    CarPro Cquartz 30ml Kit - Ceramic Coating Finish []  2020-1-22 23:8

This product keeps awesome me every time it rains or I go to wash my truck..Like everyone else says, do your prep work! My Nissan Frontier had permanent water spots on the paint.. It looked terrible.. I had to buff the entire truck with a beautiful aggressive polishing compound, then finish with a fine compound to obtain through those water spots and fine scratches.. Once that was done, I thoroughly washed and dried and went over the truck with CarPro Eraser.. The app process was beautiful smooth. I'm in Florida in the middle of summer.. I went over a panel, by the time I finished the lower zone of a door, the product was already flashing and starting to haze.. I buffed over it with a fresh micro fiber cloth until it was clean looking.. Done..By the way, 30ml barely finished an 08 Nissan Frontier. I was literally shaking the latest drop out of the bottle to finish my latest section.. So if you have a mid-sized truck or larger vehicle, I'd recommend buying the 50ml bottle of Cquartz.

    CarPro Cquartz 30ml Kit - Ceramic Coating Finish []  2020-1-22 23:8

So far everything is amazing with this product. I applied it to a '17 WRX after performing a beautiful lengthy prep of washing, iron decontaminating, claying, and a single scene machine polish. I did an alcohol wipe down on each panel after polishing it, and again prior to applying CQuartz to insure all dust or any residual oils/fillers were removed. The preparation is by far the most difficult and lengthy part of applying CQuartz. The actual app went very smoothly, and I did not experience any of the difficulties I sometimes see mentioned in reference to high spots or challenging -application, dust and lint that settle onto the vehicle do seem easier to lightly remove with a microfiber, but I can't comment on water behavior yet because I'm still within the 48 hour window and don't wish to risk water spotting. Overall, the feeling of the paint is very slick and it does have a nice glossy/wet appearance. With the 30ml bottle I have approximately half of the bottle left, so I will probably apply a second coating.

Everyone says read the instructions... well I did and I still managed to mess up haha. It says to criss cross and let it to dry for 1-5 mins depending on ambient temp. Don’t create the mistake I created and leave it on for method longer than it needs also more doesn’t not mean better in this case. Haha I learned the hard method and it’s total user error. The product does work well from what I can see. Super slick surface just remember to not leave the coating on for too long. I would this product again.

    Mothers 01024 CMX Ceramic Spray Coating []  2020-1-4 20:52

I am very familiar with this chemistry, so when I discovered CMX, I had to test it. I have used the spray on a lot of surfaces to see if, like the base chemistry, this could create other objects shine and repel water and dirt - it did. For example: ceramic cooktop, hot plate of coffee maker. Inside microwave, stainless steel appliances, and shower surround. Short-term results: a purposefully put egg on the hot stovetop surface, allow cool and wiped off without residue; and spillover from a pot - no problem. Used in a porcelain sink and the residue from shaving disappears down the drain. Shower walls rinse clean, just dont place on the floor of the for vehicle surfaces, CMX and the chemistry are safe for hard surfaces. I have used this on every plastic, stainless, encapsulated wood panels, and of course the paint. All took on a rich, deep gloss, and seemed to repel is might replace several products i currently use for the different parts of the car, and it might just be the most useful product around the household to prevent staining.I am reordering to have on hand.

App is fairly simple. Gloss is sub par. Hydrophobic properties are typical from an siO2 coating. As another reviewer mentioned, I dislike that it creates dried up crystal flakes. When applied to black paint, the crystal dusting can obtain very annoying. We’ll see how it holds up. I applied it on a monthly client’s black truck so I’ll leave an modernize when I see the truck next month.**UPDATE** 04/15/2019I have learned to like this product by using a various way of application. Rather than spraying the sealant directly on the paint surface, I've learned that applying it to a MF applicator pad then spreading evenly and buffing off works best to avoid the crystal dusting. The durability is very impressive for a spray sealant. After 1 month, the water beading is still 100% active and the added gloss is still present.

