I got the speaker a few days ago and I love it. I have used it so much. I take it were ever I go. When I play basketball with mates they say the speaker amazing. I use it out by the pool and the quality of the sound is great. The is awesome for what it is worth. It is bluetooth and that is a amazing feature. You can charge the speaker up so it's portable too. I recommend buying this speaker. The texture is also very nice.

UPDATED: I'm updating my review, because even though I was unable tonuse it for my TV, the customer service was exceptional. Seller contacted me on different occasions and offered to either send me an uodated more expensive speaker or my money. I opted for a refund, since I had already purchased another speaker. So, for the customer service alone, its a 4 stars. And the Speaker work doeas really work well as bluetooth for melody from phone, wbich is what Im using it y this if you intend to use it as an external speaker for listening to melody from your phone. It is useless for TV.

I can't believe the quality that comes out of such a little portable speaker! Sound is crystal clear and is enough for a party or a medium size e soundbar comes with all types of connectors which are typically used with any sound system. I have used it with my phone via Bluetooth and my TV via the 3.5 mm AUX cable. Set up was very simple and intuitive. The remote works well and adds to the convenience when using 's worth it, especially for the price. You can't go wrong!

We were looking for a portable, lithium battery rechargeable soundbar with both Bluetooth and direct Aux (mini-stereo jack) connectivity and a wireless remote (to mute & control sound volume). This amazing small soundbar fit the bill! It is a very significant sound improvement over the terrible, "tinny" speakers in our 24" & 32" Samsung TVs. Better bass reproduction would have been nice, but not expected in such a budget portable (14") soundbar. Sound is well synchronized with our TV sound when using the direct Aux wired connection (not when using Bluetooth) but Bluetooth works amazing with audio-only devices. The wireless remote is not as sensitive as it should be, muting is inconsistent, though sound volume adjustments works reasonably well most of the time (hence the 1 star off). If the remote fails we trust the manufacture will honor the 1 year warranty to replace it, as the remote wireless sound adjustment feature was a major reason we purchased this affordable soundbar!)UPDATE 11/18/2019 : the sounbar abruptly DIED!( Will not charge or turn on manually (red charging light will only stay on for 5-10 mins then simply dies). 1 amp charger adapter working fine. Sanwo webpage through Amazon has NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT option or contact info. ( Extremely disappointed with this Seller & Amazon. Even with the supposed "90 day" product warranty, how would a buyer ever contact the seller to request a replacement?? This is an unethical seller (assuming I am not contacted & offered a replacement through this negative posting). BUYERS BEWARE)....comments in quotes retracted see below....11/22/2019 Update: I confused the manufacture's contact link with the Seller's link and am reaching out to the seller Shop.swo today so I am retracting my comments above while awaiting Seller contact r/e the abrupt failure of this Sound bar product & I will subsequently modernize my review after I hear from the seller:)12/18/2019 Update: I'm upgrading my device rating back to 4 stars! The seller when contacted responded promptly & replaced the device without a hitch! They also strongly advised the device NOT be left on the 120v charger cable but ONLY re-charged when the device gives an audible "Low Battery" announcement (at which point it needs to be re-charged while in an OFF position and it will NOT work until re-charged). I.E. this device is a "portable" battery re-chargeable soundbar and not a "stand-alone" plug in full time TV soundbar. Given this caveat, I was impressed by the long battery life after the initial charge (we used it nightly for 2-3 hours as a TV soundbar for more than a week before it gave the "low battery " alert and required to be re-charged. NOTE that it cannot/should not be used while it is re-charging or risk damaging the batteries according to the seller! This creates a tolerable inconvenience if you plan to use the soundbar to improve the quality of your TV speakers like we did when we purchased this device. It definitely improved the sound quality over our 32" & 17" Samsung tinny/crappy TV speakers & is a amazing bargain at the price. We give the seller 5 stars for perfect warranty service & technical support/advice!!!

This was purchased with the intention of using in my room. I wanted the ability to connect via Bluetooth and wired to a TV. Most importantly, it need to have a remote with a separate volume is sound bar both meets and exceeds my needs. It is loud and has quality sound. It can handle all the melody and films I toss at it. It also amazing because it can be left wired and be taken on the go where ever you want. It is quite compact and easily e in comparison to its size as well as power is in the middle. I don’t need surround sound or a large $100+ sound bar.

