We love this adorable keepsake. The clay was simple to mold and prepare. The clay was also unbelievable as it didn't create a mess. The frame is sturdy and beautiful. I think is excellent bonus for mother's day! So adorable to look back and have this keepsake of your small one.
This kit was awesome! I literally created it from begin to finish in 30 minutes. it Was my girlfriends first mother’s days and she loved it. It would’ve been quicker but I perfectly aligned the pictures and well a fresh born doesn’t create his hands simple to spread wide but it looks awesome! Highly recommend!
Trying to think of what to give my wife for her first mother's day gift, I came across this idea. Our daughter is only 6 months old and I felt this would be able to capture something that we will no longer obtain to capture.Upon receiving the package, I did a look over to see that they provide everything you need to capture the keepsake. 3 packages of clay, the frame , some word stencils and a hand roller to smooth the clay e entire process to 20 minutes, that contains the time it took to wrangle up the child to do the impressions. Overall she loved it! I painted the hand print and foot print pink do they popped in the frame. Wrapped it back in the box and presented it to her Sunday morning at breakfast.I'll continue to use these to capture milestones as our daughter grows up.
Horrible quality, came with wrong directions, missing parts (not enough plaster mix to fill well) and overall cheap quality— I literally threw it away
This is a really cute frame and sturdy as well. I love that it comes in a nice box with the bow already wrap up. I bought this to create my first baby boy prints and I cannot wait to use it. Also love that it comes with additional paper in case you messed up. Perfect customer service in answering all your questions regarding this item. I’m happy with my purchased.
I was unsure about purchasing this frame online without seeing it in person. I was wanting something special. This frame did not disappoint. It is very well constructed and beautifully made. It came packaged in a brown box, then opened to a bonus box with a sweet pink ribbon and bow. A stamp pad is included to create the hand or foot prints. I would definitely purchase this again. Looks like you purchased it at specialty boutique.
This looks to be a lovely, very well created frame. Was excited to keep it, however the zone for the hand and foot print is impossibly small, there is no method I can fit my both of my newborn's prints in there. I don't understand why this was created so little as the frame itself it huge. A lot of wasted space. Seems a amazing quality but I bought it specifically for the purpose of a hand/foot print keepsake so unfortunately it is completely useless to me.
I did not like that it was harder to mold then expected. I attempted a lot of times to obtain it right, but gave up after the 10th time. I ended up packing the clay away and bought ink pads instead. I will attempt it again, but not even sure if the clay will even be amazing anymore. I was really looking forward to having this done for my baby.
The material for handprint is of not good quality. Ive used another with my first kid and it was great. I thought I was ordering the same one but this is clearly the cheaper option. Disappointing as I had ordered 3
The squares where little for prints. I placed both hands on one side and both feet on the other however it seems a bit smooshed. After having this for 6months now edges are turning a yellow color
This kit is adorable! The frame exceeded expectations. Very nice quality. That’s something I really like, the hand and footprint ink pad is simple to use and no mess, but my baby is only 20 days old，It’s too young, so I wish to wait until he is 3 months old to finish this handprint and footprint picture frame, best suited for fresh babies. This would create a excellent baby shower gift. I can’t wait to place it up in the nursery!
I purchased this footprint/handprint kit e first time I attempted it on my own. Because the clay dries so quickly, the footprint ended up being rippled and his second toe didn't obtain imprinted well. I wanted to redo it with someone's support and purchased a second kit. The clay in this first kit was moist and oily: each piece slid out of the bag when I opened e clay on the second kit was drier and stuck to the inside of each bag. I moistened each with olive oil, and added a bit more oil when I mixed them together. When I rolled it out, it was smooth and seemed perfect. I had support getting the prints and the foot was so much better this time around. HOWEVER, the clay cracked once it started to dry (about 30 mins after the prints were made)!I'm really frustrated, because the whole process to even GET the prints from my baby was difficult (wait til he's asleep...is he in a deep sleep? Check his hand to see if it's floppy.. Okay, now roll out the clay as smooth as possible. Crap, is he waking up?). Now the GOOD print I got looks horrible because the clay is cracked. Wth?! So much for trying to preserve my son's prints while he's small.UPDATE: The company reached out to me and sent me additional packets of clay with which to patch my print. It was nice of them, so I'm adding a star. Unfortunately it's not a excellent fix, but it looks better. Maybe spackle would have been an option too?
I bought four of these for Christmas presents to give to family members. It’s a sweet idea and looks lovely when completed. However, I was embarrassed and disappointed today when my mother in law opened her bonus and tried to stand the frame up only to search the back help completely broken meaning it won’t keep the picture upright. I’ve already sent the others off to family members around the globe so I’m crossing my fingers that theirs are not broken also.I would add that it’s best for use with a slightly older baby or if you’re using it with a newborn only attempt to press their feet in the clay as it it quite thick and resistant so pressing my 3 week old baby’s hand didn’t work particularly well and I didn’t like to use too much force in case I damage her.