Work great! Super water beading, no joke. Also the added gloss is a amazing as any traditional wax I've used in the past. I'll report back on how long it lasts, but so far I can't recommend this is my prep steps:1. Wash the vehicle with dawn dish soap to strip all dirt and grease.2. Use "CarPro TRIX Tar and Iron Remover" to remove iron partials and tar from paint.3. Washing off with water and clay bar4. Washing off again and do a IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) wipe down of the entire car.5. And finally apply the ceramic coating

Bought this because ceramics are the wave of the future of taking care of car's paint. I've seen plenty of other ones out there, but they seems really expensive for a ridiculously little bottle, and they have tedious instructions to is product simply sprays on and buffs off. I tried it in cold weather and seemed to work fine. Rain and snow magically disappear off the paint, and it stays cleaner because of the slickness. I can;t wait for warm weather to hit so I can properly clay my paint and apply this ceramic coating. I knew one of the huge companies would come out with a ceramic eventually, and I'm glad mother's did. It's priced right and works much as I love my car, I don't wish to be a slave to keeping it looking its best. This fresh CMX product is my ticket to a amazing looking vehicle with minimal effort.

This items is amazing.... I own a mobile detailing busniess and this is are go to Cermic coating... simple to use and latest a long time, I recommend you do a little zone at a time in a cool dry put and leave it on for about 2mins then wipe off and create sure you wipe all the haze off... create sure you do your prep work before you begin and always spray 50/50 water/alcohol to remove oils and wax before you start.