This speaker was purchased for my office, as we often have parties and happenings and would like various melody for various rooms. I was pleasantly surprised!Item arrived neatly packaged, with instructions on how to use the remote and it's nnects with Bluetooth, AUX, or TF card.I used AUX and Bluetooth features with the remote.-Volume is surprisingly loud for the size of the speaker. Although there's no option to improve sound quality such as Bass or Treble unless you're able to do it from the connected device.- The remote allows you to skip songs, pause songs, or simply mute the sound while the audio plays on the device that's connected to the speaker.-Portability was also surprise. The speaker can be charged with the existing USB power cord and base. Once the speaker is fully charged an LED light will glow green and let you to use it without it being connected to apower h of my children liked it and now wish one for their rooms!

My first thought, upon opening up this pack and just looking at the soundbar was "Wow, this is really a solid small soundbar". And then....I started connecting it to various sources...first my PC, then my Laptop, both using the bluetooth mode, and finally, my small transistor radio...yes, I actually have one. This thing has wonderful sound, no matter what you hook it up to! It amazed me at how simple it was to connect to my sources using the bluetooth mode. I used the small 3.5 mm aux cable that comes with it. This company has provided everything you need to set up your soundbar, and on top of that, IT COMES WITH A REMOTE!...and it's not one of those flimsy remotes, it's an actual remote with push buttons. There is a put in the back where you can use a TF card if you have your melody on that.I definitely recommend this sound bar, for it's ease of setup and connections, it's versatility and the wonderful sound it produces...well worth the money!

Amazing sounding portable sound bar. Gets loud enough and amazing for listening to melody around the pool and patio. Connects easily via bluetooth and comes with it's own remote which is nice.

Runs OK. Would be better if there was some method to save find parameters. When searching for a plane, I usually repeatedly find over the course of a few weeks (months?) before I search the plane that I'm interested in. It's frustrating to have to hold entering all the parameters every time I begin the app. Example: Find #1- Cessna 177: with the $ range, hours, zone etc. Find #2- Cessna 172: ....... .... To use it, Select: Search..... then pick one of the pre-defined searches that you previously created.

Element 50-Inch Fire TV Edition TV with Sound Bar and Digital Antenna [Book]  2019-12-6 18:9