Honestly wouldn’t buy this product again. Took me forever to profect it. Sure it was an alright bonus but not what I planned it to be. When I had to roll out the clay I had to do it 20x until it was right. Finally I gave up and got some water to smooth it out better because the cracks weren’t all going away. When I did the hand print it was apparently too close to the edge (which it wasn’t) so I had to modify the frame because it Covered up the pinky. during the modifications the frame bent surprise surprise. After I modified it I had to buy some scrap paper to cover up what I did to create it look better. When it came to the clay drying it didn’t create the foot and the handprint too noiciable was thinking of painting it but didn’t have time. Needless to say I wouldn’t buy this. Search a better ver or don’t do it at all.
Adorable keepsake. I got this for my 6 year old ad her dog who's terminal. We stamped her hand and her pups! Those two are bff's regardless. It's still drying but turned out great. The clay dries quickly so I recommend using the sellers olive oil trick. I didn't read that until after all was said and done. I redid it 3 times and still ended up with small ripples but that is from my daughter pushing (doubt this would happen with a sleeping baby). Worth every penny!
The frame itself is ok, although it was damaged in the delivery process. The basic problem I had was the clay, I followed the instructions on how long to knead the clay prior to putting it in the frame. It had already started to dry out before I was able to do my daughters footprint. Since it had started to dry the footprint is not very noticeable and there are lines and cracks in the clay. I had done one of these created by Bubzi, previously and was happy with the result. This was not operator error, the materials in this kit were sub-par.
**EDIT**I was contacted by the seller who sent me a replacement kit after hearing about my disappointment with the product. My second attempt turned out much better!! The clay does dry out very quick from the point of kneading to when you are smoothing it out with the roller. For me, the trick was to place a small olive oil in the clay (like the instructions suggest) and then kneading it in. This makes the clay a lot more moist and after pressing it into the frame you’re actually able to smooth out the surface and obtain it to look like the pictures of the product. I’m attaching a picture of my second mold, and revising my one star review to a five star for perfect customer service, even if the kit is mildly challenging to obtain to look just right.I was super excited for this product and to obtain prints of my newborn’s little small hands and feet to remember forever. However, upon completion, I seem to have the same problem as others with being unable to smooth out the surface of the clay. No matter what I did, the surface stayed wrinkly. I’m very disappointed and I don’t think there’s any method to fix it. I tried emailing the company with the address they provided in the packaging but it was returned as undeliverable.
Super cute at home idea. Clay/putty is much more moldable than I was expecting however I don’t have a clue how to create the surface smooth. No matter how much pressing initially, how much finger smoothing and how much rolling with the wooden dowel provided it’s like old person elephant skin. I guess I keeping it but it’s a sad display.
Wonderful. For the price you cannot beat this item. The quality of the frame itself is great. And it looks awesome. It is not simple to do the clay part by any means. Like the instructions say you need to be very careful. White clay picks up any piece of dirt or hair it touches. And after one or two tries you gotta take the clay out and knead it more with a touch of olive oil. Because it does dry out and will start to have cracks in it. You must be patient. Better to use this on a fresh born, I used on my five month old and it wasn’t easy. Hand was not gonna happens because she just wanted to grab it. So I used her foot and she still curled her toes so it was difficult. I got it to work on the 4th or 5th test and had to do it fast. I got two already and will be buying one more soon.
I want I could give less than one star. The clay was absolutely horrid quality. It comes in three packs so you must roll together and remove all fine lines and cracks with this little wood roller. Which I did. I followed the directions and the clay still cracked as it dried! So disappointed because this ruins the whole product.
You should also enclose in your instructions "Do Not Place IN A Breezy Area, Will Cause Cracking" I had mine where my air conditioner was slightly blowing on it an caused it to dry at a faster rat , THUS causing it to CRACK.
The product itself is nice, but the background isn't blue, it is green! I bought this because I have a related product from the same company that I used with my older son. I wanted the blue backgrounds to match between the two products. I wouldn't mind if the blue was a various shade, but this is clearly green!
Purchased this for my first son and had to have one for my second! Amazon had one in a damaged box, I was kind of iffy about purchasing at first but I’m so glad I did. Everything was in tact!
These are cute but be sure to roll the "clay" thin enough or you will have to test to trim it to obtain it under the glass of the frame. The "clay" is light weight and wasn't not good to trim with a steak knife.