    CarPro Cquartz 50ml Kit - Ceramic Coating Finish []  2020-1-14 19:47

I purchased this as a tester before i begin offering something unique to all of my mates and family for their vehicles (Im a professional detailer stuck at a high volume dealership... god support me), and to a small additional love for those who wish to place huge bucks on the guarantee of their vehicle staying en a lot of known detailers and private celebrities use this product, and showing off what it can do, so I eventually brought myself to shell out for the Cquartz Kit (30ml + Acsessories).Lets begin off with a few things.1.) if you are not at least familiar with how to wax a car, or at least apply some type of sealant by hand (at least a decent know-how is bare minimum to use this product. ----personal opinion)2.) if you do not have patience3.) if you do not have access to at least a garage (car port with some form of roofing is bare minimum, but will not always provide you with optimum results, promise you that much)4.) if you do not know how to perform paint correction (buffing, polishing, scratch removal, touch up paint, wet sanding, etc ---NOT in that exact order, for those who follow a "online detailer" 's advice/opinions....)Then this product may not be for you to apply personally. Leave it to those with experience! This product is difficult to remove (at least on your own..) once it settles in!Onto the fun stuff:1.) Prep work is absolutely everything!!! You CAN apply this without most of the "proper" steps, but at your own peril! At the very least, a wax remover must be used during before or after you wash the paint (i personally just used dish washer soap to remove the wax, then washed it again after I claybarred, and a third time after I acid washed the paint, using the same soap), and it must be claybarred, and all oils removed (91% isopropyl alcohol is your best friens here).2.) just because you place a liquid that fills in scratches while wet, that doesn't not mean they will be gone! This material applies like a solvent on paint , then hardens like glass (SiO2, in case you're wondering.. I won't explain that one, it's called Cquartz for a reason..) and will not hide those horrible swirls and defects, but magnify/amplify them (make them more visible, for those that don't exactly understand) and they will become an eyesore! That is... unless you're the type of person that doesn't mind it, and is just looking for protection to keep the paint over.::sidenote:: rather, looks like a solvent, and feels like it when it gets onto your hands-- as i said, I bought a single kit as a tester for funsies: i had to examine the product and play around with it, just like anybody else that enjoys their hobby.3.) Just because it will protect your vehicle for 'x' years, that doesn't mean the work is done! yes, everything will come off of the paint like a breeze, and it IS anti-static, but that does not under any circumstance mean that your paint is impenetrable: Acid rain, bird droppings, berries (See: bird droppings), bug guts, tree sap (and non liquid-like hurt such as the following...) rock chips, projectiles, somebody keying your car, getting hit by any moving or flying object, or any other hazardous material commonly known to hurt the paint, including your morning commute coffee (ha, ha!).^^^In the happening of at least liquid-like happenings occurring, you have up to around two days before acidic materials manage to break through the coating and eat into your paint (We call that etching....). The sooner you remove it, the better! If you can't obtain to it so soon, wipe as much off as you can. Water is fine to support obtain whatever it might be off (minus tree sap, that items is annoying....... an isopropanol solution works great, but if you have none on hand, rubbing alcohol is best, or just wait until you locate some sap remover. Never scrub sap off of the paint. It will not look pretty, even with a ceramic coating- it can still be scratched, but I will obtain into that after this), but be careful, as water is not what I would recommend to use to drag across paint with a non-dedicated microfiber for happenings like this, it is just a substitute for such things as "quick detailer" if you don't have any on hand, and should be acknowledged as such.4.) Your ceramic coating CAN become scratched. It is not impenetrable! SiO2 was designed to create maintaining your vehicle easier. Microfiber wash mitts are best, as they keep dirt and dust in the fibers, rather than trap them like a cotton (similar to a face rag) cloth would do. All you normally have to do is wet the car (I personally have fun pressure washers, watch everything actually fly off and land next to, if not on someone elses unfortunate car... muahaha!), gently agitate any resting dirt, dust, grime, etc and then spray off. I have found pressure washers blast bug guts off that have been baking in the sun quite easily, but be careful, too close is a huge no-no even with your beautiful fresh coating- In other news, scrubbing isn't necessary, as I stated that ceramic coatings are anti-static, and things should fall off quite effortlessly. It is possible to buff the coating if you obtain scratches, but for the average Joe, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're nit-picky and are capable of doing so.5.) This specific product is not for glass, nor rubber trim/mouldings/interior parts/accessories! There are specified products that fit that category. However, if you want to use this product not as intended, it is up to you to create that mistake on your own. That is all for point 5.6.) If applied improperly, it can leave ripples in your paint, or even worse, *gasp!* rough spots! They are ugly, and I have seen it myself.^^I bring this up, as I recommended a very, very rich man who scored a fresh white Tesla Model S (P85D, woohoo!!) to obtain a coating. He used this exact product I am reviewing right now as we speak. He opted out and applied it himself, and to his dismay, ruined the lustre of some of the paint: as stated, ripples, rough spots, what looks like parts of the microfibre towel inside the paint... I asked him how he thought he did, and he kept downing himself over it. Which brings me to my final point....7.) If you apply it yourself, here are some things to remember, Mr. and Mrs./Ms. Average Joe, Enthusiast, DIY Detailer, etc...If it doesn't come out the method you wanted it to, don't beat yourself up over it, mistakes happen. Move onto the next panel and work smaller sections at a time.I asked my guy with the Tesla if he was satisfied with the job he did, and he told me that he was unhappy with it because of how it looked. I then pointed out that it was his first time trying to obtain his looking good, so its not a huge in that aspect. I then explained to him it seems like he thinks I'm judging his lack of experience, and that if he feels accomplished that he started and finished the job, if he's satisfied with the protection he place down, that a professional's opinion doesn't matter. As long as he is satisfied with HIS work, that's what , onto steps I took to apply this product.____________________________________________________________________________________________________________**DISCLAIMER**These steps are from someone who wanted the absolute best he could obtain out of the product doing it HIS own way. I'm very, very tedious with my own private car.1.) Spray down vehicle (Soak it up!)2.) Dish soap, thoroughly wash (Suds it down!)3.) Acid wash (Eat it up!)4.) Dish soap (Suds it down again!)5.) Clay bar (Smooth it out!)6.) Dish soap (Yes, I'm for real, this wasn't the latest time I washed my car..)7.) Wet sand, 3M 5000 Grit (Fade it out!)8.) Buff, 3M Step 1-- Massive Compound (Rough it up!)9.) Buff 2.0, CarBrite Black Pearl BP02 Medium Compound (Bring it back!)10.) Buff "Patch Notes" Update, CarBrite Black Pearl BP03 Light Chop (Bring it back some more!)11.) Polish, 3M Ultrafine Machine Polish (Bring out that shine!)------- I used an MT300 Meguiars Orbital and a generic 6inch foam pad, 4800 setting12.) Finish, wipe down with 91% Isopropyl rubbing alcohol, and cotton balls--- softest and fluffiest you can find13.) Apply, CarPro Cquartz Ceramic Coating.**DISCLAIMER 2**I washed in between steps 8-10, as I don't like getting compound dust mixed with my polishes. After I polished, I was VERY careful, and ONLY pressure washed (simply put, blasted with water, no soap) the paint, as I didn't wish to risk a scratch, swirl mirror finish to become ruined by a single bit of dust. I also cleaned my wash mitt before every wash from step 8-10. I applied the coating in very little sections, as the Florida atmosphere only gave me a 30 second window before the material became a pain to with. The end effect was a dripping wet, glassy, jaw dropping, neck breaking, out-of-this-world shine, Need-for speed shine, enlighten your sixth sense, 4th dimension gleaming, diamond red 2005 Corolla X-RS. I will not provide pictures, as you can only imagine how ridiculous of a effect being "Extra" can turn over.Overall, I give the product a solid 5.0, as its lowest possible rating from me. Even with extremely minimal prep work, you can yield fair results, but "you obtain what you for" (and I'm not talking about the of the product, this should cost waaaaaaaay more). If you can't sacrifice your time for the prep work, you are definitely getting what you for. With everything I did, although far too much time and work place into it, this product deserves a rating far higher than a 5. you obtain so much more for what you for when you place everything you have into it.If you don't know how to apply it, it's worth the spent to have it professionally done. Just hold up with it, and it will stay is is my official review of the CarPro Cquartz Ceramic coating, and will apply to all US-Domestic kits available.

