with flood-cams or doorbell to activate on motion, but that doesn’t seem to work well. For instance when my floodlight cameras sense motion and the floodlights come on, the floodlight-only lights will not turn on. Very disappointing considering how well the combo flood-cams work, and I have 6 of those.

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Wired, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-11-25 18:2

I purchased two of the flooding wired lights and a Bridge, I think I was the earlier adapter of such products so when I installing the Bridge, had a little issue updating the firmware, had to ask their help to clean it up on their end. The Flooding wired lights were simple to mount on the wall, create sure you have glue ready for this job to create it watertight. When the first time installing these lights, create sure your cell phone is closer to the light, it needs to connect with the phone to modernize the firmware. After that, it will link up with Bridge for normal operation. The light is quite bright to cover my backyard and the sidedoor access. The sensor sensitivity is adjustable, need to tune the angle all together for its best effect. I linked up these two lights with Doorbell Pro together which is very useful especially in the nighttime. Overall, I really like those lights, reasonable price, build quality is quite impressive but i found a drawback, with Doorbell Pro, I was able to send invite to my wife when someone ring the bell but this lighting device does not offer such function!? I am the only one got the message when it is trigled which does not create too much sense. That leaves some room to improve their software development and I hope they will do it later.

I am confused by the negative reviews because I had no problem at all with this light. It installed, connected to bridge/Ring application easily and works great! The motion settings don't have as a lot of features as the Ring doorbell or cameras but at the lowest setting I haven't had any false detections from outdoor cats, rain, wind or tree/bush movement. I linked it to a Ring Floodlight Cam, when this light detects movement my Floodlight Cam starts recording. It all works together very well. A nice addition to the Ring security system.

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Wired, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-11-25 18:2

As others have rightly described, options for activating the floodlights is limited to either manually turning on the lights for a maximum of 15 minutes, or when the motion sensor is activated for a maximum of 5 minutes. While the pre-shipment descriptive info was limited, I expected the same programability as the camera floodlight, which works well. The app's programming should be enhanced with the ability to set automatic on and off times and, if manually turned on, to stay on until turned off.

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Wired, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-11-25 18:2

Works amazing as bright yard lighting and it could integrate nicely with a Ring Doorbell Pro and Floodlight Cam Wired. Because I’ve always experienced amazing performance from my Ring camera products, I bought four Intelligent Floodlight wired and one Intelligent Spotlight battery. Regrettably, that may have been a mistake if some significant software updates do not fix some serious design flaws. - I cannot turn on Floodlights to leave them on longer than 15 minutes. No...really. It’s amazing that I can voice activate/deactivate all the Intelligent Lights but STILL must manually turn on/off the Floodlight camera lights. - To manually turn on selective lights on Floodlight Cams, Intelligent Floodlights, Intelligent Spotlights using the Ring App, you must clumsily navigate to various areas within the Application to turn the off/on. Would rather voice activate them but Floodlight Cam lights still do not work with Alexa or Google Home. - The largest issue that must be fixed...the Smartlight motion sensor. At the absolute lowest sensitivity setting, the motion detection is set off by almost anything (blowing tree shadows, passing vehicles 40 feet away, squirrels, etc). This is so serious that we have disabled linkages to activate the cameras. My wife has completely disabled motion detection notifications of the SMART lights because they are so frequent they conquer the purpose of receiving notifications of people movement on the periphery of our home. We are not returning them only because we have faith in Ring to fix these issues.

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Wired, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, White (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:8

Ring Smart Lighting – Spotlight, Battery-Powered, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-11-26 18:1

I have other ring products and my expectation for the intelligent lighting was to be the same amazing design and look of the other suite of products, this looks like some late 90s style mustard yellow handheld plastic spotlight that would weigh 50lbs due to the collection of D batteries in it. The only difference here is the late 90s plastic spotlight was brighter and the Ring Intelligent Spot has motion detector on it. I bought 2 and returned one. As always, Amazon was amazing with the return and credit. Adding the light to the hub and then to the application was very easy. I probably should have returned all of it but I already drilled the holes.