Unlike speakers and laptops, I don’t a lot of fresh televisions. I didn’t obtain a HD set until my Trinitron wouldn’t power on and I didn’t obtain a huge screen LCD until I upgraded to a Blue-Ray DVD player. I had no intention of getting a 4K set until broadcast channels bragged about it, and I didn’t care if it was a “smart TV” or not because tv manufactures abandon those sets a year or two after they them. Whatever 4K set I would own, it would obtain all its “smarts” from the recent edition of the Fire TV box. When I saw Element was integrating Fire TV into a 4K set, I was interested. (I have been secretly waiting for the Fire TV boxes got obtain an integrated tuner, this is the next best thing.)Setup was straightforward. After attaching the feet, you plug it in, push the power button and it starts up. The first boot gives you a guide and run-through of the interface. You can search them again under the Notifications Bell if you skip it. The boot time is a small long since you must wait for both the Element logo and the normal Fire TV startup process. After the first startup, it gets quicker. If are familiar with the Fire TV, you will be right at home, but I am glad I did not ignore the tutorial, without it, I would not have found how to scan for channels with my antenna. You search the antenna input, then push the menu button to search the Scan Channels ter scanning for channels, I had one issue. The sound was horrible. I scanned for channels again, checked the settings on my Yamaha receiver, and tried again. It was still terrible, like there was static, or the tv speaker was on with the receiver and I was getting an echo from the interference. I moved my mud-flap antenna and tried scanning channels again with the same result. I played around in the TV’s settings and found I had a modernize waiting. The modernize fixed the sound at’s another reason I like Amazon’s Fire TV ecosystem. Even my first generation Fire TV is running current software. I hope this set gets the same service. (OK better service, since I intend to hold the set longer than a $40 Fire TV box).I have been cable tv for four years. When Amazon announced the “channels” option for Amazon Video I knew it was the ecosystem for me. If you have not used the add-on channels feature of Amazon Video, you should, it’s as close to à la carte cable tv as you can get. Add Netflix and you will not miss cable television. Add the integrated antenna TV tutorial and you have a complete package. It is so nice that I might spring for that outdoor antenna to clear up some weak channels my indoor mud-flap antenna cannot pick up (antenna TV is a long method from the four channels I had as a child). When you are in the guide, you can hit the menu button to add channels to a favorite list and filter out all the clutter, that should be enough to hold from a fresh antenna. A feature I did not expect is that the “live” channels of my HBO add-on channel are included in the guide. My favorite channel list is now the HBO channels, ABC, CBS, CW, FOX, NBC, and the three PBS stations. (OK, and the Accu-Weather channel. I am guilty). When you keep down the Home button, you obtain a fly-out menu that gets you into the Channel Guide, where you can select inputs, your applications, the sleep timer and your picture and sound settings. Since I use a Yamaha receiver and Polk speakers, I can’t speak for the sound options. The options for adjusting the picture are limited to the usual presets and some advanced options. Before you spend a lot of time tweaking these, know that you will have to do so at least twice. Once for live TV, and again for Video. Since you are not switching inputs, this frustrated me, until I found the mode indicator at the top of the Picture Settings menu. You can tweak your settings for each mode, and that is a amazing Advanced Options are limited to Motion Smoothing, Noise Reduction, Color Temperature and Color Mode. If you wish finer control, then you must begin with the Custom Picture Mode setting to gain access to Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, Tint, and Sharpness. If you are looking for finer adjustments, you are out of r now, I have chosen the Standard picture mode, turned noise reduction and motion smoothing to their lowest settings, set the color mode to native, and chose the standard color temperature. The set comes with all these on their highest settings or auto along with the backlight at an eye-searing 100. I am playing with the backlight between off and very low (below 25) with nice e remote is the standard Fire TV remote affair, except the home, reverse, and menu buttons are above the ring (annoying). The prime video, Netflix, and Amazon Melody buttons are a nice touch, and thanks to HDMI CEC control I retired my intelligent remote. Powering the set on, powers up my Yamaha receiver and the volume buttons pass through to my receiver as well.Overall, I am satisfied with the set. Since cutting the cable cord, the number of devices on my tv stand have been dwindling, and that makes me very happy. Now if a set would just come with some really rocking speakers, you know like the consoles of old…UPDATE: This is a bright television, and like all models sold today the preset picture options work better in a showroom than a living room. In a dark living room, the brightness, especially the backlight, tears shadows apart and creates a pixelated or color washed effect. Most people fall for the marketing of additional features like HDR or even OLED in an attempt to fix those defects. But the fact is with eight million pixels at your command a calibrated set will beat a feature loaded set every time. You cannot adjust brightness and contrast on this box after selecting one of the picture presets. You have to choose Custom, then custom again to search everything set at a nice 50/ightness and Contrast are the two most necessary settings, and there are try patterns you can use to support create those adjustments. I grabbed an app with those patterns, but the operating system went into another screen mode (application) when running the application, so it didn't do any good. I ended up using Android game of Thrones, with its dark interior castle scenes, overly warm desert scenes, and overly cool winter scenes to arrive at the following the settings. The effect is simply stunning.Picture Mode: CustomSettingsBrightness: 45Contrast: 75 (YMMV between 65 and 90)Saturation: 42 (enough to take the red out of the cheeks on the overly warm GOT scenes)Tint: 50Sharpness 0 (just a joke on a 4k screen)Color Temperature: Standard (Warm was method too warm for me. Never choose cool)Noise Reduction: Off (or Low, Because most content is upscaled to 4k resolution, otherwise off is fine.)Motion Smoothing: Powerful (Sacrilege!! You owe it to yourself to watch the opening sequence of GOT with Motion Smoothing at Powerful or Intermediate. If feels 3D. This set benefits from either Motion Smoothing or Noise Reduction being on. If you use them both, hold them at Low)Backlight: 20 (As low as 9, not higher than 25)Color Space: Auto

Element 50-Inch Fire TV Edition TV with Sound Bar and Digital Antenna [Book]  2019-12-6 18:9

Take note, ours seems to take about 6 seconds for a red light to turn on after you press the power button (either on the remote or on the TV itself). Also, about 50% of the time, the remote will not power it on at all, so on average, we assume it will take a min or so to obtain the TV on. I am not sure if the remote is not getting recognized or something else is wrong.Picture quality is fine and the interface is beautiful fast, so overall it is a amazing experience, but would like the power-on problems to go away. Also, the unit will not do the Software Modernize properly.. it reboots and does the for the update, but never seems to modernize it. If you ever go and manually test to update, it just power cycles again and shows the progress of the download. Then, when trying to install update, it does it all again...3 stars max in its current state. With some of these problems fixed, I'd give it a 4/4.5.