Several years ago I purchased a CPO BMW 535i from BMW of Irvine. It would attract less dust, bird poo wouldn't stick and was so simple to wash as compared to my other vehicles. I never knew what they had used on the paint to create it do this. I started hearing about ceramic coatings and saw they were very expensive to have professionally applied. I decided to tap into my skills from a lot of years ago owning a body shop. I washed and clayed the car and polished it as needed. If you this and don't clay it, I would honestly say don't bother. You won't be happy.I began applying the coating on a nice cool evening in the garage. I did one section at a time, wiping off before hazing (this is critical). If you fubar a panel, clay it again, [email protected]#$%! then begin over with the coating. Do the wheels to prevent the brake dust from the end, this is a nice coating which seems to be impressive. The vehicle stays cleaner just like my BMW from years ago. It is safe to say my old BMW had a ceramic coating applied by the previous owner. In the end, this is or really any ceramic coating is highly recommended! Birds poo on my vehicle and it no longer eats the new the coating at least once a year!

Highly recommend doing this in a cool well lit garage. Prep is key. A amazing wash, clay bar, DA polish, prep spray to remove residue and then finally apply and buff. I place it on a 2015 Audi A6, and it is currently in the 48 hour cure stage. Shine is fantastic, I now have a protective mirror finish. Do not apply this outdoors in direct sunlight it makes it flash too quickly and difficult to buff out. Cool surface is a must. Do your prep and take your time, it is all about a amazing clean surface. Will modernize later on hydrophobic properties after 48 hours.

LOVE the results. My vehicle has the wet/glass look. Followed the directions and can't complain. The surface of the paint is smooth like glass. Water and dirt sheer right off when I wash my car. I still had about 3/4 of a bottle left after applying it to my 2008 Lexus IS250. I just applied some Reload spray on top of the Cquartz coating for more gloss and Tip: Wash the entire vehicle with vehicle soap and dish soap added to remove all the wax and oils. Then clay the entire car, compound and polish before applying the Cquartz.