I have the bell and three stick up cams and very satisfied with them. The flood light is instead very disappointing. I bought it before a travel abroad and couldn't setup the bridge because of an error their side (they did contact me days after with a workaround that I couldn't test since I was travelling). They are also cheaply done and design is very bad. With the four batteries they are very heavy. Tried without the bridge and they turn on when someone passes even in broad daylight.l and cannot setup how long lights should be on. I am returning the bridge and the lights, in my opinion they do more hurt than amazing at Ring.

It doesn’t even deserve one star. I purchase a two package with the bridge one connected seamlessly the other one will not connect. When I call ring they can’t support me at all, leave me on keep and then wish my credit card number so they can send me another one. Why do they need my credit card number. @#$%ED. I just wasted $20 on batteries I can’t use now

Update....changed to 1 star, no method anyone can afford replacing 4 double A’s every 2 months on 6 various devices. I have the ring 2 doorbell and it’s great, added a wired floodlight, 4 path lights, and two spot lights to the system. All work amazing accept 1 spotlight, it Would not connect to the system. Spent over an hour online with ring, they said it was defective and to return it. I did, received a fresh spotlight from amazon. Same issue. Won’t connect. Spent over another hour online with Ring. They said it’s defective and to return it. I returned again to amazon who for some reason is yet to process me a replacement or a refund. At this point, I can’t imagine that 2 spotlights were defective, my guess is that it’s a system problem that won’t let another light to connect, but Ring disagrees with me....so I wait patiently for my next item to arrive. I can’t give the system more than 1 star until it will function as it is supposed to functionUpdate: after receiving a spotlight directly from Ring, absolutely no problems connecting the fresh device! I’ve also since added the floodlight cam that’s wired and the entire system is working flawlessly! Unique thanks to Daniel G for calling me from Ring to discuss my issues. With no other changes than getting a fresh device everything connects and works as it’s supposed to work.

UPDATEAfter talking with ring they replaced spotlights and are working now, battery life is better and spotlights don't turn on during daylight which was one of the main reasons for battery drainage but it still senses motionI’m a large Ring supporter, I have bought 2 doorbells, stickup, floodlight, and spotlight cameras so it’s difficult writing this review but I write it hoping this problem is fixed. I’ve set up two spotlights in front of my house and obtain a lot of false alarm notifications, I have my stickup camera near my spotlights so I always obtain to see what triggers the light to go on and most of the time it’s nothing. There’s also times where I go outside at night and pass by the spotlights a couple times and they don’t even turn on, lastly this has affected my battery life in three weeks of having these I’ve already had to replace the batteries and the second set of batteries are already halfway so I really hope this problem gets fixed, will modernize when I hear from ring.Update: A couple hours later after placing this review I checked the battery life on one of my spotlights and after one week of placing fresh batteries and they're almost drained

I have several Ring cameras and a spotlight and have been please with all of them. I couldn't search any other "smart" spotlights out there that I could control with an app, so the Ring was my choice. I got two single spotlights for the front of our house so when I take our dog out at night it is not pitch black. I knew at 400 lumens these were not going to shine bright as day, but I chose them because it was an simple installation with battery power. They shine about 30 feet out, method more than enough for me, and they lighten up our entire front yard no problem. I can see clearly, but again, it is not day time. We have the dual Intelligent Light spotlight in the back yard and it is still on its first round of batteries and it has been about 3 months now. Unless you turn the lights on for outdoor entertaining, the batteries should latest quite a bit of time. All in all I would recommend these spot lights.