Okay, so I am changing my review once again and this time giving it 5 stars now. I started to obtain very annoyed with this set, the remote would work when it wanted too, some buttons you had to press for a long time in for it to work. The television had a major modernize that took at least 20 mins and Bam! The television now works perfectly, and the colors have improved tremendously. The blacks are blacker and the color all around has improved. This happened at the excellent time because I was just about to obtain rid of these TV's!So I changed this review from 3 to 4 stars... My original review will be at the bottom of this fresh added , there is no method to professionally calibrate this TV, so after speaking with my mate who professionally calibrated TV's for a living, he came over and we worked on the TV until we got the picture to my the first thing he did was go into the first color setting and place that into custom, he lowered the sharpness to 0 but didn't touch any of the other settings. Then in the second color setting which is in advance setting he turned it to warm, then he lowered the backlight brightness to 76. All of this is with the motion setting to bypass which means the picture looks beautiful amazing but still not awesome but it's 100 percent better then it look out of the box and I am sure you'll be more than satisfied with this setting, that setting was for my 55 inch, for the 50 inch the only difference was he lowered the backlight setting to 64 instead of the 76 that he did for the 55 what I noticed is that you have to manually changed each input to this setting because it doesn't automatically change all of the outputs to this ese settings support out trust me, it took days of working on it and hours with a professional to obtain it , as like most of the other reviewers here, I bought this and the 50 inch on and basically bought two TV's for the of one.... With that said, the two TV's combined still cannot match the quality of the one that I was going to buy. However, that is the video snob in rst, a small bit about me, I come from a high end audio system and TV's and once the family started growing, the high endness started shrinking and the more I have to save and college I have to for the more budget minded I have been forced to become... Except I will never obtain a minivan! I place my foot down! So, my pioneer elite plasma finally started dying (RIP) that I bought a lot of years ago and til this day it's picture tops expensive TV's that are available today and imagine I almost 9k for that TV and I'm replacing it with a 400 dollar TV...Please don't throw your remote at the screen after reading that... And the funny thing is I was able to it as is for 600...So, back to the element... The picture quality out of the box is bad, true bad, only those whom say it's awesome or amazing are those who have never seen a fully calibrated TV on the mid to high end side...So, first thing first, please turn off the motion setting which forces the TV to have what is called a soap opera result which is horrible on this TV, that alone will support the picture quality. Then lower the backlit brightness, this TV forces brightness which is horrible, that alone washes out the blacks, lower the contrast and place it on film mode, this alone will support out a lot... This TV doesn't allow you really dig deep into setting the picture quality to perfection but do what I have recommended and you'll see a major major recommendation is, please create sure that your internet is steady and quick enough to do a wireless update, if not connect it to Ethernet. Because if your internet isn't steady and is choppy you will have problems from a poor update. People have complained about this and it isn't the TV's fault, it's the internet service that you are offering to the e remote is bad, sometimes I have to press the remote buttons hard for it to send a command to the TV which is frustrating, to create it worse, connecting a universal remote is a waste of time as you will still end up needing the remote that it came with for certain button functions. I want I was able to use the number functions on my harmony remote to change the channel which isn't an option, also the universal remote will not change the TV to an input, which isn't poor because it's simple to switch from the menu but if you program a remote to switch everything for you that's what you wish it to do...Now, for those who send this TV back right away due to the picture quality, I don't blame you, however every TV needs a break in period, give it a few days to break in and then create the decision to return it, but if you have the possibility to obtain an LG or Samsung then go for is TV does not have HDR, it's a primary 4k TV, for me I have the dvdo edge which allows me to tweak the TV setting further which and created the TV look even better when using an input.I hate the fact that the TV doesn't automatically switch over to an input when you turn something on.I like the fact that the TV turns on right away and off right away, that alone is a major plus, because with both my pioneer and lg and Samsung TVs they took a while to turn on.If you're use to the fire TV home screen then you will love this TV, I have always had a fire TV so this works for me very e TV Turner on these TV's are amazing, in fact, these are the best TV tuners I've seen on any other TV so far, I am in NYC with a huge old school TV antenna on the roof, with my other TV's I was only able to obtain 40 channels and with these TV's gave me exactly 63 channels. So that's a major e TV is very quick as well, I on an input or channel or film and it switched over right away with no is TV is awesome with gaming as well, I watched my son play Forza 7 and it looked amazing, I watched my daughter play Minecraft and that crappy android game look awesome and I played my MLB the present 17 and amazing...The sound quality sucks poor no matter how much you test to work on it, but I have a Bose solo which helps in a major way, I can tell that Bose created the solo system for TV's like thisThis TV also has a lot of inputs, enough for everyone..Pros:Amazing speedAmazing tunerBang for the buckCons:Picture quality is poor and nothing like amazon brags about in their literature, but after major tweeking it will look decent but will not surpass the decent mote is horribleLack of picture tweeking functionsOther than that, it's worth getting on sale, but it may be worth to spend an additional 60 or 100 on a better name brand.