This has been hands down the best I created for my vehicles ught a fresh Chevy SS sedan, and within a week of getting it, I applied this.I washed it with their vehicle shampoo first, then I prep-sol'd the car( a step they didn't mention, but I did anyways to create sure I was applying this to virgin clean paint). I didn't need to do any buffing or paint correction, as my paint was unblemished, and smooth as can be( you may need to do that step though...).I applied it EXACTLY as instructed. I did everything- paint, lights, trim, even the windows(though they recommended not to, it worked out fine for me). I even took the wheels off, and did them and the hard to wash Brembo painted arly 4 months later, and it looks like I place it on yesterday. Water beads off amazingly from ALL the surfaces I applied it e only downside to this is that if you wash the vehicle with ANYTHING but their brand of vehicle shampoo that they recommend, you risk damaging the coating. I washed it ONCE with Meguiars Wash and Wax and it did NOT bead up like it did before. Waxes actually build up on the surface of the ceramic coating, and will bead LESS than the coating. It's really weird. But I washed it the next weekend, with their vehicle shampoo, and the beading result was right back to the method it was before the Meguiars. Theres a reason they guarantee the length of time the coating lasts, when applied and maintained is is legit an awesome product. NOTHING sticks to it.If you this... do yourself the favor, and place the effort into applying it like I did, and also obtain their vehicle shampoo and even their "Iron-X" wheel cleaner. And only use their products on it, as they recommend. Create your life easier for ok the vehicle on a trip this weekend. Came home with a million bugs all over the front. Didn't have a possibility to [email protected]#$%! at home, so I washed it at a do it yourself pressure washer vehicle washer on the method to work. I only used the "clean rinse" setting(remember- no other soap but theirs). Like magic, the bugs were gone. No rubbing. No cleansers. Nothing. $2 and 4 mins of time at the pressure washer.I can't say enough amazing about this stuff.

This items works perfectly! We'll see how long it holds up on my nicely prepped paint on my black 1996 Jeep Cherokee. I first hand washed it, then used Meguiars Clay Bar kit on it, then compounded it using Meguiars Ultimate Compound, then polished it using Meguiars polish, then used wax and grease remover to remove any oily residue from the previous steps, then applied the Mother's CMX using a microfiber foam hand applicator to spread one spray at a time evenly across the paint... Allow it sit for a few mins to bond with the paint surface, then used a really microfiber towel that came with my clay bar kit to buff off the dried powder residue to a excellent shine!! It wiped off very easily and then allow it sit to cure for 24 hours without getting wet... It looks flawless on my new black paint! And water falls right off of it like all the other amazing brand ceramic coatings!! Highly recommend it especially for the and the huge bottle... This items has a very powerful smell to it (must be good!), and is completely white like milk inside it if you unscrew the cap and have a look at it... I'm very satisfied, this was my first time ever using a ceramic coating before and it worked exactly how they claimed and advertised in their video Ads on FACEBOOK

    Mothers 01024 CMX Ceramic Spray Coating []  2020-1-4 20:52

I applied CMX on my wife's vehicle and my vehicle and had odd results. See pic. I ended up with small white beads that formed when I sprayed CMX on car, wiped it to a haze, but not completely off. After about 2 mins I then began to wipe CMX until the haze was gone. However, oddly, after letting the product dry (but not yet wiping completely off) it began to form white small beads (possibly residual). What a pain as these beads landed in all the window crevices, etc. It's like when you have a poor wax that leaves dust. I had to use a can of compressed air to wipe the bead out of the crevices. I was thinking that allowing it to haze would let CMX to bond to the paint better. After getting the beads cleaned up I tested again and spray CMX on, then wiped completely dry. No beads.I'm waiting for the rain to see how it beads and how well it holds up versus Bead Maker. So far, Bead Maker is more slick and I feel Bead Maker makes my vehicles look glossier than CMX. If the YouTube videos are right, CMX should keep up better than Bead Maker so, CMX has no scent. It goes on milky and wipes away easily. No problems with washing microfiber towels afterwards.3/1/19 - Modernize #2Water beading is impressive using CMX. Wife's vehicle sat out all day in rain in a outdoor parking lot, she drove home and vehicle looked almost dry! Vehicle looks like I just washed it. Shaking CMX before app and during application, still getting little white beads. I think it's residue after spraying off and wiping off immediately. I think CMX evaporates on towel and is creating little beads that fall onto car, like compound or polish that leaves dust residual, but these are little white bead particles...That's the only pain I see to using this product.4/28/19 - Modernize #3I've used P&S BeadMaker, Meguiars Express Wax, Carnuba Wax, CMX and most recently Meguiars Hybrid Wax. To tell you the truth, if you're a gloss and slick addict, it really boils down to how well you prep your car. Wash, clay bar, compund, and polish. IPA wipe down. Anything else you place on after will highlight the shine you prepped with all the pre-work.Anything you place on it will add hydrophobia results. Its spring and near summer now so you're not gonna try beading. Dust, lawn watering overspray, bird droppings, moisture from vehicle sitting outside, etc. are gonna be your largest concerns.I guess I'm saying all of these products are good, they will complement the work you do on your vehicle if you're willing to place the time into it. And it will create it easier to maintain the next time you wash your car. If you don't clay and polish your car, don't expect super slick results. If you place the work into it, when you spray the vehicle down with water, use a soap wash, rinseless [email protected]#$%!& will still shiny after you place any product on it! Don't obtain caught up in the SIO2 hype, just spend what you're willing to for the product. You'll be satisfied with any adMaker is still simple to apply and super slick. Might not latest months, but if you're a gloss and slick addict, you'll be putting it on every week or two anyway!