This is a amazing idea. Kudos to Ring. Unlike other motion detector lights, the ring step light allows you to adjust the light's settings. Such as motion sensitivity, brightness and when you wish it to come on. And you can link it to your other Ring devices. For example you can tell Your spotlight can to record video if motion is detected at your step light. I only have one step light for illumination out back at a door. But I do have it linked to other devices that have a camera and recording abilities so if the step light is activated the other device will record. I also can obtain notifications if motion is detected at the step y had the device for a month and barely used any battery power. Will modernize later on battery at's the other amazing feature. No hard wiring. These lights use regular TTERY UPDATE 8/26/19This light has a lot of activity around it. And it is installed in a shaded zone that never gets direct sunlight, so the light comes on in a low light setting sooner than it would if it was installed in an zone that gets that being said, 3 months of massive activity and the batteries are at 60%. I’m impressed.

A amazing addition to my intelligent lighting system. Only thing is there a small bulky, so I had to move them from the center of the stairs to the side railing. When people were walking up and down they were hitting them with there feet. At least now there on the side and out of harms way. But overall I am satisfied with the intelligent lighting products. They add so much light to my property for when we come home late at night. Amazing job Ring!

For some reason won’t detect motion anymore or turn on when needed. By turn on I mean obtain brighter when motion detected. I have this on my back steps so my dad’s dog can see when going out at night. My house isn’t huge by any means, average size ranch. The bridge is in direct line of sight to the light and my front lights( also by Ring). Also the screws used to attach the lights are tiny, Phillips #1 screw size or an off size so you’ll need something little if you wish to use a drill ( don’t know why you wouldn’t). Would be better if rechargeable batteries were included instead of using C batteries. I had to go out and purchase them once the light arrived in order to use them so plan ahead and buy them before they arrive if you wish to install them right away.

So we placed a bunch of various ring lights outside because we wish to stop using our back porch light because it attracts spiders and when my dog goes out to use the bathroom he's a large chicken.. and needs lights to use go pee. So we placed these where we thought he would walk near... but they are weird in that at night the small lights seem to have a permanent low glow? I've tried everything I can think to fix it and my other 2 various types of ring lights don't do this, just these.. I have 3 and they all do it. Not sure if its a setting messing up or what but with the other ones not doing it I am not sure I understand why. We have set these not to be used at all during the day, just at night hoping that helps with battery life.

These light up a amazing zone and I ended up mounting them higher up on our deck railing for the landing pads of some long stairs that go down a hill. My only complaint is that they are too sensitive even on the lowest setting. I have one mounted lower on the beginning of the stairs and it gets set off by a raccoon when I am only concerned with detecting people.

I emailed Ring help to ask if I required a Ring bridge to control the Steplight. I was told my Echo Plus was already compatible with the Steplight and buying a bridge was not required. Upon set up, lo and behold, I could not proceed without scanning the QR code of a Ring bridge.I asked help again about this, and I was told:"I coordinate this problem to our Advanced Technical squad to allow them know the situation of your issue. They informed us that you'll need to have a Ring Bridge for your lights so it will connect or synchronize to your Alexa.I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you have experience with Ring. I understand that you were supposed to allow the Step lights connected to your Echo Plus directly and I feel the same thing to worry, once the bridge is available and obtain it setup. All your Step light will be functional effectively without problems."So, I need to purchase a $50 bridge for my $25 intelligent steplight - "nothing to worry," right? If i buy the bridge, does that agent "feel the same thing?" I think not.Ring better up its help crew, pronto. I can't and won't be satisfied with this company after they screwed up such a primary inquiry.Oh, and the steplight turns on in broad daylight. Ring, seriously?!