Element 65-Inch Fire TV Edition TV with Sound Bar and Digital Antenna [Book]  2019-11-23 18:2

I was very excited to obtain this television. Picture WAS amazing. After only owning the tv for 3 weeks, there was a LOUD pop sound late one night while I was watching television. I had no idea what happened. The next day is when I noticed there was a line down the entire length of the television. I was told I had to go through the manufacturer even though I had only owned the tv for 3 weeks.

Cool TV, but randomly it will not power on. It drives me nuts. I test to power cycle it and no change. Often it just starts working again on its own. Not sure I can recommend this TV with that flaw.UPDATE!See my review above? This happened to me at least once a week. I take ownership in that I did nothing. I figured attempting to replace it would be a pain. So here's what happened. It powered off and will no longer power back on. The red light keeps flashing nonstop. So what happened? Allow me explain my first frustrating encounter with Amazon and this crap company Element.1. I contacted Amazon by email regarding my issue in detail.2. I was told to call in for support. So I did, I called in and they transferred me to Element. I was then on the phone waiting for 25 minutes. TWENTY FIVE Mins at 7pm!3. We did some completely worthless troubleshooting and tried to set me up with a refurbished replacement. I refused, demanding a refund. Allow me explain that thought a bit. I've literally been having this issue for awhile. If you find around, this issue is beautiful frequent. So here I am with a TV, not even a year old, and I'm going to endure the headache of replacing it. Only to obtain a refurbished model that might very well do the same thing. Nope.4. I obtain a reference number and I'm told to call Amazon for refund. I contact them via chat. I was transferred a total of 4 times. They kept transferring me back to Element. Despite me stating in my opening description that I had already spoke to them and I had a reference number. Amazon, tell your people to shut the hell up, listen, slow down, then act.5. I obtain a manager who really and honestly tried to support me. She couldn't obtain me a and had me waiting for about an hour. She said she was trying to come up with a solution.6. I obtain told we have to with Element. I decide to wait till the next day.7. I call Element and wait 30 mins to obtain someone. I obtain someone on the phone and I'm given these two options. The first is to go through the warranty process which is to take pictures of the unit. Front and back. Along with the serial number. Along with send them a copy of my invoice. Then they will mail me a return label. That's it and that's right. These morons wanted me to go and search a box to place this 55 inch TV into. The other option was for a refund. She told me that process takes... 3 to 5 weeks. What!? What takes that long in this day and age? Nothing! So after much complaining, I opted for that one. Haha. I honestly am so mad, I don't know what to do. I will never, ever a Element TV. Maybe even never a TV from Amazon please, whatever you do. Regardless of the current low price. I $700 for mine. Do not, do not this TV.I originally gave this review 3 stars. I want I could lower to -3 stars.

Primary TV appears to work well, however no unique standout features, and not that simple to navigate if you are a flipper. I Probably would not again, but a amazing training ever, huge issue with the TV remote button for turn on/off function. Does not work! I spent over 1+ hours speaking to 6 various individuals trying to seek a solution. The Amazon staff could not resolve the problem (They did understand) and could not me with a replacement. They resolved the problem by providing a $30 for the of an older model remote that does not contain an on/off button on the remote. Not amazing for a replacement! My research indicates several problems with remotes and a lot of customer have issues. I will wait to a replacement remote when the dust clears, as there are several complaints concerning Fire TV controls and Amazon has delivery problems with delays.

AmazonBasics Digital Optical Audio Toslink Sound Bar TV Cable - 6 Feet []  2020-7-2 20:27

This item works great, it was reasonably priced, & other than the difficulty I experienced trying to install it, its a amazing choice for connecting digital optical audio devices.I wanted to use my home theater system's audio capabilities to enhance TV/movie enjoyment, so I required this type cable to accomplish e only issue was the cable came w/ very inadequate installation instructions.I ended up going online/googling information to support me install the came w/ protective plastic covers on the ends, but w/ no instructions to remove those BEFORE attempting the install, I was being puzzled by the difficulty inserting the cable into the respective ports.Mind you, this was my FIRST experience w/ this type ter finding others had experienced the same problem, & posted their trials, I was able to complete the install w/ minimal fuss.