    Mothers 01024 CMX Ceramic Spray Coating []  2020-1-4 20:52

I've tried the regular 9H ceramic coating prior to using the CMX and it worked as advertised but faded away after a month.. so I bought this so I don't have to go through the intense process of ceramic coating.. and I must say I'm very happy with the ease of use with this one.. it's like putting on the spray wax after detailing the car.. also seems like it's lasting longer than the little bottles. I'll recommend this product.EDIT: It stopped working after couple of weeks and you need to respray it after washing it.. I knew it can't be that for a quality ceramic coating spray.. various company their little bottle for much more then 20 bucks so yeah.. after spraying it expect it to work no more then couple of weeks and it goes away after washing the vehicle with chemical guys soap.EDIT: lol it works fine just had to spray it couple of times and it seems to work even after a couple of wash.. so back to 5 star!

    CarPro Cquartz 30ml Kit - Ceramic Coating Finish []  2020-1-22 23:8

Android game changing product. Mother’s knocked it out of the park with this one. While I would not place it into the traditional coating category Mother’s definitely kicked a lot of manufacturers squarely in the butt. This product beats all of the boutique manufacturers spray on products by and performance. CarPro Reload was the industry standard, but CMX just smashes it in every way. Durable, glossy, and cheap, other manufacturers need to go back to the drawing board because they don’t even compete.

    CarPro Cquartz 50ml Kit - Ceramic Coating Finish []  2020-1-14 19:47

I just finished applying this to my 18 GTI AB and my wife’s 18 RAV4 SE. I figured the best time to do it is when the vehicles are relatively fresh and defect free, and boy was I e whole process took about 14-15 hours, spread across 2 days - remembering that we did 2 vehicles with one set of ted with a touch wash due to convenience (although I would recommend washing by hand), and then a full wipe down with MF towels and 50/50 distilled and 91% iso. Moved on to a full clay bar, and a polish for my vehicle (wife only had a few hundred miles on her vehicle so we didn’t feel the polish was important after inspection with a spot light). After that, a final wipe down with 50/50 again to create sure any residue was taken care lying the cquartz was so easy although I was being overly cautious at first. Worked panel by panel and split the hood, trunk, and roof in two. You can go a small bit bigger than 2x2 if you’re in a cool, less humid environment (45 degrees, 40% humidity, in garage when we applied). Since the pack says the original cquartz, I found that applying in about 2-4 criss cross passes and waiting for 3-5 mins after produced the best results. I wiped immediately when applying to the hood and felt like it was better to wait, although you don’t wish to wait too long because it becomes beautiful rough to buff out, although not nished with a coat of reload which really place the slick on the paint - super simple to apply and gives me the peace of mind that there are multiple barriers between the elements and my clear coat.I’m waiting to try after curing for 24 hours on my wife’s car, and 48 hours for mine. It’s raining today so I’ll be able to tell right away. Will modernize with pictures after a nice 4 hour ride back l in all the vehicles look fantastic. Like people said, it’s all about the prep. I could see people not doing a proper clay, polish, and degrease and getting less than stellar results. I have about half a 50ml bottle left after 2 vehicles and am planning to do the wheels, windows, and whatever trim is left around the patient, prep properly, and plan a 2 or 3 day weekend to obtain the best results.Edit: After roughly a year of use, our coatings are holding up beautiful well and I'm definitely satisfied with the app given it was my first true go and only cost me ~$75, time, and elbow grease. My wife's RAV4 has not been washed since we applied (yes, almost 10 months), and still looks brand new. She gets compliments on it all the time. The coating didn't work as well on my vehicle and water beading has reduced significantly (after Reload has worn) but I'm beautiful sure I know why. My vehicle had 4000 miles on it when we applied, which means we probably required some better paint correction on it to obtain the right results. My wife's was brand new, less than 200 miles. Also, we inadvertently waited 2-3 mins longer on my wife's vehicle as we were swapping the applicator back and forth and we happened to begin on my vehicle. After doing a small digging, I saw a post from someone who reached out to CarPro and mentioned waiting longer than the recommended app time is beneficial, and I'm guessing it just required a small bit more time to cure. Like I mentioned, its a lot harder to buff out, but the results appear to be better. I'll modernize after my 1 year wash on my vehicle and post some images so people can see how its holding up.