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Battery-Powered, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, White (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-12-4 18:1

The Ring Floodlight is a welcomed addition to the Ring intelligent home ecosystem. The light is simple to install (I mounted it to stucco) and setup via the bridge and the app. The Ring bridge is required to keep movement notifications from the light. It's worth purchasing the bridge bundle because the bridge allows multiple Ring devices to work in unison and enables Alexa de Note:When I first got my Floodlight, I programmed Alexa to say, "Intruder Alert! Do you wish me to blast 'em with the lasers Capt'n?" Needless to say, after a day or two of this, the wife was not exactly impressed and I disabled the Alexa alerts. Her colleagues on her conference call were cracking up laughing though.... Never a dull moment with me, I guess. Satisfied wife, satisfied life!Pros:- Simple to install- Simple to setup- Simple to use app- Adjustable brightness- Adjustable motion sensitivity- Alexa supportCons:- Will devour 4 D batteries in about 3 weeks (max) even when programmed to operate during non-working hours (5pm-6am). I HIGHLY suggest purchasing rechargeable D batteries. You will thank me later.I hope you found this review helpful! Comment if you have any questions!

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Battery-Powered, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, White (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-12-4 18:1

Don’t buy these! Motion detection is stupidly sensitive. I had it on the lowest setting and i had almost 100 false notifications in one day. I know they were false because i linked a camera to the motion to record when the light sensed motion and there was nothing moving in the photo except a bush in the wind. So, i called support....not impressed. The tech proceeded to tell me that thats how it works and it is designed to sense non heat differential objects....i dont buy it. The motion sensor is covered in plastic...theres no method it could see anything. This thing is useless. All it did was run down my linked camera battery with all of the false triggers. Also not a fan of the help i received. Poor design Ring. Poor design.

It’s simple to install and is nice and bright for being battery powered. I have two issues with it. The first is that the motion detection is too sensitive. On the lowest setting it is still triggered by a raccoon which I found out at 2:30 AM the first night. I just wish to detect people so hopefully ring will modernize the sensitivity levels. My second complaint is that the alert you keep is beautiful subdued. It’s like getting a text so if you aren’t a light sleeper you will most likely never hear it. As of now I am just using it as a motion detecting flood light and have alerts turned off.

When setting it up I was disappointed by how dim they were but realized it is set to 5 out of the box. As soon as I place it to 10 I realized I created a amazing purchase. I was pleasantly surprised with the brightness of this floodlight. Coming in at only 600 lumens total, I didn't figure this would be bright enough for my needs, but luckily it lights up my driveway, almost to my front door 70ft away. Like most Ring products, this has a amazing build along with functionality. My only complaints will probably be I do want they would have used their rechargeable batteries with this floodlight or designed a battery specifically for their lights instead of having to buy d cell batteries. At least with their rechargeable batteries, you have the option of solar, and, of course, recharging..

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Battery-Powered, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, White (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-12-4 18:1

I've increased my review to three stars because customer service was very helpful in getting the defective light replaced. But I remain unhappy about the needed bridge (sold separately, which I've reviewed separately). And the motion sensor is finicky.I do like, though, that it ties into Alexa routines (though they are finicky too). I can tie the motion sensor from this light to action on an Amazon intelligent plug, for example.-----Original review:Even though every other Ring accessory integrates with the security hub just fine, these lights require the purchase of a $50 "bridge" whose sole purpose is to earn Ring a further $50—providing no added functionality. And, the product broke within a few weeks of purchase. Now when it detects motion the lights just flash briefly and won't stay lit.

After reading the other reviews I'm left wondering if mine is defective because I've had the opposite experience. I can't seem to obtain the motion to alert enough. I increased the sensitivity inside the application which has created it decent but there are still times that if it won't pick me up walking within 7 feet. I've tried adjusting the the sensor several times.I'm actually more disappointed with the lack of light. I really expected a floodlight performance but the light does not travel half as far as the Ring Floodlight Cam.I have the Ring floodlight cam not too far away and I like how you can pair these lights so they both activate when either detects motion.

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Battery-Powered, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, White (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-12-4 18:1

I initially ordered these to stand alone and once they arrived I felt there were really pieces of junk as they turned on both day and night and were chewing up batteries faster than I could place them in. The sensor caused the lights to work even in bright sunlight. Well, this initial review was very harsh. My initial interaction with Amazon Tech and Ring Tech was not good. After the harsh review I got an email from Ring Tech and then a phone call and he was able to explain the underlying technology of these lights, how you required the bridge to connect to the ring application so you could customize the settings as well as interface with Alexa. I order the bridge. Once I understood all the possible settings and the ability to link devices even with the cameras, I ordered 3 path lights as well as another single flood. These devices truly are awesome and the customizability is method more than I thought they were capable of. These are not easy devices. Thanks to Daniel at Ring Help I am very happy with my purchase and have now updated my initial review fro 1 star to 5.