This review is for the 55" tv, no bundle, just the ver as shipped: (572212620)current ver available as of the time this review was written: (577224220)Wow, this was a amazing decision. I had all the pre-delivery worries: broken on arrival, fresh product problems, etc. Fortunately none of these came true. This is a amazing product with a amazing feature set at a amazing point. I have been holding off buying a 4K tv, waiting for the sweet spot in the curve to cover active array backlight models in this size range. When I saw this television on amazon I decided to give up active array to obtain a nice television at this point. I'm totally amazing with this decision. Really discerning viewers will be able to tell the difference (probably me too in a side by side comparison) but for the and features of this product I search it hard to justify hundreds more for an active is is a very Amazon-centric product. That's excellent for me because that's what I use. If this television shipped with nothing but Amazon Video on it, I would be fine with it - I'd never even message anything was missing. But of course it has all the usual suspects in the online streaming biz. I'm beautiful sure that whatever you wish to watch, there's a thing to on for it in this tv. It's a intelligent tv, right?Having the hardwire gigabit Ethernet interface is nice. Some tvs do not contain this; for me it's a non-negotiable feature.I like the UI on this thing. Some reviewers have said it's too busy, or difficult to search certain things in. I've seen far worse. Personally, I don't search the UI to be busy or difficult to navigate. I would agree that a couple of features are buried a small deeper than they should be. Probably everyone's #1 complaint is managing inputs. I have to agree. It's actually easier to switch inputs with Alexa than by clicking buttons, which is beyond stupid. You have to through Settings to obtain to Inputs, then scroll around to select the one you want. Really should have inputs as a top level menu. Ok, so you have to memorize a few non-intuitive menus to through. Like we don't have to do this with our PCs and tablets already? Maybe Amazon will improve some of these navigational pitfalls in a future me reviewers have complained that it's difficult or impossible to rescan the antenna channels again after the initial setup. Incorrect. Settings / Inputs / select an input, then the Options button. That annoying icon with the stack of three bars. Easily the stupidest icon that has ever created it's unwarranted method into general acceptance. Think of it as a the equivalent of right-clicking on something your computer. Stupid icon, necessary really have to think about these things as computers, not simplistic TVs.Picture quality: great, as far as I can tell. I don't have a really amazing frame of reference for comparison. Take some time to test customizing the picture settings. Judging by other reviewers' stated results this is probably really largest complaint: The as-shipped won't complete its modernize to the current version. The television knows what ver it has, and knows that there is a fresh ver available, and proceeds without any obvious error to process the update, but when the television comes back on after its self-directed reboot, it is still at the old ver and still thinks the fresh ver has not been applied. This occurs whether I command it to modernize now through the settings/device menu, or allow it do it on its own.Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas how to obtain past this?UPDATE:The modernize failure is now a known issue. Amazon is emailing instructions on how to manually apply (via usb flash drive) a one-time modernize to correct the inability to process normal updates. I received this email from amazon yesterday. The procedure is simple, took a few mins to do it, then another ten or fifteen to complete the actual pending modernize that was failing to complete previously. Now everything's good.

I loved this TV until about 6 months after I purchased it. It just went blank and wouldn't power back on. I contacted Element's warranty line and they answered at 2:00 in the morning (message said 24/7 for support). I provided them with all of the info that they requested and thought everything was great. But 5 days later after multiple calls and emails I still have a broken TV all packaged up in the original box, waiting on their shipping label. As of my latest call they tell me to wait another 24-48 hours (again It's already been 5 days since my first call) for their "Higher Up" to send me the return shipping I said this is a amazing TV, but you better hope that it doesn't give you problems.

Element 43-Inch Fire TV Edition TV with Sound Bar and Digital Antenna [Book]  2019-11-30 18:2

AmazonBasics Digital Optical Audio Toslink Sound Bar TV Cable - 6 Feet []  2020-7-2 20:27

It's an optical cable. There's not a whole lot to say about it beyond that. One small hint though - it ships with little plastic covers over the hints on each end. YOU MUST REMOVE THESE BEFORE PLUGGING THE CABLE IN! I didn't realize that immediately and spent mins trying to jam the cable in to the port on my TV before realizing my mistake. It's not in the slightest a issue with the cable, it was 100% user error. Once I had that conundrum solved, the cable worked perfectly, connecting my TV to a e quality of the sound that the cable provided from the TV to the soundbar was AMAZING compared to a RCA connection (which is what I had before getting this). Highly recommended if you wish to obtain the most out of your devices.