it did not work. the product goes from soup to hard very quickly. the instructions are poor. I had no issue doing this with my children. This the third time I've tried this and they have all been failures

I would really encourage you to enlist the support of a mate of family member. Working with a 2 month old trying to obtain his foot and hand print took multiple attempts.On the attempt that I finally got it take on, I realized that I had the frame upside down and I couldn't obtain the clay out without damaging the print. Thankfully once it dried, the clay popped right out and I could correct my mistake.

I am absolutely sure that people who bought it and wrote that it is difficult to do it or who had these poor results, they just didn’t follow the instructions. First of all, the seller provided more then detailed explanation how to do it. Second, I think that because of wrong reviews the seller sent the unique letter how to do it. Third, it is simple and interesting. I did all the steps, but instead of 3 minute I kneaded the clay 5 min. I received the amazing result! I am glad that I brought it!
The instructions are hard to follow because the pack tells you one thing and the pamphlet they send says another. And the instructions do not say that you need to mix the cast insanely fast and pour it in just as fast because it dries super quick. You know what they say though “you obtain what you pay for”. And this was the cheapest one that I found sooo.... the cast ended up being chunky on the palm and 2 fingers fell off and 2 fingernails. I will definitely be buying an American created one that costs just a small more that comes with instructions that are simple to follow.

I am so glad I got this item! The entire process took about 20 minutes. Though it takes some patience to obtain a newborn to cooperate and you will need two people to pull it off, it was totally worth it. I love this precious keepsake.
This is a very cute frame. It is simple to use and come with multiple frame inserts (pink, blue, white). The zone for the hand and foot print is a nice size. The stamps for customizing the clay are nice as well.

I purchased it because I just gave birth to our first kid and we are trying to make attractive is set has everything you need to make attractive memory and readily hang it to the wall when done. A hint for babies is to do print while baby is in tummy time position with one person lifting baby up off the ow and to the side a little. This allows you to obtain the print without getting in awkward positions or hurting baby.

Didnt like the product.. bags came in a various language the instructions were complicated for something so simple.. and it came with 2 powders one paint but u supply the bowl that you'll end up throwing away.
I really wanted some method to capture baby's foot and handprint. With my first I have her prints but no method to display them. My next is due in the next 2 weeks. I can't wait to place her small prints in this frame! It's a really cute and surprisingly strufy frame! I was expecting less for the price comes with letters/numbers to place their name and birthdate on the frame. I REALLY love that I can contain pictures of the baby too. Honestly I can't wait to test it out! I will test and remember to post a picture of it once I have finished it, and share how my experience was when putting it together. ☺️It's such a amazing method to hold a memory, I really want I had this for my first child.

Definitely not enough to cast a baby's hand or foot older than 4 months and the directions on the pack aren't even in correct English and measurements are really confusing.

Not sure I would recommend this product at all. I bought as a keepsake for our son but the frame itself has already broken when all it has been used for is sitting on a shelf! The piece on the back of the frame to hold it upright (the stand) just ripped from the rest of the frame. Therefore the frame crashing off the shelf and broke! Very very disappointed especially since it hasn’t been moved since the day we bought it!
This is my third kia babies product, and I have nothing but praise for this item so far!!It comes with everything you could need to create the ornaments!! I love that it even comes with easels so you can hang or display the hold sake art when your Had amazing instructions and was simple to use!!I also love the cool letter stamper it came with! I was expecting to have to individually stamp each letter, but nope you can place it in the cool tool and beable to stamp the whole word at once!Great product would purchase again to give as gifts!

True glass just adds so much to it. I love those e instructions are clear and simple to follow. The clay is simple to use and if you mess up the first time, no problem, you can easily redo it.
I got this for my wife. We are expecting here in a couple weeks. I liked the that the frame is solid wood and came withreal glass and not cheap plastic. Beautiful simple to follow and place together with the instruction manual. Glad the clay was beautiful malleable. I am by no means an artist, but it turned out beautiful decent. My wife definitely recommends.
After a while of looking and reading reviews I decided to buy this frame. But I have to say I was very disappointed once I got the prints done and noticed that the frame stand doesn't even keep the frame and it keeps falling down. Worthless and don't recommend it! Very very cheaply made!
This is such a cute idea. My daughters handprints came out well. I like that you can type there name on it if you wish to and that it was easy to use.

This is so cute! This pack comes with 2 frames to choose from. One frame is for the mold and one image and the other is for the mold and two photos. The frame is massive duty. Amazing quality. The yellow are letters you can use to imprint your child’s name. Or anything unique you wish it to say. I’m so excited for this and can’t wait to take the mold of my daughters hand and foot print. Such a unique keepsake that I will always cherish. Will follow up with photos.

This product was simple to use as long as there were 2 people doing it. One to keep the baby and one to keep the clay.We unfortunately got instructions for a frame with an ink pad so I had to look online for directions regarding how to create the clay properly. Create sure you knead the 3 packs together for at least 5 mins to create sure its mixed properly and will dry crack e end effect for my mother was unique (as this is her first grandchild) and it looks unbelievable sitting on her living room shelf.