Vehicle was washed with Carpro restart and wiped down with Griots garage paint prep to ensure a clean surface for first app of CMX. Week one CMX had a nice gloss with little tight beads after getting rained on (typical Si02 protection). Week two the beads were huge and flat (low contact angle) so product was on it's method out. Week three the water was sheeting with no beading at all. That's complete failure in three weeks. Also I didn't like the white crystals that developed in the bottle. I'm concerned that if I used the product again that I'd mar my Audi's Mythos black paint. My vehicle is parked outside driven only about 50 miles per week and is washed weekly with Megs gold class vehicle wash. . Won't apply it again. Moving on....

My first dip into ceramic coatings. I've been eyeballing the name brand guys for a long time, but couldn't bring myself to pull the gured I'd give this a go because I didn't have much to lose for the uct was delivered fast and for a amazing price. Sort of Amazons ckaging was nice. Directions were absolutely worthless. The applicator rags that came with the product was also bad. Basically some little single use paper far as the app goes. The prep work was a lot, but the app of the actual product itself was easy and beautiful quick. Easier than hand or machine waxing IMO.I've not had the product on long (maybe around two months), but so far it seems to be holding up as advertised. Jury is still out regarding longevity. I'll test to modernize down the road.A small of the product goes a long method too. I bought the 3 package because I figured it would take a bottle and half just to do my SUV. Nope, barely used a quarter of a bottle, if that. So I've got enough to latest me a long D: value, nice D: directions, applicator towels.

I wanted to test this out first on a private vehicle before using it in my business on our fleet of limousines. Without hesitation this product is going to work on the fleet! I'm getting ready to use it again tonight. I would recommend this product and will it again.

The Auto advanced care kit helps me hold that showroom shine. Just spray it on and wipe it off with the additional cloth that is included in the set, leaving my nice and shiny and the water beads right off.

This is a high quality sealant and worked well on my car, I’m super impressed with how well this worked. It really exceeded my expectations.I washed and applied the nano vehicle coating to my vehicle and it looked AMAZING! My vehicles have gotten a dusty layer after a few days, but using a towel or duster takes it right off. There's no dust sticking to the paint and is still hydrophobic when you [email protected]#$%!Overall I like the product and think I would again if needed. Compared to some other products out there the is good.

I was finally able to wash and dry my truck here in Florida, applied this all over the truck and after a week it still shines like new. The morning dew dries off and no spots or streaks, def an amazing product and will def more once this bottle is gone. I didn't use it sparingly and still have over 3/4 a bottle left, Love the shine it has and applying it is super easy. Thanks!

I purchased because the top coat of my vehicles paint was coming off. I know this was more of a sealant to protect from further damage.I applied after getting a vehicle wash. So far it has helped the dirt and rain not to stick to the paint of my car. It was easily to apply and helped give it back shine.

I bought Mequire's Hybrid Ceramic Wax about a month ago and wasn't impressed. Was skypticall about this one as well but decided to see for myself. I tested on the hood only (on top of meguire's) we had massive rain this past week and today is the first sunny day, went outside was going to clean the vehicle and was shocked to see the rest of the body that only had meguire had dirt and spots but the hood was spotless. The long term protection is TBD but I had to do this to just once a month or so to hold the vehicle cleaner it's still good. I [email protected]#$%!&ook a image of the vehicle before I got too excited and jumped into washing it and apply this product. it's very werid to see how the hood is the only thing that's almost spotless.