AmazonBasics Digital Optical Audio Toslink Sound Bar TV Cable - 6 Feet []  2020-7-2 20:27

These AmazonBasics optical audio cables work fine and look like amazing quality, but be aware that the plugs are rather huge and the cables rather thick. For connecting one end to my Klipsch soundbar it created for a tight turn. Works, but probably not ideal. Note in picture attached, AmazonBasics plug on left, factory cable I replaced because it was too short on right. Other picture shows how cable had to be bent to fit the space.

Element 55-Inch Fire TV Edition TV with Sound Bar and Digital Antenna [Book]  2019-12-6 18:9

The TV I replaced this with was a Vizio:VIZIO Intelligent LED HDTV (2014 Model) - which was also a 55 inch TV. I’ve had no issues with my Vizio, mind you and actually kind of love it. I was just super excited about the integrated Amazon fire TV and heard a lot of raving reviews about 4K. I guess I was feeling a bit spoiled and felt the need to have my fire-stick built right it… also, with Android game of Thrones right around the corner and entering the final 2 seasons I felt we had to really go out with a bang and see what this 4K was all about.I wasn’t sure the 4K was going to create that much of a difference but it was worth it to take the possibility considering the of the TV is actually beautiful reasonable. The moment the TV turned on, the whole picture just POPPED into my living room and drew me in. It was like being there. And it was awesome.I was ready to say goodbye to my Vizio (well, not really goodbye. She was just moving upstairs to our bedroom). The thing that I will miss about the Vizio is that the dimensions in Length and Height are bigger making the 55inch TV appear larger than the Element even though technically speaking the dimensions are the same in regards to the TV being 55 inches diagonally. My living room wall looks a small bare with Amazon Element. So hold this in mind if you are swapping out TV’s. Always read the dimensions, like ALL of them. I might have gotten the bigger TV had I done my due diligence, as the lovely Judge Faith Jenkins would say. Although the Element doesn’t do much in the method of height at least it is longer length tup on this thing is ridiculously easy. The only method I can prove this to you is to tell you I am the tech genius of the family. My fianace is technically challenged to place it kindly and I was shocked as you-know-what when I heard that sucker up and running when I was cooking dinner. It must be super intuitive. He said it was just a fast guide after syncing it to wifi. Long story short – The Element basically sets up itself.I have not yet used the cable antenna but at almost $200 a month and having subscriptions to Netflix, Prime and Hulu – after reading Troy’s very thorough review (1st review on the TV) I’m actually considering going old style. Or, old-new style, lol. I might seriously look into that. It’s insanely cheaper in comparison to all that Amazon has to offer.I have not yet seen the need to adjust anything visually regarding size or picture preferences (but definitely I will check out what other reviewers say). This TV seems excellent out of the box at the moment but maybe I'm just too awestruck right now.. The visuals are so astounding I found myself a bit hypnotized. I think I’m going to obtain sucked right in watching Game of Thrones: The Complete Sixth Season [Blu-ray] next week! Not that I’d mind… as long as I obtain sucked into wherever Daenerys is, as you can probably guess from my Amazon for the sound, we got the sound bar to go with the TV (AmazonBasics Bluetooth Sound Bar) and WOW does not disappoint. I would say definitely splurge for this option to complete the set. It’s frekin’ amazingly awesome. My whole house rocks and now one less echo I have to buy!The fire-tv options are beautiful much the same you’d see on the firestick so we all probably know that but if you’re fresh to it – it’s beautiful simple to pick up.I love talking to Alexa through the remote – I’m just a stickler for that. You can ask her all sorts of questions. You can tell her what present to turn on. You can her when to pause. How a lot of seconds to rewind or quick forward a TV present or video. You can ask her to place on some music. And if you have all that fancy items she can control your lights and alarms and probably your mind... Haven't gotten to that point yet but it's legit insane! If Alexa were real, I'd dump my fiance and ask her to marry me. Except she can be a bit temperamental.Just test asking her whose gonna victory the Android game of Thrones...