Pre-ordered a couple of these Ring security lights and what a waste. The first time they went through the battery life in just 2 weeks. I assumed the Amazon batteries were bad, so bought another huge name brand and installed them about 3 weeks ago. I also adjusted the time that the lights would come/stay on in order to save battery life, which the manufacturer WAY overstated. This morning we discovered that someone had gone through our vehicle, which was parked in our driveway. I checked the activity on the application only to explore that the batteries were dead again! So, the light never even came on while our cars were being rifled. I am going to check the return possibilities on these, so very disappointed.

Loved these at first. When it rains, water gets inside the light compartment AND the battery compartment, ruining the (expensive to replace) batteries and eventually the light. I assumed these would be weatherproof, because they are created for outside. RING explained to me they are water "resistant" not waterproof. Well, that's kinda silly for an outdoor light that runs on batteries huh? For the price per light I would have purchased something else that would last. Mine did not even latest one summer.

Ring Smart Lighting – Pathlight, Battery-Powered, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:8

The fresh Ring intelligent lighting line is a amazing compliment to my Ring Floodlight Cameras. In particular, I wanted to light up more of the front of the house when my driveway's floodlight camera detected motion. I purchased four of the fresh Ring pathlights and a hub. Now, when the driveway light detects motion, it turns on the e setup process went smoothly. You plug the hub in and scan a barcode and the application walks you through setup. Then, you do the same with these pathlights... insert batteries into each and scan a barcode from each box. At the end, you can set up groups of lights with various names. Then you can use the application to decide what other devices can turn these lights on. For example, I set my driveway floodlight camera to light up these four pathlights, lighting the walkway to the front door. You can have the lights then turn off 30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes, or 5 minutes. You can also set a timeframe that lights can be triggered between each day, and more advanced schedules during the sponse time is not immediate. When my floodlight camera detects motion and turns on its lights, it takes 3-5 seconds for these pathway lights to turn on. I have a very powerful Wi-Fi signal in the house and I have the Ring hub close to the front of the house where the lights are. The Ring intelligent hub, needed for any of the fresh intelligent lighting products, does not have a very amazing Wi-Fi radio on it and I found that it struggled to obtain a amazing signal despite my powerful signal throughout the house to all other devices. Perhaps that is the reason for the delay? There is a "dusk to dawn" feature that will hold your pathlights dimly lit all night and then brighten up when motion is detected. You can turn this off so the lights do not stay dimly lit all night and just turn on during motion to save e color temperature of these lights is much closer to white than I was hoping for. I wanted more of a soft white to match my other outdoor lights. But since these lights don't stay on for very long, it's okay. They are not "daylight" bright or have any blue in it, but they are not quite soft white either.I'm not sure how well or for how long these will stand up to the elements. I will report back if I see any signs of deterioration or moisture inside. I do want they were created of metal instead of plastic though.Ring recommends versus using rechargeable batteries: "Ring recommends using standard alkaline batteries in Pathlights. Rechargeable batteries will work in Ring Pathlights, though they may not latest as long as alkaline batteries. Massive duty batteries should not be used in Ring Pathlights. Lithium batteries will also work in Ring Pathlights and are recommended when the weather is extremely cold."Five stars for now because they do exactly what I wanted them to - light up more of the front of my home when motion is detected. If I have any problems in the future, I will update.