The Cancoat adds something between a shine and a gloss. While its a beautiful amazing finish protector, I can't say as I'd recommend it. I wasn't careful enough to hold the over spray away from the surface when spraying the applicator cloth. The over spray requires clay or a fine polish to remove it. Then begin over.

It’s simple to use. Removal is not difficult for someone who does detailing but the average joe could search it troubling. The directions say leave on 1-3 minutes. Leave on 1-2 minutes, 3 mins and it takes a bit to obtain the haze off. The product beads like a true ceramic, it does absolutely incredible. Longevity I’ve found is less than desirable. A couple washes and it’s showing serious signs of breaking down and going away. An actual ceramic coating will provide you with significantly longer life properties we are searching for. It’s a amazing product but I use it for a deeper shine not for the hydrophobic or protection properties that’s synonymous with ceramics. Will again, as it adds significantly deeper gloss temporarily, but as a long term protection, a wax will do close to the same.

    Mothers 01024 CMX Ceramic Spray Coating, 24 fl. oz. []  2020-4-29 18:19

So I really liked this items when i applied it. I had a mirror finish on my dark grey wrx. It is super hydrophobic. I did a Full paint correction and stripped any wax before ter 2 weeks i am noticing some things. And it also doesn't bead up much anymore.1. It says it protects versus water spots. I noticed that i have never had an problem with water spots before, but now i am noticing them all ocer my hood any tine I wash my vehicle even though I always test my vehicle off after. Doesn't present on camera very well but I took a picture. They are hard water spots that happened just from a 2 min wash. Super hard to remove!2. They shop it as that you can rinse dirt off your vehicle ( like a ceramic coating) so i did a einsless snow foam wash, and well, the only thing this worked for was my windows and exhaust tips. Although if I went and touched the paint the dirt does come off super vehicle seems to obtain dirty really easily after applying this items too. Its like staticy. I have to [email protected]#$%! once a week or it is just a shine and hydrophobic properties is a 4, ease of use is a 4, but protection is a 3, no better than any other wax. Maybe even worse since well, I obtain water spots.

Modernize 12/19So after three vehicle washes (by hand, not machine) I can already tell the coating is going away. The slickness that was there initially is very much gone. I’ve also noticed that after rain now there is dirt and water spots just like before the coating was applied. That was not the case after initial application. Water still beads nicely though. I also place it on the glass but it’s not as effective or long lasting as Rain X. As noted below I would’ve been satisfied with a 6 month lifespan. I’ve only had it on a month and a half. Of course I wasn't expecting it to be like a real full ceramic app but I did expect longer lasting results. There is also no additional scratch resistance from using this. I don’t see the value for the and no longer recommend. Going back to a regular clay/polish/wax routine.Original review:Put this on my black vehicle latest weekend. Gives it wonderful shine. This morning I drove through rain all morning. After parking in a garage the water evaporating off of the vehicle there were no water spots and no dirt streaks left. That's what impressed me the most. As this is a fresh product we'll see how long the coating lasts. Chemical Guys claims up to 12 months. I drive 20k miles a year and my vehicle is outside much of the time (parking garage during the day though) so if I obtain 6 months I'll be happy. Will modernize this review if longevity doesn't keep ry simple to use as long as you follow the directions. Don't allow it sit a second longer on than necessary, otherwise it will be a pain to obtain off and you will cry. Just work little sections at a time.Full steps I took were clay, polish with V38, this stuff, blacklight, and topped with a polymer wax.

A small tricky to apply for it to work correctly. Take your time. Do NOT apply it too thick. Apply very thinly for best shine. Have plenty of additional microfiber cloths to remove it and do not wait over 2 -3 mins to buff it once it's applied. I don't know how long it will latest but it shines great. For the though I prefer the Turtle Wax ICE Seal N Shine. Shines as amazing but cost less than half of what this cost. You can't go wrong with either one.

    Mothers 01024 CMX Ceramic Spray Coating, 24 fl. oz. []  2020-4-29 18:19