Element 65-Inch Fire TV Edition TV with Sound Bar and Digital Antenna [Book]  2019-11-23 18:2

Element 43-Inch Fire TV Edition TV with Sound Bar and Digital Antenna [Book]  2019-11-30 18:2

AmazonBasics Digital Optical Audio Toslink Sound Bar TV Cable - 6 Feet []  2020-7-2 20:27

For years I have seen connections on the back of my electronics labeled, "optical", but I had no clue what it was. I thought it must be some type of weird video connection needed by equipment I didn't have, and never would have. So I always used the old RCA audio cable connections. But I recently purchased a TV that had no RCA audio connections, and I thought: "How can this be? How am I supposed to connect my TV to my audio receiver?". Well lo and behold, it is as easy as buying this cheap, thin, single small cable and connecting it from my TV to my receiver. The sound is awesome! And it eliminated two of those cumbersome RCA audio cables. It does take some pressure to plug it in - more than you'd think - but when it does connect there is a satisfying snap. And you'll know that it's in there nice and tight and isn't going to be jostled loose. So now I know what this type of cable is used for, and it has enabled me to continue using my 15-20 year old receiver.

AmazonBasics Digital Optical Audio Toslink Sound Bar TV Cable - 6 Feet []  2020-7-2 20:27

I required this cable to connect an LG-55LM6700 TV optical output to a Kenwood VR-616 Home theater optical input. The cable snapped into the Kenwook socket, but would not snap into the LG optical out. The cable was unusable. I had to an optical cable locally, which worked OK. So, I would not recommend this product, as it would be wasted.

Element 50-Inch Fire TV Edition TV with Sound Bar and Digital Antenna [Book]  2019-12-6 18:9

HDMI ports don't work. I tried 3 various cables to no success. They worked on my PC -> ditionally, when I tried to stream GoT to obtain caught up through the Amazon channel (and then later through the HBO Now App), the dark scenes were horribly pixelated. Speed testing and the logs that the customer service agents pulled up showed that my internet speed was not the issue. I compared it to my previous $150 720p LED TV and the Fire TV is markedly worse in terms of picture quality. It reminds me of my old plasma from back in like... 2008? Not sure what else to say... I'm kind of just stunned by how poor it is.I called Amazon help and talked to two agents. Neither was able to resolve either issue.

Element 43-Inch Fire TV Edition TV with Sound Bar and Digital Antenna [Book]  2019-11-30 18:2

Element 43-Inch Fire TV Edition TV with Sound Bar and Digital Antenna [Book]  2019-11-30 18:2

Allow me begin off by saying I have never seen an optical cable before. I initially was disappointed that the cables would not seat properly into the optical jack. I was all set to return this item and a various one.I the process of filling out the return I message in the features description that there was a silicone nipple covering the end of the cable to protect the plug end when not attached. Once I removed it it fit as ybe for people that do not know, a easy "remove nipple before insertion" note with the product would be appropriate.

Element 55-Inch Fire TV Edition TV with Sound Bar and Digital Antenna [Book]  2019-12-6 18:9

Element 65-Inch Fire TV Edition TV with Sound Bar and Digital Antenna [Book]  2019-11-23 18:2

AmazonBasics Digital Optical Audio Toslink Sound Bar TV Cable - 6 Feet []  2020-7-2 20:27

I have a lot of brands of Toslink cables - namely Monster, Amazon, Bluerigger, Mediabridge and a couple others - and I have found various problems with each e Mediabridge, for instance, the connector on two various cables broke / cracked in the same way. I was able to super glue it back together, but the fact they failed in the same method said a lot. I actually had to pull the broken connector out of the port on my amp with a pair of needlenose pliers! (be sure to unplug the unit!)The Creature cables connector became loose in the socket over time, plus the connector became disconnected from the cable over ese Amazon cables - the connector end has become worn / degraded from just a few connect / disconnect cycles, to where the cable is now loose in the port. This is not due to abuse, it is due to a very plastic end that is not created for any sort of e best luck I have had so far with Toslink? Bluerigger - their cables have not suffered from any of the same problems mentioned above... they have seen the same amount of use, and work just like the day I bought anks for reading.

AmazonBasics Digital Optical Audio Toslink Sound Bar TV Cable - 6 Feet []  2020-7-2 20:27

So I remember the days of RCA cables......They plugged in solidly and worked. These optical cables, not so ught a fresh 55" TCL TV. I dig it; works perfectly for me. But these optical cables don't work with my TV, apparently. They certainly don't lock in solidly like they should. They come loose and just don't work. I wiggled and pushed them in, and broke the small friggin optical door on my TV. So apparently, I'll hafta a various cable and hot glue the darn things in.Lesson learned. Before you a TV, create sure you know what sort of audio output it has on it. And the best optical cables that you can, and hope for the best. Yay progress.......