Ring Smart Lighting – Pathlight, Battery-Powered, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:8

Lights work great..easy install. If you order several at once, install each as you begin the box so you don't have to go back and look for bar codes for each (which is what I had to do for 10 of them. Lights bridge up to your Ring doorbell ,if you have one, and that seems to be working together as intended. One thing I wasn't expecting, from watching video, is there seems to be a faint light emitting from all 10 of the lights when they are not on. Which I like, and adds to the ambiance of our front yard. They are rather huge for lighting so double check those dimensions. Will add pics when I obtain a chance

Ring Smart Lighting – Pathlight, Battery-Powered, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:8

These are amazing but my only reservation is how long the batteries will last. I have five of these set up along a high traffic walkway I share with my next door neighbor. I’m using Duracell batteries on one of them and Eneloop rechargeables with D battery adapters. After the first night, I took a look at the battery levels for each pathway light through the Ring application and found that the three Pathway lights using the rechargeables are already half life already but the Light with the Duracells are still full green. It’s been about two weeks since then and all the battery levels remain the same. If I can obtain a few months from the rechargeables I’ll be satisfied but if only one month then that’d suck :(Update 8/9/2019: Rechargeables won’t work with these so you’ll have to go with regular batteries. Rechargeables were lasting two to three weeks tops :( I did buy the Amazon Primary D cells and they’re working great! The battery life is still full green after about a month and a half and my system is triggered on average 11 times per evening (we’ll see how these keep up when the nights are longer in the fall and winter). I’ve since purchased another Pathlight and have been getting a lot of compliments on them from visitors because they love how it lights up our landscape and pathway as they walk towards our front door. I still love these!

Ring Smart Lighting – Pathlight, Battery-Powered, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:8

These are much larger in person then expected, but with the huge size D batteries in them you can imagine. They are BIG. They won't look amazing in a very very flat zone with no bushes and no walls. Next to my bushes they look excellent and from far away not as huge as when held. I can't tell how long the batteries will last, as we love our blink camera but with how much my child goes in and out she wears the batteries down (and my front door hinges). We set them to only work at night so I am hoping that reduces the battery usage a lot. You can aim the sensor in the direction you wish motion to be detected so we aimed ours less at the street and more at my front door and windows of my house.. and then one more towards the front yard so that it would go if anyone was close to the front of the house and it would go off when we pull in the driveway. They look unbelievable and I hope they last. VERY massive and sturdy feeling. No problems pushing into the ground but anyone who has ever used related style things knows not to twist hard because end of the day its plastic.

When I ordered these pathlights (along with a spotlight and bridge) the original release date was pushed back one month. I feel like it should have been further delayed as these don't seem to be ready. When they did arrive the first pathlight installed using the bridge/app without issue. The second one would not install. I've tried reinstalling the app, removing the bridge and adding it again, various batteries...everything I could think of. This second pathlight just will not install so it's in use but I can't control it like I can the other one.

These lights are really nice. The color of the light itself is very pleasing. They are simple to install and group together to light an entire walkway when motion is detected by just one of the lights.

If the intelligent lighting products are linked to a ring doorbell. The doorbell no longer operates. Ring help has acknowledged the problem and responded that this would be a "feature" they would investgate.I don't consider my doorbell ringing a feature. My only alternative is to unlink my camera from the lights resulting in not very intelligent lighting and defeats the benefits I gained by having the intelligent lighting.

Ring Smart Lighting – Spotlight, Battery-Powered, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, White (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:8

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Battery-Powered, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:8

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Battery-Powered, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:8

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Battery-Powered, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:8

I preordered these and was excited to add it to my collection of ring products. So far it’s amazing sync to the bridge was simple and works amazing to trigger cameras to record when motion detected. They are bright but not to bright. When setting it up I was disappointed by how dim they were but realized it is set to 5 out of the box. As soon as I place it to 10 I realized I created a amazing purchase. I have 2 flood lights and 1 spotlight

Ring Smart Lighting – Floodlight, Battery-Powered, Outdoor Motion-Sensor Security Light, Black (Ring Bridge required) review [Book]  2019-12-6 18:8
